Staff was very kind and supportive. They took time to answer any questions that I needed answered. First shift staff excellent with performing all tasks handed to them without complaints. They are in big demand on day shift. Exceptional leadership always lent a hand when ever needed. Physical therapy did a good job. Came into town this weekend to visit family and friends. I decided to stop by Wyncote Place to see how my aunt was adjusting. I was pleased with the facility and the friendliness and care she is receiving from the staff. I know she hasn't been there long but from what I observed today, thank you!! Update*** Since I'm out of town and found out I can no longer call my aunt because Wyncote Place does not have phones on the floor to where she was moved to. Thank you for the care you have my aunt. Regardless of my feelings, I saw my aunt thrive there at Wyncote Place

My friend Jean Konowalczyk was transferred from the Pinnacle in Plymouth Meeting to Wyncote in November 2024. The treatment and the care she received during three years at the Pinnacle pales in comparison to the care and treatment she is receiving at Wyncote. At Wyncote the staff are responsive, caring and giving Jean individual attention she so rightfully deserves. As her POA and her custodian I am very comfortable knowing that Jean is in good hands under the professional staff at Wyncote.

Wyncote Place was such a major improvement from where our loved one was and we just wish we had known about options such as Memory Care/Assisted Living sooner. Our loved one was contented and comfortable while living there and we appreciated all the cares provided.

I always knew that my wife was safe and in great hands until her finals days when Wyncote's team took kind loving care of both my wife and me. My mom is a resident at Wyncote Place. The staff is super! She gets great care. It’s a small facility. Everyone knows her name and spends time to make sure she is comfortable. They hand feed her. The people who work there are friendly and respectful. Everyone goes the extra mile! I’ve had to admit that they do a much better job caring for her than I can. Great place!

Wyncote Place came to the rescue for our family member after a long hospital stay. We were provided a personable and thorough tour of the premises. Our family member has been treated with excellent and consistent care and has thrived since arriving at Wyncote Place. The staff is efficient , kind and considerate. It speaks volumes that many staff members have worked here a long time. We could not have picked a better place for our loved one.

Our family was very grateful for the loving dedication and caring flexibility of everyone at Wyncote Place. We were relieved to find such a warm, home-like setting, and when memory care had to transition to hospice care, the level of very human treatment we all received was such a blessing and a comfort in our difficult time.

My father was always clean whenever we visited. His room was also cleaned daily or whenever needed. He was there almost 4 years. The staff was wonderful Thanks to Shannan, Sam, Latoya, Kim and everyone else for taking such good care of `papa. I would recommend this facility to anyone who needed assistance with their loved one.

Everything at Wyncote Place speaks to a caring and dedicated staff. Both of my parents have lived here now for over a year. They have both received excellent care. The medical staff are extremely capable and quick to step in when a situation arises. The activity directors are extremely good at cheerfully engaging each resident according to the resident's ability. The variety of activities is amazing, with many different types of entertainers, and groups coming in to interact with the residents. The maintenance and housekeeping staff are so helpful whenever we have needed help hanging pictures in my parents room or getting supplies. The building is very clean, pleasant to look at and nicely laid out. There is an enclosed garden for the residents to come and go as long as the weather is good. I have seen several assisted living and nursing home situations over the past three years. The operations here are extremely well run and organized. Everyone is really so nice and cheerful; which makes a big difference in how the residents feel and react.

Beautiful facility, private rooms available which have private bath and shower. Excellent, caring and loving staff. Lovely outside secure garden area. Secure inside porch with rocking chairs. All day activities to keep your loved one busy and entertained.
