They have excellent communication and are so quick to begin services even during inconvenient times such as weekends and holidays.

I really enjoy working with the Visiting Angels office to help my Mom. It started out a little rough but Alecia and Cathy were amazing at working through it with me. Mom really doesnt need the help anymore but she has kept her angel because of her joyful companionship.

I would give them more stars if I could… They are doing an amazing job with my father who can be a handful to say the least. He needs Slip and fall prevention but he thinks he is fine and wouldnt let anyone help him until our Angel Betty convinced him otherwise.

Visiting Angels Charleston, SC does everything they say they will do and they do much better than expected. My mother had 24 hour care for 11 months. I was kept well informed about who would be caring for my mother and when. Any time I had a request to change the schedule or caregiver, the answer was always yes and how can we make it work for you and your mother. I have no hesitation in recommending Visiting Angels. Their service and kindness was worth every penny spent. The caregivers where reliable and trustworthy. The caregivers took care of my mom as if she was their own mother.
