My mom has been at Arcadia Senior Living of Clarksville for a month now. Let me tell you...I absolutely love this place and so does mom. I received this from Amber Malone, Director of Community Relations, "I just had my first experience with your mom on a tour and she is seriously the best and such a jokester. I just love her so much!!! She was so great for my tour. She had them laughing!!" (I get mine honestly). The communication is beyond excellent! I've had conversations with Becca, Shelley and Robyn every time I'm there for a visit. They all strive to keep the communications open and making sure we are all on the same page. The ladies that prepare and serve the meal are awesome and always go far beyond making to sure Miss Mary and all of the residents are taken care of. To all of the staff at Arcadia, thank you.

My family's journey with Arcadia Senior Living in Clarksville started in 2021. It has not been an easy journey, but every single employee from the Director to kitchen staff have graciously made it their journey as well. They truly love and embrace each one of their residents as well as their family members. The personal care and attention that my parents receive, the in-house medical staff, the partnerships with outside higher level medical teams, relieve any concern that my parents are safe and well taken care of. In our case, we were able to keep my step-dad at home, as he wished, while he transitioned thru hospice care, which was such a comfort and a blessing for all of us. Afterwards I was able to move my mother to Memory Care. The smooth transition for her during her loss, was stress-free since she was able to stay with her same surroundings and with caretakers she was already familiar with. Knowing she receives an excellent level of care, takes the burden off my heart. This team works is consistently coming up with new and creative ways to keep residents engaged and active, not just with independent residents but with the Memory Care residents too. I love that they share photos on social media so family can keep up with their loved ones. Reflecting back on our decision to have my parents move to Arcadia, I can say with 100% certainty that we made the very best choice possible. I am so grateful for everyone who works there. It is clear that the staff who are hired to work there are selected not only for their skill level, but also their hearts. There is not one employee there that I am not grateful for and trust. The most generous and sincere people you will ever encounter in this field.

My elderly parents moved to Arcadia in January 2022. The facility is beautiful and immaculate! All of the staff and nurses have been amazing and attentive to my parents' needs. The menu is varied and the food is delicious. Arcadia was the perfect choice for my parents. My only regret is that they did not move in sooner!

My mother moved to Arcadia in February 2022, after living alone for many years. Our family had been concerned about her declining health and increasing fragility, as well as her isolation. Although she was resistant to the idea of assisted living, in the few short months she's lived at Arcadia, there's been a marked improvement in her strength, energy and outlook. She was treated like a queen from the very first day. On her birthday they threw her a party that was absolutely beautiful, with cake, champagne and gorgeous decorations. The staff is attentive and caring, and has been terrific in communicating with family members about Mom's condition. Mom was barely eating before she came to Arcadia, but now she's enjoying the meals (especially the desserts and the "very good coffee"). Mom's apartment is pleasant, airy and bright, and we were able to furnish it with her own belongings. The facility has a lovely dining room, a party room, a theater, library, chapel, gym - even a pool room! The staff encourages the residents to interact and form friendships, with concerts, game and movie nights, and LOTS of parties. Mom has made new friends and seems so much happier now that she is part of the Arcadia community. We're so thankful that she is safe and healthy, and so grateful to the wonderful Arcadia staff (particularly Amber, who has cheerfully and promptly fielded SO many questions from us).

I visited with Amber today and took a tour. She answered ALL my questions. Along my tour I had an opportunity to meet some of the wonderful residents and the staff. When I say this place is clean... I mean immaculate! Everyone I met was friendly and the staff were genuinely happy and love their jobs. At the beginning of the tour I felt at home and as it continued more and more I felt this would be the perfect place for my Aunt. My aunt has a tiny little dog that is her world and I was so happy when I found out she can still have her Princess Peach with her. The dining room is beautiful and has a very nice menue and a piano where a woman comes in to play sometimes. They have live entertainment and activities galore run by the sweetest woman, whom I had the pleasure of meeting! A library, salon, theater, balconies, exercise room and classes, baking and more! The residents have the opportunity to be involved in the meals as well as the general activities. I truly hope my aunt will get the opportunity to move in here. Before I pulled out of the parking lot I called some family and my aunt and had the green light to put down a deposite. The lemonade is great too! Thank you so much for the wonderful tour. We are hopefull my Aunt will have the opportunity to one day call Arcadia home!

My mom moved into Arcadia 8 months ago. It was a very difficult decision for her. She loves her new home and tells everyone if you can't live on your own you need to come to Arcadia. The staff genuinely cares, the facilities are top notch, the food is good, can't say enough about this place.

My parents moved to Arcadia Senior Living in September of 2019 after visiting, experiencing a delicious meal, meeting the attentive staff, and observing the friendly atmosphere. The comfortable apartments were modern and appealing. After moving, their countenance was cheered by the many friends they made. Opportunities at Arcadia for social activities were gratifying and I was delighted to see them engaged and contented! I want to commend Sheila Dickmann, the Executive Administrator at Arcadia. Sheila sets the example for her employees and knows how to hire people who care. She is a Servant/Leader and personally takes care of issues that arise with warmth and loving nurturing for the residents. She is approachable and compassionate. I highly recommend Arcadia Senior Living!

