I have had the honor of working with the staff, residents and families at Southern Oaks for many years through my role in healthcare as a hospice representative and believe Southern Oaks to be an amazing option for assisted living. The friendly tenured staff, home cooked meals and the smiling faces say it all!

Its a good place to work. I enjoy my job and the residents... the residents become your family. we have residents who have been here for years!! The staff I work with are good people along with our boss . Everyone cares for the residents. We want out residents to feel safe and at home.

I have grown up in the place! My mother has been here for almost 28 yrs! They have a cook. And also staff that assist with anything needed from the residents. Medication and basic needs. The place that is good for the elderly that need a little help!

My Mom has been a resident for close to 4 years. Very Good facility. Excellent staff, clean and well run facility. She has made many friends among fellow residents.

Both my parents have been there for 18 months and are very happy with the care, service and meals provided. They are at peace and feel safe, and where the staff genuinely care; I have become friends with many of the people who work there and it has been a blessing and relief in our lives,

My Grandmother likes it here. The particpants are all very kind and the caregivers, though not CNAs, are very attentive. I do wish they had CNAs or an acctual Nurse on site for medical needs at the prices they charge.The meals served are generous and they do provide an on site hair servous. But the hair service, in room tv, and in room phone are not provided for the $2500+ monthly price.You can feel confident that your grandparent is taken care of, fed, and given their medicine.
