I was at Phoebe Wyncote for 1 week for rehab after hip replacement surgery. However I got a stomach virus and had to return to the hospital. During my time there I was very disapointed in the therapy provided. I never left my room the entire week. The food was so bad I could not eat it. The aides and daily caregivers were good and caring. The management staff was not. I did not like the way my familys concerns with management were brushed off. I also was concerned about the lack of security. You were buzzed in and they did not have a reception area to check who was entering. All in all not a good experience and transferred to another facility when leaving the hospital the 2nd time.

PROS: Nicole provided a very well rounded tour, explained the benefits and activities, Personal Care is on first floor so no steps, Spacious but not too big, Calendar of activities were awesome, Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner, and Snacks, Rooms can be decorated freely, Doctor, Nurse, on-site. CONS: Bathrooms are outside of the rooms, rooms are a little small. Overall my mom and I enjoyed our visit. Definitely high on the list for making the decision to chose a community that works best for my mom

My Mom is currently living at Phoebe, she cant say enough great things about the staff, doctors and nurses! She enjoys every meal, she just loves it there! Thanks for taking such great care of my Mother.

My mom has been at Phoebe Wyncote for 1 and1, 2 years. She resides in the personal care area. The staff is wonderful. My mom has flourished under their care. She has even gained some much needed weight. She enjoys the food and the staff even make sure to have her favorite dessert on hand whenever she wants. I never have to worry about her care, the staff are caring and patient. ...Its the little things like her treasured desserts that make my mom so happy. The residents have been quarantined due to covid. Fortunately there have been no cases in personal care which speaks volumes to me! The staff is always cleaning and it shows. It even smells clean...always! Kudos to the PC staff!!! Thank you for being so wonderful and caring to my mom!

My mother was a resident at Phoebe Wyncote. She did well there. The staff was caring and it was always clean. They had activities for her morning and afternoon. She liked the games they played.
