My great grandmother lived in this same facility many years ago and visiting recently it has changed so much. All new renovations across the entire campus. I had the pleasure of speaking to the administrator and management staff during our visit and they welcomed us with open arms. New ownership and management across the facility.

This community has come a long way from being under the management of Etros Management Firm. The current leadership, specifically Kim H. & Kelly F. seem to genuinely care about their residents as I always see them engaging with families & exhausting all options when I comes to the care. I commend them for remaining consistent with their communication & delivery of service, it seems like the community is on the right track under this new management team.

The Skilled rehab unit is amazing! The therapy and nursing staff are very attentive to the residents and such a peaceful atmosphere. Our family was well pleased with our loved ones stay .

My wife recently stayed in the special care unit and this is the least terrible place weve been to yet. No one wants to be in a center but if you have to be, this is the place to go. They were very helpful and goal oriented. Multiple therapists saw her every day. Shes the healthiest shes been in years. Sophia helped us set up at home physical therapy and we really appreciate the extra care the staff has put into our case! The results are better than I hoped for

I recently stayed in their special care unit a few weeks ago and the staff were incredibly helpful and caring. My dog got to come visit me and bring joy to the other patients. After I got out Sophia helped me with getting care at home and I havent been this healthy in years. Thank you so much Pacifica, you changed my life for the better.

WHAT A BEAUTIFUL BREATH OF FRESH AIR!!!! The last two months have been the brightest spot in one of our darkest hours. The new nurse at the community has been the cherry on top of the big changes that have been made and I can see the results in the way my mother talks about her community. She says she doesnt have an apartment but a community of friends and caregivers. My mother is in their assisted living side but she had to go to their rehab after a fall in the hospital. It was nice to have everything at one place so we didnt have to shuttle all of her belongings between two places. She was at home in her community the entire time. She even had her neighbor from assisted living visit her in rehab which was a great inspiration to encourage her to work on to finish her physical therapy. I couldnt feel more supported and the price is very affordable compared to the other places in the area.

Our mother has lived in an independent apartment for 12 years and is currently transitioning to assisted living. Our mother is very happy at Skylyn and has many friends. Teda Barrows has gone out of her way to make this change stress-free and comfortable. My sister and I live in different states and Teda graciously schedules conference calls, as needed, so we can address issues and questions. We are confident that our mother is safe, well cared for and comfortable at Skylyn. We are grateful for the kind staff.

Melissa Clark, the admission director, thoroughly explained the options and possibilities for treatment and with the assistance of her team, they brought my husband back to becoming mobile, feeding himself or accepting assistance with meals, and providing him with a much better quality of life. My father was a resident here twice for rehab after hospital stays and both times he was well cared for . Its a clean facility with compassionate staff and Id like to give a shout out to the admissions coordinator Melissa Clark !!! She went above and beyond for my dad shes awesome and also give a shout out to Amy I do not know her last name but she was one of his nurses who would always take time to talk to me over the phone and return my calls and address my concerns . Overall Pacifica Skylyn is a great facility and Id recommend it for anyone considering long term care for a loved one and they offer assisted living as well as independent and skilled.

I cant say enough good things about Pacifica. The staff are friendly and very helpful. You get the feel of family as soon as you enter the building. The beauty of the facility is amazing. I loved hearing the music coming from the piano when I was there. I also noticed how clean it is and how nice it smelled. Everyone was engaged with the residents and the environment was all around great. I definitely recommend Pacifica to anyone looking for Senior Living.
