If you're a patient on an influence pump, this is one place you want to avoid.They won't let you use it at all , and they'll put you on a sliding scal and you blood sugars will be all over the place, high low everywhere.Don't come here if you're on an insulin pump

I went for the first time today to visit my aunt and uncle and I was happy at how clean it was and very presentable to the eye. The kiosk for checking in was easy to use but it should give you the person's room number since it asks for the name. My aunt wasn't happy with the food so I'd say add more flavor to the patient's meals to feel more like home. Overall it's a nice nursing home and very spacious with pretty decor.

I toured this facility after touring another area facility for rehab needs. Stillwater was superior in their professionalism as well as their facility. The floors, and the rooms and common areas are very well maintained. I will be sending my loved one here and will update on the care upon completion of her stay, Having been a former HR Director in a nursing home I know how much hard team work it takes to keep the facility in such great shape - well done.

My wife is at Stillwater, I'm so lucky to have her there. The staff is wonderful. We had a Xmas party there all my family flu from various parts of the country to be with the mother.Director Bob Corrigan was so kind and helpful he did a great job in setting up the room and he kept checking on us to make sure all was perfect. We could not ask better, thank you Mr Bob Corrigan for help and leadership. To your staff, thank you as well.

Meeting with staff was very productive and provided some assurance and confidence that my mother-in-law will be well cared for. Our visit with Dessie and interaction with 3rd floor staff was much better than prior three visits.

Both of my parents are 101 years old and they are in the covid unit. Mark who is the nurse on duty and Robin who is the PT could not be more helpful. We are early in this transition but so far I am extremely happy and extremely grateful that we chose the right nursing facility.

How could I possibly express the gratitude and love we have for the staff at this facility? From the moment you walk in the door there is nothing but care and support. My mother is 94 years of age and beginning to lose her memory. Her nurses are attentive and so caring. Her CNAs are so kind and loving they have developed rich relationships with her and with us as well. One of them sings to her while she "dances" her to bed at night The director knows who we are! Where does that happen? We have already dealt with having a parent placed in other facilities that were less than adequate, and we are all thankful to have found Stillwater. The sudden decision needed to be made to place mom where she would be safe and happy. My family could not have been more grateful to have found Cortland Place. Now in year two, and mom declining at 90 yrs old, I'm confident our decision was the right one. Mom enjoys coordinated activities , entertainment and socialization she would not have had living on her own. The staff is courteous and supportive. I truly appreciate their dedication. The place is comfortable, clean, and beautifully decorated . We enjoy our visits at the Cafe or on the patio.

I am very happy living here at Stillwater Community where I’ve met wonderful people and made many friends. The staff has been wonderful and caring, especially after my husband passed away four months after moving in. Being part of such an active community has been a blessing to me.

Being in the LongTerm Health Care industry for over 40 years, with 90% of that time being a nurse, I believe I have a good understanding of what is good and what is not in all aspects of care to our elderly population. I have been an employee of Stillwater Assisted Living for 5 months and I can assure you that the care at this facility is outstanding! The front line staff of nursing assistants and nurses is one of the best I have seen in my entire career. All of the departments that make up a healthcare facility such as Dietary, Maintenance, Activities, Housekeeping etc, treat the residents with the utmost dignity and respect, as well their families. The new owners of this beautiful community, Eden Healthcare, is by far one of the best companies I have seen in this industry in many many years and I am proud to be able to call myself an employee of theirs. Eden Healthcare has compiled a dynamic team of leaders who not only know how to lead their respective staffs with professionalism and respect, but they are actual “doers” and aren’t afraid to work to achieve the high expectations that are set forth to meet the needs of the residents in both the Assisted Living and the Skilled Nursing Communities.

I began working at Cortland Place in 2011, currently now Stillwater Community. My experience has been very positive with the opportunities to grow in the company. In recent months we celebrated the new ownership under Eden Healthcare, and again, I was given an opportunity to further my career and could not be happier working with a great team and caring staff! I am very fortunate and grateful to work here as It is not just a job, it’s a choice to serve others, our community, our residents, their families and coworkers!

I stopped in few months agoon the weekend to just check it out as we had a little scare with my Dad. Thought it might be time to begin the process of looking around. The place was beautiful! It was like walking into a hotel. There was music playing and the residents were having a great time. The staff were very friendly as well. I would definitely consider this assisted living down the road for my parents if and when the time comes.

I met and toured with Director Bob. Found the facility to be neat and clean, residents of the assisted living we met along the way were very happy and engaging. He spoke about his niece Jacqueline who is an RN and how proud he was of her.

I came to live at Stillwater Assisted Living Community just about one year ago after a turbulent time in my life. What I have experienced over this last year has been great! You will find compassion and full support for every stage of living here. The staff is truly gifted in caring for older adults and yet they possess a sense of humor that keeps daily life light. Structure in daily living is important to me and Stillwater provides plenty of this. The food is very good and is served hot. I am happy to call Stillwater my home and I am always happy to have guests come here to share time together.
