My parents have made this their new home and we could not be more pleased. Drew Baskett was so helpful preparing us for the move and answering any questions we had. Wendy, and the care team have been wonderful assisting my mom with her care and administering medications. The front desk always has a friendly face, whether it’s Debbie, Chloe or Rylee. Everyone helps one another and is so friendly. The chef, Shawn, make’s delicious meals. It is clean and pleasant and Becky always has an activity planned. She tries to include everyone in the fun. Thank you, Lake Wylie Assisted Living for making this transition much easier than I ever imagined.

My father is so happy here. The food is wonderful. He loves his apartment. Kim, the health and wellness director is fantastic and helpful. My dad is loved and well taken care of. He fell twice and I immediately got a call. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is due to their policy on our not being able to go into my fathers apartment. But I do somewhat understand that they have the residents health in mind. However, everyone is vaccinated. They do allow visitors to come and visit inside if given 24 hour notice. My dad likes it here.

The staff are great...they have so much patience with my mom and of course me as an overbearing daughter...Was upset the first week for some issues that were done..but after that it has been great, the best place that I could ask for my mom...so glad for the staff...

The perfect place for our Dad... someone to care for his every need. Bright, clean, lots of activities and amenities... It reminds me of a cruise ship! We are so blessed to have him at Lake Wylie Assisted Living.
