One of my little ladies that I took care of is in Brookdale in Cleveland TN and they are the BEST and it is very clean and the staff helps all the people find their apartment I can't say enough good about this place.

Brookdale Cleveland answered our questions and gave us the information we needed to make the right decision for our dad. He likes living there and tells us the food is good and enjoys all the activities. The staff is kind and patient and truly care about the residents. The facility is beautiful and always clean. I’m grateful that I know our dad is receiving excellent care .

I cant say enough good things about Brookdale Cleveland. My mom was there for about six and a half months. The staff was caring and supportive in every way, and the facility is beautiful.

I have been trying to figure out a way to write a post for the Brookdale Assisted Living Page, especially For Deanna, the activities director and this is the only way I could find for now. I want everyone to know just how special the staff, especially Deanna, is to my mom and I. It breaks my heart to know that my mother is not exactly where she wants to be and that I cant be there with her to make that happen, however, I do know that because of Deanna taking special care of here, she feels safe and that she is not alone! Deanna is a special angel and I dont know what we would do without her!

My mom has been at Brookdale Cleveland for two weeks now. Everyone has been so unbelievably kind to us. Its like one big happy family, and I know that all my moms needs are being taken care of far better than I ever imagined.

Brookdale Cleveland is an amazing place. The way the employees care for the residents physically and emotionally is so refreshing. They truly care for the residents. I am so happy we found this for my mom and she has been here over 2 years. Angie and the entire staff are wonderful.

The minute we walked into do a tour of Brookdale Cleveland one month ago, our family knew immediately that this was the place for mom. It has the comfortable home like environment that we were wanting for her. I cant say enough about Angie, Kathy, and Rachel for making all the provisions necessary for my moms stay. They are so accommodating to my requests and concerns. There are no words to say how wonderful and caring each of the staff members are from the nurses, RAs. housekeeping, front desk, kitchen, PT,OT,etc. My mom has already fallen in love and prays for each of the staff members and residents daily. Im an only child and when left with the decision to either quit my job and take care of my mom full time, or hire a 24 hour in home agency, the financial part of doing these were just not realistic and financially draining. I know without a shadow of a doubt The Lord had a guiding hand in pointing us in the direction of Brookdale and Im so thankful and blessed.

This facility has managers that care, an on-site nurse practitioner, on-site therapy, and excellent activities. I wouldn't hesitate to put my parents here.

Brookedale has been wonderful for my grandmother. She recently moved there, and they learned her ways very quickly. They have been very supportive and accommodating. The staff communicate with my mother, who handles a lot of her needs, regularly and keep her aware of my grannys most important needs. Our family is very grateful for their services!

Brookdale Cleveland is wonderful! The caring staff, their professional attitude and attention to my Mothers needs are exactly what we were looking for. I am a resident assistant at this facility. I am amazed everyday by these residents. They have become my Mamaws & Papaws. They show me everyday how to live. They make me smile every single day. I love hearing their stories of when they worked and hearing the stories of what life was like when they were growing up. I have grown to love these men and women and I will do everything in my power to make sure they know they are loved.

Brookdale Cleveland hosted an Eclipse Party for their residents and invited the public to join them in the festivities. We are from Louisiana and traveled to Tennessee to view the total eclipse near family in Chattanooga. We called about attending the party, and we are so glad we did! The staff went all out with their eclipse-themed snacks and music. What was most impressive (other than the total eclipse) was how much the staff cared about their residents. It was truly inspiring. This seems to be a wonderful place for you elderly loved-ones to be cared for in their golden years. Great job, Brookdale Cleveland!

This was my first trip to Brookdale I live in Jacksonville FL so this was my first visit to Cleveland since my Nanny Wanda Burke has moved in there earlier this year. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and I saw lots of smiling faces there. I absolutely adored Nanny's little apartment! They have the sweetest little courtyard just outside her apartment door! What a treat for me I got there just in time to meet and greet with the dogs! What a joy for the ladies and gentlemen that had gathered in the common area to visit with these precious babies! I especially loved the joy on everyone's faces! Such a precious time and what a blessing! Thank you Brookdale for taking such wonderful care of my precious Nanny!

My mom needed an assisted living after rehabilitation and unexpected thing happened at her house !! I was frantic where do I look or can we afford . Got on line found a place for mom . Susan called and help address my concerns with heart felt concerns for mom and myself! Susan contacted Charlotte at Brookdale Senior Living in return I received a friendly heart felt call for an appointment for a tour . My aunt I took the tour and wanted to know when we could move in !!! The atmosphere, the staff and residents were like I have known them all of my life. Mom has since moved in and settled she loves it , the food is delish and the staff feels like family !!! They are a blessing from above !! God does answer prayers !!!
