The staff at Harmony provides excellent and professional services for their residents, family and guests. The facility is very clean and organized and there are many activities and events for the residents to enjoy on a daily basis. The atmosphere is fun and friendly and the food is good too! I feel comfortable knowing my parents are happy and safe with their neighbors and staff at Harmony.

My Mom is currently in the memory care unit. The staff is kind, compassionate, and caring in taking care of her needs. I would recommend Harmony for the care of your loved one without reservations!

My parents moved into Harmony not long after they first opened. It has been a wonderful experience for them. We have gone through some hard time with Daddy passing and the staff was very flexible during that difficult time. Momma is now in assisted living. The staff in that area has been a pleasure to work with.

Absolutely hands down the most caring and flexible staff of any facility we looked at (over 10 in the Charleston area). My 80 year parents were so taken by the warmth of the staff and the other tenants, that they put a down payment on an independent living apartment and moved in a lot sooner than we had anticipated!

I have had the pleasure to work with the staff at Harmony WA since they first opened. The care, respect, and personal attention that they provide to their residents and families is second to none. Whenever I need help or have a question the staff never hesitates to provide me with an answer. That is from the ED to the Concierge and everyone in between! I would love to have my parents live there when they are ready.

My Uncle has lived here for 6 months now, and our family and my Uncle couldnt be happier. The staff, especially Ashley, goes above and beyond what they have to do. We appreciate everything they do to make our Uncle comfortable. Highly recommend Harmony!!!

After considerable research and in-person visits I found Harmony at West Ashley. My mother was in an assisted living facility in Cary, NC and we wanted to move her to Charleston to be near us as well as two grandchildren and great grantchildren. I worked with Ashley and I could not have found a better person to help me make this transition for my mother. The facility and staff are warm and welcoming. My mother has a lovely apartment with enough room for her treasured furniture and paintings. Up until the Covid-19 crisis she had many visits from her family. Even during quarantine the staff has been very kind in helping us keep in touch via Zoom. I highly recommend Harmony at West Ashley!

We fell in love with this place because of its people. We are renting an apartment here because of the flexibility and caring staff. We are planning to stay because of the fantastic facilities and the tiering of accommodations (assisted Living and Memory care)

My Sister and I looked at quite a few places and we liked Harmony, it was on our top 10 list. We had planned to take my parents to see all ten but after seeing Harmony my parents said They were home, and that was that. We love this place. Moved in shortly after visiting. We hadnt planned on it but the facility is beautiful, affordable and they have an amazing staff! Everything you need is close by and the physicians and health care is onsite. They even make house calls!!

My husband and I, along with our 17-year old dog, have lived at Harmony at West Ashley for two years since they opened. After having been homeowners for over 60 years, we are enjoying freedom from yard work, cooking, home maintenance and even our gym membership. The exercise room is adequate and is always available. Even our dog, Neecee, who had always had a fenced yard and a doggy door, has adjusted to apartment style living. Our decision to move to Harmony has been greatly approved by our daughter who lives in another state. She is grateful that we made this choice when so many of her peers are struggling to cope with aging parents. We are extremely happy here and - until COVID-19 came along - enjoyed many activities with other residents like daily Happy Hours in our pub, book club, themed parties, lunch outings and much more! Due to the virus, our gatherings are somewhat limited but our event planners keep us entertained and active. Most importantly, we feel secure because management has taken steps to keep us safe and well during this time.

My dad moved to AL at Harmony West Ashley last September. My mom passed away and we needed care for him. Everyone at H@WA have been super helpful in caring for my dad. The staff is friendly and the environment at Harmony is like a giant extended family. I felt like family from the moment I walked in the door. As can happen, my dad needed extra care and he moved to Harmony Square. The transition was smooth and the staff is wonderful. He has done really well and enjoys his space and caregivers a lot!

My mother has been at the Harmony since the opening. The Harmony has done an exceptional job of hiring extremely kind and caring individuals. Whenever concerns arise, the staff including housekeeping dining , transportation, nursing and administration do their utmost to provide a solution. My mother at 93 years old is delighted to be there everyday!

My Dad moved into Harmony Independent in January of this year. He has throughly enjoyed living there .As his son, Im so thankful to know that he is being well taken care of and happily enjoying his golden years. The staff at Harmony is so friendly and has gone up and above to keep the residents safe under the current extenuating circumstances. Finding a senior living community was not difficult; there are many. Finding the right one for me took some investigation. Harmony was not built when I made my decision. I am a charter member and pleased with that decision. Harmony was able to provide me with a handicap accessible unit. Start-ups are not without problems but management has made every effort to accommodate each resident. I recommend to any senior having to make the difficult decision to move from home to a senior community to look at Harmony!

Harmony At West Ashley immediately felt like the most welcoming place for my dad to live and has proven true. Dad moves here from VA after losing his wife. The genuine and compassionate staff and residents go above and beyond to make residents feel welcome and happy. Dad has come a long way in less than a year. We looked into a few places when we realized the time was approaching when our loved one would no longer be able to live alone. Harmony was at the top of our list from our first meeting, and it remained at the top of our list. Ashley was a tremendous help to us throughout the entire process of coming to terms with what was needed and working through to find the best timing for the move and the best apartment. She was patient and thorough, even as we had many questions. Our loved one moved in a few months ago, and we have been so pleased with the care she is receiving. The staff are all kind and concerned. She is happy and has made new friends, she enjoys every outing and participates in a variety of activities. Weve enjoyed several meals with her and we are always impressed with the quality and variety of food served, as well as the staffs knowledge of the residents and their likes and dislikes. Every time we visit we leave feeling confident in our decision to choose Harmony at West Ashley as her new home, and with the knowledge that she is safe and doing so well now.

I have worked for several senior healthcare providers in this area. One of the facilities that I have marketed to is Harmony West Ashley. An important aspect here is the continuity of staff. Since opening a sales office 2 1, 2 years ago or more, literally no turnover in management, clinical, culinary, maintenance, activities directors, or marketing. This is almost unheard of in senior housing, and says a lot about the facility, and the staffs dedication to the care of their residents.

I cant believe its been an entire year since I moved into Harmony at West Ashley in Charleston SC. I can sum up this experience in one word. Home. Although I was apprehensive about leaving my house on Folly Beach, this move has been exactly what I needed. After the loss of my husband and 42 years of marriage, I found myself alone and lacking friends. Here at Harmony I have a multitude of new friends, more activities than I can keep up with, and a staff Ive grown to love. My children are thrilled I am so well cared for and love coming over for weekly visits. I feel truly blessed. Thank you Harmony for my wonderful new Home.

I work for a home care company in the Charleston area and I have had the pleasure to work with the management and staff at Harmony WA since before the building was open. I am always impressed with the care they give the residents and the pride they take in their community. It is not only a beautiful building but their team is what sets them a part. As a community partner we have worked together to provide the best solutions for the families that we both serve. Whenever I have an issue or question they are always quick to respond and help out. I have been in the senior industry for almost 5 years and I would highly recommend Harmony West Ashley and I look forward to working with them more in the future..
