I had to move my Father and Mother-n-law from Key West Florida to Spring Park after my Father-n-law suffered a stroke. It was not an easy transition due to the paperwork. Ryan, Kim, Lisa and the entire team did the impossible and fixed all the errors. These people are Rock Stars! The facility is great, the staff is caring and attentive. My family appreciates the Spring Park family.

My grandmother was in this facility for about 9 months before she passed. The community was clean, friendly, and clearly well maintained. Her room was spacious and always kept tidy, and we appreciated being able to book the small private dining area when my siblings and I came to have lunch with her. The options of day trips and games were clearly a favorite among the residents, even if she was unable to participate. When she passed, I had multiple people, from the receptionist to the cleaning staff, tell me memories of my grandmother that it made me even more sure this was the perfect place for her to spend her last months. *special thanks to the member of the cleaning staff, whose name I dont recall, who shared very specific and amusing memories, and made me laugh even just moments after we lost her. I will not forget that.* The Stuck family is very grateful for the care Spring Park provided in those 9 months.

I can not say enough about Spring Park Assisted Living!!! The staff is like family and every single one of them love on my Mom! From the first day I met Pete when I was desperately looking for a home for my mom I knew it was the perfect place for her. Every single one of them have been so warm and friendly! We were able to make my mom a home with all her beautiful things around her and that made such a difference in a time that is so scarcely when families are making this decision. The meals are fantastic, Sandra is like the cruise director always keeping everyone entertained she is truly amazing! All the cnas and nurses are fantastic! Augusta in billing is so helpful and understanding And always goes above and beyond to help. Pete and Lisa are a God send! I truly mean that!!!!! They truly go above and beyond and make sure everything is perfect for my mom. I do not mean to leave anyone out because truly we have had the most amazing experience with spring park and each and every staff member there. And Tom we miss you dearly! We truly could not have picked a better home for my Mom. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all that you do to keep my mom and our family feel loved, safe and secure! Spring Park Assisted Living is truly the BEST!!!!! Thank you!!!!! I wish I could give you 10 stars!

Moved my parents in 2 months ago and after an adjustment period they are happy and well cared for. Dont need.to worry about getting emergency phone calls from them because they have staff taking care of them.

Very warm and friendly staff. Very attentive Nurses and Doctors on staff. Really delicious meals 3 times every day. They also have live music for this residents on Wednesdays. Very loving atmosphere all around.

My mama has been here about 2 months she came a week after my daddy died her husband of 70 years. She did not want to go back home from rehab after my daddy passed away. I decorated her room with a mixture of things from her home of 60+ years, some things from my home and some yard sale buys. The rooms are very spacious, lots of closet space, walk in shower and kitchen sink, microwave & small refridge. The food is prepared by a chef and is excellent. They have lots of activities of which my mama has not been up to yet. She is checked on regularly and was supplied a call button to wear around her neck. The staff and nurses are all very friendly and polite. She has made some new friends. One of the cleanest and nicest assistant living places that I visited.
