I can speak first hand as a former employee that went on to pursue other career paths. My mother was also in a facility many years ago in memory care..... I was truly proud to be a part of this team of caregivers. It's not just the caregivers it's from Management to Activities on down to the maintenance to the kitchen staff to the housekeeping all of the employees that work there show nothing but love and respect to the residents. They take them out on outings and field trips and just drive through the beautiful black hills.... They are given excellent care.... And are truly treated like family because every day with them they become family. I have nothing but respect and love for everyone there at Peaceful Pines especially the residents. Truly a remarkable staff of caring professionals.

I have worked here twice now under 2 different management teams. I am amazed at the difference it can make when you have management that is there to do what is right by the Resident. I am so proud to lead a team that give the elderly population a place to call home where they are surrounded by love, kindness and are provided with high quality care. The Peaceful Pines team creates an environment that families can feel at peace knowing their loved ones will be the top priority of every day. My passion as a nurse in a leadership role is to ensure my Residents feel safe, loved and joyous and my team feels appreciated, supported and driven to believe in themselves. Peaceful Pines has grown so much in the last several months. New management,new staff and new residents. The new management team is very kind and caring.they are also willing to go above and beyond for everyone. They listen and problem solve. I've been here now for two years. No we are not perfect but we do try our very best to be the best. For you,our team and our community.

I have been working at peacful pines for a month now and I am so proud to be working here. I love that the owners are there working along side me everyday. The staff is very welcoming and helpful.they are always ready to help when needed. The place is well taken care of. I have been working here for a year now and I love it. Everyone makes sure that the residents are well taken care of since this is their home. I love listening to the residents stories that they like to share. I always have a positive attitude towards my job and a can do attitude.

I have observed caring and compassionate staff. They appear to truly know their residents and like them. Watching the staff interact with each other and the residents makes me feel confident my mother is well taken care of. My mother has been living here for almost 2 years. She is always happy to return to Peaceful Pines after an outing. I am so pleased we found this place for my mom.

Im currently employed at Peaceful Pines, and it has to be one of the nicest places, Ive ever worked. The management team is super dedicated to making this the best place to live for our residents. We have slight staffing issues at times, but the ladies that do the scheduling do their best to make it work for all shifts. Keep up the amazing work everyone! 2020 will be the best year yet!

I have been working here for a little over two months and it has been a wonderful experience. The supervisor and management are super friendly, kind and caring. They say thank you when you have done a good job or if you pick up a shift. Very appreciative. Its not perfect, as like any other job, but you do learn to work as a team here. Im glad to be working here. We have monthly meetings to make sure we are all on the same page.
