Great Place!! Great Atmosphere!! Very caring staff!! My dad and I toured here as well as several other facilities. I won't mention the other places but they didn't even come close to the care and attention we received at Brookdale. Cassie went above and beyond to answer every question and to make sure any needs my dad might have would be met. We ultimately decided Dad doesn't need Assited Living at this time but if he should in the future this is where he will be going.

Brookdale Senior Living at Bristol has been a wonderful place for my mother in law. She participates in many of the the activities and her experiences are so much more than she we could give her at home. My family and I started looking into assisted living community for our mother . She was diagnosed with dementia. I scheduled a tour with the young lady . The community wouldve been perfect for mother but after a discussion of my mothers needs I found out we needed memory care . Even though they dont offer it at this location Cassie referred us to other communities in the area that offers it. I cant say or express how great the customer service was as she didnt have to do that but she did and these days not many go out of their way to make sure youre taken care of but she did ! Thank you Brookdale for hiring exceptional employees!

From the moment we spoke on the phone the young lady made us feel like we were a part of her family. My mother was very hard to convince that she needed assisted living at 83. The young lady would visit mother often . Letting her know that she will always be there so when shes ready . 7 weeks later mom said I want to go visit with that sweet lady . 3 years later and she still loves her home at Brookdale.

We had a good visiting experience at Brookdale Bristol. The staff member who gave the tour was very nice. She presented everything as well as she could, and I thought she did well. The atmosphere of the place seemed to be pleasant during the time we were there. The layout is more like a motel, the building has multistory. The rooms were adequate and fine, they seem to be neat and clean. The dining area seemed to be fine and nice. This place wasn't as nice as the other place I visited, but it seemed nice and adequate.

My mom already moved in to Brookdale Bristol. It's very nice, big, and has a good staff. It also has nice-sized rooms. My mom loves it. The staff is very good and hands-on. My mom thinks the food is great because she gets a choice of what she wants to eat. They have music and bingo.

My dad is settled at Brookdale Bristol. He’s making friends and doing well. It’s the best place for his health condition. He can’t go without his cooked meals. He has his medicine and a free shuttle. It’s six hours from South Carolina where my sister lives on the beach to go to my dad’s, and it’s six hours from Clarksville for me to go over to my dad. He has a nice big two-bedroom. He has a desk in his computer room and beautiful, brand-new furnishings, which he got to pick out. I think he has the biggest apartment down there. He’s happy. I love the food. My dad loves soup before his meal, and they make homemade soup every day. Everybody comes in to the dining room, which is beautiful. They bring them their coffee, and the bread basket goes around. My dad likes the idea that they give them a menu and they circle what they want out of three entrees. Brookdale is excellent. He had a birthday, so they had balloons and a party.

I’m familiar with Brookdale Bristol since I belong to a senior group that performed songs and music there for them. It’s nice. I think the rooms are fairly nice and somewhat spartan, but they do have some two-bedrooms that are extremely nice. The staff is fine; I know some of the people because I’ve had some interaction with them. The activities are fairly extensive. I’ve been invited to a dinner there, and the food is excellent. The dining area is quite nice and comparable to a quality restaurant.

Brookdale was very nice, and I like the way it was set up. Every day, they have several entrees to choose from for dining and have alternatives and alternative menus to be ordered from individually. What I didn’t like about them was it had more independent living, like a three-story apartment building, and my parents would not do well in an elevator, so they would definitely need the first floor. They were more open and willing to convert the bath tub into a shower.

I have been a resident at Grand Court Bristol for about 4 years now. I have seen many people come and go and many changes. I think the changes that have been made over the past year are exactly what we needed here! We receive excellent care, our food is delicious and looks good and we have great activities. We have a new director and she is outstanding. We also have a new activities director and she has brought life into our program. Everyhbody seems to be excited about what is going on here. I am so happy to be a resident at Grand Court and happy to call this home.
