I can’t say enough wonderful things about Fieldstone Place Senior Living! The staff truly goes above and beyond to make every resident feel loved, valued, and at home. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and full of positivity. One of the best parts is the amazing activities they offer. There’s always something fun and engaging going on, from games and crafts to special events and social gatherings. The activities keep residents active, entertained, and connected, creating so many smiles and happy memories. My mother in law moved in within the year it is an amazing place were the staff truly cares for you. If I'm lucky enough to live long enough, I want to move in!! The company Tutera who owns them, they aren't the best. But the employees make up for that!!

Fieldstone Place and all staff are amazing and provide wonderful care/assistance. The team lead by Executive Director, Shannon Williams, are professional and recognize the importance of working towards the expectations of every family that come. The campus is beautiful, well kept, and maintained with an outdoor garden and sitting area. They have the desire to make everyone who walks in feel like family, and there is nothing more you can ask for when looking for long term living for your loved one.

Fieldstone Place is a beautiful community full of beautiful people. I’ve worked with the team in different capacities, also being in the healthcare field myself. The smiles on the residents’ faces makes it very apparent they’re happy, engaged, loved, and well taken care of. Previously working in senior living myself, I understand that happy residents are a result of what I like to call a “trickle down theory.” It all starts at the top with their amazing management staff, all of which I have met personally. I would not hesitate moving a loved one into Fieldstone Place and highly recommend them if you are searching for a new “home.”

I toured this facility with Robin, their Director of Sales & Marketing, while seeking an Assisted Living situation for my sister. Unfortunately, my sister's care needs required a higher level of care than Assisted Living so the move did not happen, but this is a very nice & well maintained facility with pleasant and helpful staff. If you are seeking Assisted Living in the Clarksville area, Fieldstone Place definitely is worth considering.

I started looking for a place for seniors and Independent Living before I needed it. I visited several, but when I came to Fieldstone, I felt at home. There is a park like setting with sidewalk to walk your dog or walk by yourself or with a friend. There are activities, card games and 6o second game that we’re famous for. In the dining room, you’ll find tables with people having lively conversations. Laughter rings through the halls because we are all happy campers here. I’ve never regretted my decision to come.. Covid kept me away for about a year, but I’ve been here almost Five years. I love fieldstone

Storms in life change so many things. My family friend of 40 years was displaced by hurricane Helene. Her life was forever changed and disrupted, she needed a new home... and that is what we found with Fieldstone Place! From the very first phone call it was "how can I help" and other facilities asked how will you pay. We received the kindest and most sincere help from Robin and the entire staff at Fieldstone Place. On our first visit the staff and residents were welcoming, outgoing, and truly and willing to ago above and beyond to help. The rooms are thoughtfully laid out and the kitchen has beautiful cabinets and countertops. The common dining room is stylishly decorated. The staff and residents made us feel like family. We felt like we had come for a great celebration. I had to hide my tears of joy because of how friendly kind and generous everyone was. In summary, 5 stars is not enough. FP is a unique place where kindness and compassion still exist and is shown by the staff and residents. My friend has a new home.

My name is Victoria and I was able to visit Fieldstone Place with my granddaughter and great granddaughters for their fall festival. The community was extremely clean, warm, and everyone during the fall festival was extremely nice. I also met a woman who I hadn’t seen in many years and she told me she loved living there. At this point in time I do not need a senior community but when the time comes I believe Fieldstone will be the first place I look at because, not only was the staff extremely helpful but the residents were also extremely welcoming and friendly. I don’t get out much these days with my age and health, however I look forward to more community activities.

Fieldstone has truly been a blessing for my family. From the first time we visited, the staff and community have all been very friendly. The Director of nursing and her staff have been invaluable to me. They take such good care of my family member and are always willing to communicate with us and share how he is doing. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for independent or assisted living. It has been such a load lifted to know how well my father is cared for. The best!!!

Fieldstone Place was a godsend to us! My mother-in-law was needing more care than her current facility was willing/able to provide and Fieldstone turned a challenging situation into a blessing. I cannot say enough about the level of care, compassion, and quality of care that I observed. The staff went above and beyond to be sure my mother-in-law transitioned in well and felt welcome and took excellent care of her until her last breath. The director of nursing is the most knowledgeable and kind person and provided such confidence and reassurance to us helping us navigate all the steps. I could go on and on, but just want to give the highest recommendation to Fieldstone and a HUGE thank you to all of the good folks there working their hearts out to make life good for our seniors. Amazing place!! The staff is awesome and very welcoming. They were there anytime with answers to questions and still are that way. Shout out to Robin, Robin, and Lori. They are part of our family now and we just met them in January. Very caring and wants the best for the residents. The nurses/RA's are great and always there for my mom and dad. I hope they know how much we appreciate them. I know it isn't an easy job and they are wonderful. You never want to use assisted livings but at times you just have to. You need to do what is best for your loved ones and Fieldstone fits the bill. Thanks for being there for us when we needed you guys the most.

Fieldstone Place has been a wonderful experience for my mother. She’s 95 years old, and loves Fieldstone !! A huge shout out to a few people. These people have gone above and beyond to care for mom. Savannah and Cassandra in the dining room. “Lucy” for heading up activities. The entire medical staff. They see to mom daily, taking meds, and making sure she feels well. She doesn’t require special attention, but they check on mom every two hours. The head of medical, the original “R”, ha ha, has seen to mom almost from the beginning of mom’s stay. The facility is always spotless and Everyone involved with Fieldstone knows and calls mom by her name. It’s a wonderful community.

5 Stars for moving my Mom from nursing home rehab to Fieldstone Place during the Pandemic. We couldn't be there with the lockdown. They handled everything. The PT and OT are the best ever. Mom's improvement can be attributed to her hard work and determination and the best PT/OT team! She is moving to the Independent Side this week! Would not have her anywhere else.

I do not live there but my sister does. Fieldstone has rejuvenated her and she is so happy there. During this pandemic she has been safe and well cared for. And staff have gone out of their way to make lockdown bearable!!
