As a vendor in this building I have been so impressed with the staff, the facilities, and the amount of genuine care everyone shows for these residents. I would (and have multiple times) highly recommend this facility to my family and friends in need of a family-like atmosphere for their loved ones. The new decor is so classy, beautiful and homey!

I have known several people who have worked here and from what Ive heard, the pay isnt great and so I dont think the care is what you would expect for the cost that these places are. But, thats hearsay. Theres good and bad everywhere.. However, I know for a fact personally that the residents of the Alzheimers facility there wander away from their rooms and even off the premises quite a bit. Ive been at a family members home in the neighborhood and witnessed it many times. Have even had to call the facility and notify them that someone they care for was missing. Just food for thought. I would probably rob a bank before I would put my loved one in any assisted living home but I understand some people have no choice. Or just dont have the balls and heart that i do. Anywho- I suppose for second hand caring, its definitely better than some of the others Ive been to in the area. 3 stars for average.

Probably best known for the good times had there by all, the branch in Bristol, TN should lead the way and provide the best example for all of the others to follow. Miss Kay provides the leadership by example and issuing instructions to a well trained and disciplined staff of maintenance men, housekeepers, RAS, LPNS,chefs and kitchen personnel! The theme or mood set by Miss Kay is one of cordiality and politeness mixed with a deep feeling of understanding of the clients needs and problems. There is an air of relaxed humor and lightheartedness throughout the facility that does not preclude the air of competence comparable to an institution of much greater cost and expense.
