Allison (Community Sales Director) and staff at Atria Lincoln Place have been exceptionally caring and welcoming. From the initial tour until move in day, they took great interest in finding out everything they could about my father as a person. They handled every detail of a move from independent to assisted living with compassion and kindness. My father could not be happier and we feel very comfortable that he is in a safe place surrounded by caring professionals. The team atmosphere and the smiling faces of residents and staff at Atria are very comforting and have reassured us that we made a wonderful choice!

I feel that the Life Guidance (memory care) area needs more activities geared towards the different levels of the residents that live there. Staff obviously needs training. The evening staff are not responsive and are on their phones in a corner by the kitchen. I have walked in many times and found all of the residents alone watching tv. Management stays in their offices when you come to the facility and never speak to you. Once you are sold a room the Marketing Director will walk by you and not even say hello. The facility is immaculate, the receptionists are lovely, professional and warm and hopefully the new Director will do a good job.

Atria Lincoln Place has been a wonderful experience for my mom who is part of the independent living community. We knew it was going to be a difficult transition for my mom to go from living in her own home to a retirement community, but the staff could not have been warmer and more welcoming. Allison N, the Community Sales Director, made the transition so easy and enjoyable (fun!) and we did not hold back with the special requests all of which were accommodated! Whenever we have questions, particularly with Covid, both Allison and Brian, the Director of Atria, are quick to respond. Atria Lincoln Place is a beautiful setting with all the immensities you would expect and then some (an indoor pool, library, Main Street Café, Salon etc!). There are several different choices for apartment sizes. My moms apartment is not the largest or the smallest but is perfect for her (she even has a walk-in closet!) Though Covid has been challenging, Atria has handled everything very well and has kept us informed every step of the way. My mom quickly made friends and is very happy and engaged. There are a lot of different activities, though many have been put on hold due to Covid. But everyone at Atria did not let that stop them from keeping everyone engaged and having fun with thinks like door-to-door wine and cheese nights, projects, games etc. We really could not ask for a better place for my mom. We have the peace of mind knowing that she is in a great place with around the clock help onsite if needed. Thank you, Atria!!!

I move into a one bedroom Apt. on Aug. 4, 2019 at Atria Lincoln place. The facilities were great the dinning room was bright and sunny and well decorated. The living room, library, Tv room, kitchen and exercise room were well furnished. The staff is so nice, congenial and very helpful. The activities were outstanding there was Bocce, golf, volleyball, bingo, card games, arts and crafts even cooking classes. The wine, cheese and crackers on Friday afternoon in the community room and on the front porch enable us to interact with the community. The outside entertaining meaning the music, the sing along, the barbecues the dancers were fantastic.. As you can see I have nothing but high praise for the staff and Atria Lincoln Place and highly recommend living here.

The staff are incredible, second to none. They are caring and fun, while being responsible and thoughtful. My father is in the best possible hands during this coronavirus crisis. Kudos to the whole team!

Truly a great place for my Mom. Very clean and the food is also very good! My 82 year old Mom, who is still very active, really enjoys all the activities and the friendly community and staff. They treat her with respect and dignity and go out of their way to encourage her love for cooking. Since her move to Atria, she is so much healthier in body, mind and spirit.

Beautiful building !! The staff are all so friendly and my Rehab facility works with them regularly. They always have such a good relationship with all of the residents. Always clean! Always friendly! 5 stars all day

Atria Lincoln Place is a warm and caring community. The management is top-notch, running the community with a touch of class that makes the residents feel like gems. The staff know their resident's habits and preferences very well. Atria's dining atmosphere, activities calendar, housekeeping and wellness staff are an indication of the high standards in this community. Management makes updates to the building and grounds when needed. Atria is always clean and taken care of. The staff is SO friendly and approachable, stop by and see for yourself!

Everyone is so nice to my mother. The dining room staff is polite and eager to please. Rachel Parent makes BINGO something to look forward to. Camilla is always coming up with fun activities. Mary is so nice when helping my mother in her apartment. Brian works hard to make her apartment both safe and comfortable. Lysette does her best to keep everything tidy. Terry has done a great job in making Atria Lincoln Place a great home for my mother. I haven't mentioned everyone because I do not know their names but the entire staff has been wonderful!

My mother has been at Atria for a few yrs. now after she had been living with me. It was a big adjustment for her and she was afraid of losing her independence. It has been the best thing that we could have done. Mom has gone from a sit in front of the television to a social butterfly! Rachel Parent and Camilla have every day filled with all kinds of activities. Mom says "if you are bored in this place, it is your own fault, plenty to do". Maria is great at keeping everyone active and fit. Atria is very family oriented and we enjoy all the events that they have for friends and family. My grandchildren enjoy going to see memere and have a blast at all the events that the staff has worked so hard at planning. Brian is always ready to help out when asked with anything you have in store for him. Lysette is great at keeping Mom's room nice and clean and is always willing to help with any requests that Mom may ask of her. The entire staff is professional and treats the residents the way they would want their own parents treated. I can"t say enough about Atria, the best being how my family and I have the relief of knowing that my mom is in a safe and caring environment. I have piece of mind knowing she is happy and well cared for. That is worth more than anything to us. Thanks to everyone at Atria for doing such a great job. Too many people to thank individually. Kudos to chef also, food is great. Because of all of you, all of us say thank you and keep up the good work!

My mother in law lives in Life Guidence and we could not be happier with the care and love that she gets from the staff. You can tell they really care about what they do, and we tell them all that it really does take a special kind of person to work in that unit. We could not be happier that she is in such a loving and caring enviornment.
