I have lived at Echo Ridge - The Lodge since November 1st, 2024. I visited many other facilities and this one felt like home. The management, staff & residents are friendly & helpful. The food choices are good and there is lots of variety. I would highly recommend Echo Ridge as an independent living facility.

I really wish that they would help people with hearing problems with using and storing their hearing aids on a daily basis. Hearing is incredibly important in preventing Dementia! The staff needs to make this an important part of care, it is essential!

We recently moved my mother and father in law into Echo Ridge. Our first visit/tour with Lindsey was informative and positive. We toured again with Lindsey and Mike and the decision was made to move to Echo Ridge. It has been a smooth and easy process to get them moved in and they are starting to feel at home. They often comment about how nice everyone is at Echo Ridge and that the food is very good. We are so happy they found a home there! Thanks to the entire staff for making them feel at home!

My mother lived at Echo Ridge in the independent section before she passed away on Dec. 3 at the age of 97. It was a wonderful place for her to spend her last several years. Staff was always so friendly and helpful, and she loved being a part of the community. She was active in several things, and it gave her a purpose. The food was always good and the activities helped her be more involved.

The community setting is open and provides walking and hiking areas. The staff responds quickly if a problem arises. COVID cases were at a minimum indicating that staff was conscience of guidelines and considerate of the residents.

I am blown away by the community I have found here at Echo Ridge! The entire campus is in a very beautiful location atop a hill with an expansive view of Rapid City below. The inside is very homey feeling and is currently decorated beautifuly by staff and residents for Christmas! The kindness of the staff and residents really make you feel comfortable and appreciate the opportunity to be a part of their small family!

I have lived at Echo Ridge since October 15, 2018. The location is so close to the health care facilities, churches, stores and all the activities that Rapid City has to offer. The view is so gorgeous any time of the year but especially in winter with the snow and hoarfrost. Most of all the management, staff and residents are so friendly. They make it a fun place to live. I encourage you to come for a visit to tour our spacious apartments and all the amenities that come with living here.

What a place... If considering a place for yourself or loved one... look no further. Echo Ridge has it all from a convenient location overlooking Rapid City to the wonderful residents that call Echo Ridge home to the beautiful common spaces including a chapel, library, post office, game room, wellness center and expansive dining room... all with one thing in mind- a sense of community.
