Came here for an job interview the manager was nice. When you walk in you just feel a sense of peace as soon as you walk in, the receptionist was a nice, sweet woman, very courteous.

My grandmother had the worst experience ever here they don’t care about there customers at all , messing up medications and all not help when it’s needed I wouldnt advise anyone to leave their love ones here at all just the worst ever

Brookdale West Ashley on Charlie Hall Boulevard in Charleston is a great assisted living facility that offers their residents a caring and quality environment. In the visits that i have been here I have been impressed with the atmosphere of the facility and everything that they have the offer. The staff here is warm and welcoming and goes all out for their residents.

My elderly uncle moved here last February under difficult circumstances. He had been living on his own all his life, and was not happy about leaving Virginia and all that he knew. It took him about a month to get over his anger, and then a remarkable change occurred. He considers Brookdale to be his home, is very comfortable there, and doesnt like to leave for very long. This is my first experience with an assisted living facility, and I have been more than pleasantly pleased. Brookdale is a clean, attractive, peaceful environment, easy to navigate for elderly people, everyone treats each other like a family, the staff have always been friendly and supportive - they love my uncle and take very good care of him, and the activities director is outstanding - a wonderful person in every way. Brookdale has a very homey atmosphere and my uncle definitely feels right at home.

I cant say enough good things about Brookdale. From safety to cleanliness to the tender care they exceeded all of my expectations. I mean there is nothing better than seeing your loved ones happy and they do that very Well. If your nervous about where to choose for your loved one brookdale is the way to go. Also wileaka is so sweet , my gosh she is phenomenal with my grandpa.like I said I cant say enough.

Brookdale West Ashley Senior Living is an amazing, clean and comfortable home for senior living. The compassionate and caring staff Ms. Beatrice Stewart goes above and beyond for the seniors, she treat them with tender care and empathy. She is compassionate and understanding to their needs. I have no doubt recommending this facility to anyone but please ask for Beatrice who will help your love ones in any way possible. Beatrice you rock, thanks for your helping hands and all you do!!!!
