After much consideration we moved my mother to Legacy Village I must say it was astonishing the compassion and kindness shown before my mother even stepped in the door. Lauren and Logan made the whole process go smoothly and timely answering numerous questions and just making me feel like we belonged there. I cannot say enough about the caregivers and their commitment to caring for mom. They are obviously well trained and have a special desire to care for the residents. April and Abby are always making their selves available whenever mom’s needs change or just to check on us to see if we need anything. It truly is a team effort from the front desk to the housekeeper to ensure mom is cared for. Mom looks happy and more herself after moving in. The attention to detail seems to be held to the highest degree and is so important when caring for a loved one I know it’s a long review but go see for yourself and you will be amazed. I cannot close without giving a shout out to the nurses and activities directors whom are so involved with the residents all day everyday giving them a since of purpose and desire to get involved. If I could find any fault it would be my own for not moving mom there sooner.

Legacy Village is the most caring assisted living care community in Cleveland area. There staff is knowledgeable and they operate from a place of sincere care. I was amazed on how clean and beautiful the building is and the residents were happy and engaged with the many activities I witnessed. It is no wonder that their reputation is so pristine. My Mom and Dad moved to Legacy in September of 2025 when my Dad's health had become very fragile. During the last few months of his life the care he received was exceptional and staff at Legacy will always remain dear to us for their genuine compassion and kindness. Mom now considers Legacy her home and has found a wonderful community of friends there. We are very thankful for Legacy and the special people who work there!

Legacy was the perfect fit for our family member at the right time. We had a beloved Uncle that was a very independent person but needed some oversight. Our uncle had lived alone for many many years and living in a community was an adjustment but the staff at Legacy continued to work with him, showing him respect and love as he got settled in. They were fantastic and treated him nothing less than family. The community and friends he found there made his life rich and full during his last year. He loved that he had people to walk, talk, and eat with. He learned so much and met some wonderful people that he cherished. But, he also loved that he could disappear into his room for a while and be alone and that was respected too. I have had a few family members in Assisted Living Facilities and can easily say Legacy is excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing this kind of service, love, and compassion for one of their family members. The facilities are always immaculate and I never saw an unfriendly face. It was the best decision we made once our uncle moved to Cleveland.

My Dad has resided there for close to a year and the love that he feels from the staff is very emotional for him. Through my visits I can see what he means and feels. Recently I had a fall up the street minutes before I got to Legacy and I was treated by the front desk person (I think Audria) so sincerely caring. She called one of the nurses that came to the lobby and took time out of her busy schedule to bandage up my scrapes with such care. They are what makes the atmosphere such a loving place that you can feel it when you enter Legacy. All the staff there leaves a comforting feeling for not only the residents, but for the family and friends of their loved ones that are now residing at Legacy. I say thank you Legacy for your love and caring!

Legacy Village has been a gift from God to our family. My 94 year old aunt Joyce needed memory help in assisted living. After visiting we knew Legacy would meet her needs. She loved her apartment and her caregivers. The staff at Legacy is outstanding, they are our new family! Every staff member at Legacy greets us with a smile and are available to answer questions and assist in every way. They all greet Joyce with a personal hello and talk to her as if she is their aunt or grandmother. The transition from her home to assisted living made our us nervous, but it has been nothing short of a miracle. We are very pleased with Legacy Village and highly recommend them!

I fell and broke my shoulder and my two sons looked for a place for me to stay, and found Legacy Village. They brought me by for approval, and I thought this was a lovely place. I have been here since March 11, 2019, and I have continued to be of the same opinion. It is very clean, and has very good amenities with housekeeping, laundry, and food service. There are nurses to meet our needs, and also a physician on site weekly. We have a weekly lunch bunch and people who come in frequently to entertain. I am very happy here at Legacy Village and I invite others to come by and check us out.

I recently helped a family member with the selection process of assisted living facilities in the Cleveland, TN area. We ultimately decided on Legacy Village. It was a great decision. It was easy to see just how nice the facility and grounds are during a tour. It is not so easy to see or understand how the staff will treat your loved one once moved into a facility. From the director down, this team at Legacy is incredible. The genuine love and caring of the staff blew me and my loved one away on an hourly basis. The level of expertise from the nurses and cnas on Legacy staff makes a real difference as well. Unfortunately, my loved one faced several health emergencies during her stay,, the head nurse and floor nurses were absolutely locked in and engaged. The assitants and caregivers were so helpful hour upon hour whenever needed. Several caregivers and cnas would visit my loved one after their shift just to help her keep positive and to help her feel loved. I promise you, I will never forget these acts of utter kindness. The food service staffers were positive, polite and eager to help as well. Legacy Village is best in class because of their loving, caring, resident first spirit. Whether an easy decision or a reluctant decision, if you or a loved one is ready for assisted living lifestyle, Legacy Village is where love & caring lives and residents thrive.

Truly a great place full of great people. Staff and residents included. Choosing a facility for your loved one is never easy and can never replace their home, but Legacy Village is the closest thing to home. Residents thrive in the community. Legacy Village After my father passed away, my mother realized she needed a little help with her day to day activities and decided to look into an assisted living facility. I knew immediately I wanted her to live at Legacy Village of Cleveland. We had a friend that lived there and we had visited her in the past so I knew it seemed like a great place from the outside. Now, that we have been on the inside for a few months, I know it’s just as great. The staff there is top notch. They meet her every need. I can rest assured that she is safe and taken care of in the best way possible. Mom recently had a hip replacement. She can get PT and OT right there, without having to leave the facility and get to appointments. That’s such a great benefit for her and for me. Literally anything she needs is inside that building. She has enjoyed the sweet community she has made there, as well as the activities they provide consistently. Anytime you have to leave your home and have a major shift in your life like she has had, it is difficult. Legacy Village has made that transition easier and I am so thankful that God led us there.

Unbelievable place. Trying to find a place where my parents can be together, even though my mom needs full-time medical care and my dad can take care of himself for the most part. I know if my mom were somewhere on her own, my dad would be driving every day to see her. Finding Assisted Living facilities is an answer to prayer. And Legacy Village is BEAUTIFUL. It's like a Gatlinburg or Lake Tahoe style cabin, with beautiful views. The staff are so nice and the residents seemed genuinely happy to see them as we toured. There are so many activities, it really is like being on a landlocked cruise ship. They encouraged us to speak to the residents (unlike one place, where a resident literally told us to run and the nurse hovered above him to keep him quiet ... YIKES). If this is something you are considering you have to tour this wonderful place. I'll update after my parents are moved in!

As a Healthcare Professional I have had the opportunity to see and visit the residents at Legacy Village. The facility itself is beautiful and located on a former local golf course with wonderful views. The facility staff goes above and beyond to care for their residents. From activities to outings the staff takes great interest in ensuring the residents have multiple opportunities to fill their days. The facility is beautiful with a gorgeous view from the vaulted gathering room/dining room. Residents have excellent menu choices every day. The staff is really wonderful; from Caregivers who are very attentive, to an in-house physical therapy staff, excellent housekeeping and maintenance department, and a vigilant nursing staff. Safety protocols are well maintained from cleanliness to security both in Assisted Living and the memory care Harbor wing. And the Activities department is so varied and busy, there is always a richly diverse menu of activities involving music, crafts, exercise, games, mental activities, devotions and outings.
