This facility is dirty, the administration is horrible and treats the residents like dirt. I quit mid shift because of how the administrator was treating a patient. I could not stand to see her continue to mistreat the residents. The residents do not get enough food to eat, and the food they do eat I would not feed to a dog. Residents are left unattended at night while staff leaves. I would never put a loved one of mine in this facility!!

I am impressed with Community Care Center because of the outreach the staff does to maintain great follow up with families, communities and hospitals to provide the best experience. I recommend having your loved one here as I recommend to anyone in need of a skilled nursing rehab facility to go to Community Care.
