My mom has been in Standifer Place since 2014 and it has been the BEST place she has resided in and that really makes me rest better knowing that she is being taking very good care of by an AMAZING staff. I love it because if there is anything going on with my mom I am always notified immediately. It's hard enough to have to place your love one in a facility but when I see how the staff interact with the patients its just over whelming because they love on them all and talk with them its just TRULY a great place . It take a team and I must say WEST WING ONE is really AWESOME . If I have a issue with anything concerning my mom its taken care of no problem. When I come to visit with my mom I usually stay awhile because of the environment as well . But most of all if I need anything for my mom I can ask anyone of the CNA to help with no problem at all. They treat everyone like Family

I cannot say enough great things about the staff and leadership at Standifer Place Health Center. I frequently see the msg leader helping the staff. She knows my sister and always greets me when I am there. The staff are caring and kind and always willing to help. The room and unit are clean and smell nice. I am proud and thankful that God have us a safe haven for my sister. Thank you to everyone that works there for all you do everyday!!

Mother Mary G. Payeton has been a patient for 9mts. The head Nurse Nelah and the Social Worker Neesha are the best!!! All the Nurses like Toya they Love my Mom and respect her 2 the highest form of patient care!?! They are so respectful and friendly 2 me!!! They are my FAMILY!!!! We get along GREAT!!! We moved my husband's Mom into The Health Center at Standifer Place (Hamilton Terrace) in March of 2022. She had decided she didn't want to walk anymore thus her move out of Assisted Living. We decided on Standifer Place which came highly recommended. On move-in day, our family was greeted on the front steps by enthusiastic members of your incredible staff. It made us feel like she was "home". In the past almost 2-1/2 years, we have been so pleased with her caregivers (Nurses, CNA's, NP's, PT staff, Activities) and everybody else who keeps everything running so smoothly. My MIL said she would never go into a "nursing home" but it's so wonderful there that she doesn't know the difference. We take part in her Care Plan phone calls where we get updates from her Nurse, Dietitian, Activities Director, Therapy, and her Social Worker. This is instrumental in learning about your loved one's true condition. We have been pleased with every aspect of her care. Even the custodian pops in to say Hello to her. I highly recommend this amazing place. . The care she is receiving is top notch, and she is so happy. Do yourself a favor and check them out!

We were very reluctant to put my wife's cousin Raymond Miller in just any nursing facility. He had rehab at Standifer Place, but we were looking elsewhere. I am so glad we did not find another place to put him. The staff there kept us right in the middle of what his treatment, medications and called each time there was an event that caused him to be given attention. We could not have chosen a more attentive and loving team of people to provide for Raymond. Thank you all at Standifer Place for meeting all of Raymond's needs and beyond.

Andy & Robin in West one Dalton Place building are the best for the residents at Standifer Place. They generally CARE for each individual that resides there. They definitely go above and beyond regular staff.

I'm sorry this review has come so late I went to Standifer Place after having a stroke at Erlanger in 2016 I was scared I'd NEVER walk again. But, with A LOT of encouragement from the staff and my family, I was up and walking within 6 weeks. I would highly recommend this facility. Food sucked , but since then, I've had 2 more strokes and a heart attack. Again, I'm in a nursing facility. Been here almost 2 years. Not walking because their physical therapy blows. Stay out of Michigan!

My brother was a patient there for approximately a month. Poor equipment conditions. Poor cleanliness. You can forget any help after discharge. Quote "No one here can help you." I find it in poor taste that a doctor who gave you a prescription you can't use suddenly can't write a different one. Lazy and subpar care. If you're concerned about your self or loved one go somewhere else.

The Health Center at Standifer Place has been taking care of my family since 2020. In the summer of 2020 my husband was placed at Standifer Place for long term care due to his diabetes and inability to walk. He received excellent care while he was there and then passed away on January 29, 2023. Unfortunately, my daughter who has severe physical and mental issues ended up needed long term care since I was no longer able to take care of her. When it became evident that she was going to be placed in a nursing home, said asked that she be taken to Standifer Place because they took good care of her dad. The staff is wonderful and very caring and since I have know them for several years, I feel like they are family.