I moved my father (89) into Arcadia a few months ago after my mother passed away. Mom asked me to find a place that Dad would be looked after find friends and be safe. After looking at every assisted in the area we decided on Arcadia. The facility is fantastic, the staff is genuine honest and all have hearts as big as a house.. the residents are friendly and helpful. Dad has hearing and vision issues that require him to have continuous assistance when not in his apartment. Along with his long list of other ailments he needs to be checked on and reminded of things regularly. The Resident Assistants and staff at Arcadia fulfill their part 110%.Whenever visiting my Dad O see the RA's checking on him regularly. I see the Nurses distributing his medications not to mention on time. He eats well in the on-site resteraunt. He has friends that he talks to and that check on him every day. I promised my parents neither would ever go to a Nursing Home unless that was the only Medically reasonable choice. Arcadia is not a nursing home and in fact very far from it. My dad even with all the assistance he needs never has anyone tell him he can't do as he pleases. He can come and go at his own discretion. His apartment is spacious, well kept and has everything he needs, Phone, cable TV, nternet full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, roll in shower and most important a lock on the door from the inside. My dad is getting adjusted to not having the Love of his life around he wouldn't have been able to do this with his children alone. He's a strong independent man that has always done for himself and here at Arcadia he is still that strong man. We are very happy with the large selection of assisted living facilities that we chose Arcadia. Cost, staff, residents all major factors in our decision. Thank you Arcadia!

Thank you to Arcadia for taking such great care of my precious friend who just recently moved there. I was able to visit him a couple weeks ago and was so impressed with how nice the facility is. Everyone I talked to was very friendly and helpful. My friend raves about the place and all the friends he has made, especially with the employees. He loves how they all laugh and cut up with him, making him feel right at home. One of his other favorite things is the food. Everytime I talk to him on the phone, he's always telling me what he had to eat that day and how much he enjoyed it. It makes my heart happy to hear how much he loves his new home and how well taken care of he is!

We recently moved my grandmother to Arcadia. It's like she's in a 5-star resort. The staff is very attentive for all of her needs from little things like help hanging a picture to significant things like managing medication or physical therapy. They've also been highly cautious protecting residents from Covid-19. When our family reunion that's been held for 50 years had to be cancelled due to Covid-19, the staff worked with us to organize a drive-by family reunion. A steady flow of relatives drove through the covered drive while my grandmother sat safely outside in a rocking chair. Family could speak to her from their car, and we enjoyed very special, memorable visits. We feel truly blessed to have moved my grandmother to Arcadia where she can be taken care of like a queen which she so deserves.

My Mom loves Arcadia and so do we. Truly upscale but warm facility offering fine dining by exceptional chefs and waitresses who are personable and really put their heart in their work and their dishes. When mama was in the hospital during the holidays, the Chefs personally delivered lunch and a holiday meal. They really go out their way to accommodate families and large gatherings for special events. They have a gym, pool tables, a library, massage room, hair salon, chapel and plenty activities to keep the residents busy. I also enjoy the trivia that is posted daily. There's Bingo, movie night(with popcorn and prizes) crafts, outings and other fun events. The facility encourage both physical and emotional wellness. Housekeeping does an excellent job keeping her apartment clean and tidy just like she likes it(and she's picky)They wash, dry and fold her clothes and clean her linen. Maintenance staff is on deck to quickly resolve all requests. The staff pays close attention to all the residents' little nuances and lovingly adhere. Nursing, admin and hospitality staff are always on their J.O.B. Mama has bonded with her neighbors and quickly made close, loving and everlasting friendships. They are genuinely concerned about one another. She's back in the hospital but not a day goes by that both the staff and residents ask about Mama and offer prayers and much needed words of encouragement. We've tried another Senior Living facility in Clarksville and it simply wasn't a good fit. Arcadia exceeds the standard and meets our needs. She wants to continue to live on her own and maintain her independence and she can do that at Arcadia. Thanks for taking such good care of Mama, my family and I greatly appreciate you

After checking out facilities in this and five surrounding counties, we selected Arcadia. My 90 year old MIL became a resident of Arcadia 2 months ago. She was hesitant at first (she stresses about even the slightest change) but very quickly adapted to her new surroundings and really enjoys living here. We haven't seen her this active for months! The staff is superb, friendly, always smiling. They seem to love their jobs and they clearly love the residents. We haven't spoken to a resident yet that has anything negative to say, in fact, most relay (without prompt) that moving here was the best decision they ever made. The restaurant-style chef prepared meals are nothing short of delicious! If compassion, caring staff and excellent care is your goal, you won't want to miss this place. My husband and I have achieved a sense of comfort knowing our loved one is receiving the best care available. Spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, small enough to be personable, all the amenities anyone could want, this is definitely a five star facility!
