Wyncote Place came to the rescue for our family member after a long hospital stay. We were provided a personable and thorough tour of the premises. Our family member has been treated with excellent and consistent care and has thrived since arriving at Wyncote Place. The staff is efficient , kind and considerate. It speaks volumes that many staff members have worked here a long time. We could not have picked a better place for our loved one.

This is the first facility where I dont have high stress levels worrying about the lack of care my loved one is receiving. The staff is really engaged, pleasant and so helpful. They keep her busy with activities...she likes it there and the staff!!! This is also the 1st positive review I've written about any of the facilities where my aunt has lived. Hopefully things will remain pretty good!!

Came into town this weekend to visit family and friends. I decided to stop by Wyncote Place to see how my aunt was adjusting. I was pleased with the facility and the friendliness and care she is receiving from the staff. I know she hasn't been there long but from what I observed today, thank you!!

Our family was very grateful for the loving dedication and caring flexibility of everyone at Wyncote Place. We were relieved to find such a warm, home-like setting, and when memory care had to transition to hospice care, the level of very human treatment we all received was such a blessing and a comfort in our difficult time.

My father was always clean whenever we visited. His room was also cleaned daily or whenever needed. He was there almost 4 years. The staff was wonderful Thanks to Shannan, Sam, Latoya, Kim and everyone else for taking such good care of `papa. I would recommend this facility to anyone who needed assistance with their loved one.

Everything at Wyncote Place speaks to a caring and dedicated staff. Both of my parents have lived here now for over a year. They have both received excellent care. The medical staff are extremely capable and quick to step in when a situation arises. The activity directors are extremely good at cheerfully engaging each resident according to the resident's ability. The variety of activities is amazing, with many different types of entertainers, and groups coming in to interact with the residents. The maintenance and housekeeping staff are so helpful whenever we have needed help hanging pictures in my parents room or getting supplies. The building is very clean, pleasant to look at and nicely laid out. There is an enclosed garden for the residents to come and go as long as the weather is good. I have seen several assisted living and nursing home situations over the past three years. The operations here are extremely well run and organized. Everyone is really so nice and cheerful; which makes a big difference in how the residents feel and react.

Beautiful facility, private rooms available which have private bath and shower. Excellent, caring and loving staff. Lovely outside secure garden area. Secure inside porch with rocking chairs. All day activities to keep your loved one busy and entertained.