Standifer Place is a rehab center located in Chattanooga, Tennessee. It offers a variety of services to support individuals on their journey to recovery. From what I've experienced with my father in law, Standifer Place provides a caring and supportive environment for their patients. The staff is compassionate and their expertise on how to deal difficult patients is outstanding, especially Susan, Vanessa, Olie in helping people overcome challenges and achieve their goals. We have found the programs and therapies offered at Standifer Place to be effective in their recovery process. Overall, it seems like a great place for those seeking rehabilitation. I was admitted to Standifer Place June 28 and discharged on September 8th. The staff was awesome! My care takers was wonderful especially Susan. She always had a smile, kind word, and outstanding person. I will say the night sift was not up to par the administrator needs to work on some of the CNAs bed side manners. However, Standifer Place I consider my second home. I will miss the staff and resident very much. I am giving four stars because there was problems with some of the night sift CNAS. Thank you so much Standifer Place staff for everything I will miss you.

Standifer Place provided a dear client I referred with compassion and a safe environment. The staff was kind and the thorough updates and daily communication was so appreciated! I can't say enough to thank my mom's care team. From Nikki who keeps everything organized to moms NP Tami, and now her physical therapist Katy who all come to her room to help her. My dad was a resident for a year and he was in Chattanooga alone with no family nearby and this wonderful staff made my dad feel like he was part of their family and they always kept me updated on his condition and care. I was at Standifer Place for about a month to get therapy. I was needing therapy because of a nerve disease that was debilitating to me. Everyone that took care of me was kind, friendly, and professional. They were all respectful and courteous to me, and always willing to take time out of their schedule to talk with me and see if I needed anything. My therapy was wonderful, and they pushed me to do things I didn't think I could. My therapist believed in me and I got stronger than I ever imagined I would. I would definitely recommend people come to Standifer Place because of the quality of care I received and the staffs positive attitudes towards me. This is the first time I ever needed this type of care so I was really nervous, however; the folks here spent enough time with me that I was able to open up and feel more relaxed. Overall it was a very positive experience for me!

I have worked at HCSP for almost 19 years now. I have held 3 different positions here at the facility and have watched this facility grow into a wonder place for all areas of care. In the years I have worked here I have assisted in admitting over 7 family members including my own mother who was greatly taken care of on 2 separate admissions in 2018. I also had a total hip replacement in 2009 and did my complete rehab assignment here at the facility as well. Our Administrators, Nurses, Therapy staff, Dietary, Wound care and Social Services teams are wonderful to work with and become better each day upon taking care of our patients from the community and surrounding areas. My sister is going to be admitted there soon for rehab. She is on a trach. The only place that provided exemplary care for her from October until present has been Specialty Select at Tennova Powell and of course Blount Memorial when she had to be sent out for complications. She was recently sent from Summitview in Farragut back to Blount Memorial. She was treated worse that a dog would be at a vet. She couldn't speak and her roomate could not either. They were left with broken call bells and her commode was not emptied for 3 days. Whem the staff at Summitview was confronted , they denied everything and said that they do not put 2 trachs in one room. they tried to make me think I was crazy. My sister is terrified now because I live in Maryville and her only choice is Chattanooga. I am praying to God that she will get the proper care that she needs as when she becomes anxious her breathing gets compromised and she has to be put on the vent. I hope that our minds can be at ease and that she will be able to achieve her goals and come home soon.

I have lived here for almost 3 years. I have been to other facilities and decided I wanted to come back to Standifer Place. The campus is breathtaking and well taken care of. I still have access to public transportation which is awesome. To top it all off the staff treat the residents with respect.

My sister has been here since 2017 when she was displaced due to a home fire that left her husband dead and her in a coma. She came there after treatment in Atlanta burn unit. It has been a challenge for all of us. We were told she would have a private room for one month. She admitted to vent unit. They recently took 500 dollars from her account for "bad debt". Her insurance paid during her skilling period and they have gotten all her income since. She had no bad debt. She got 1200 stimulus and they took over 500. SAD when nursing home patients are abused financially or otherwise. She was Tennessee resident and had no choice due to trach....had to go here.

My father was admitted with COVID related pnemonia. When my mom called to check on him she was told he is no longer on oxygen and no longer had pnemonia. She learned days later this was completely incorrect. Absolutely unacceptable!!!

I can not say enough about how well this facility treated me . I was nervous being such a young guy getting place here for rehabilitation after my partial leg amputation , until I met the people so eager to help me get back to a normal life. The staff here was so kind and I quickly felt acclimated as part of the family here. My physical therapist and my social worker , I can not praise enough they worked so hard to make sure I had what I need, and was ready to conquer my goals. I would 100% recommend this place if you are looking for a loved one or even yourself, for a respectable, caring , and friendly atmosphere!
