I absolutely recommend this place! My dad had a short residence here and his care from all the fantastic staff I truly will miss! I am pretty busy here doing my own thing and I'm younger than most. However, when shower days arrive I am ready. However, twice I had to forgo them because the team is too busy with others. Even when I ask hours before for help showering, I'm still told "no."

My grandfather has resided at Whitehall manor twice going on 18 months in total. Their staff is phenomenal and extremely personable. Even their maintenance man sam is great. He is extremely personable and helpful to patients. I personally couldn’t be happier with the service

My Mom was at Whitehall Manor for many years and we have personal experience with her prior care facility and those where my mother-in-law resided (several places). At least two of those experiences may have been a little "prettier" from a newness standpoint, but none matched the care that we got from WHM. And it wasn't just about staffing levels--it was that the staff members cared personally for the residents. We cannot say enough positive about Soulima and Alex and other staff members. Our Mom went from completely with it -- to needing help in every one of life's needs. Thank You WHM!!

Words to not describe how grateful I am for Soulima at Whitehall Manor! She has consistently been responsive to all my concerns regarding my Mom during this exceptionally trying time with the pandemic. Soulima gives me confidence that my Mom’s individual needs are met. I am grateful for the whole staff. My Mom is very content there. She is well taken care of. I highly recommend Whitehall Manor. God bless you all for your sacrifice and dedication.

My Mom was a resident here for over 3 years. She started in independent care but due to dementia transitioned to different levels of memory care. She passed away in February. The owners, care manager (Soulima) & staff worked w/ me & my siblings (4 of us) tirelessly to accommodate all our requests to ensure the best care for our Mom (we called Alex my Mom’s care angel). We were a tough crowd when it came to her care & all of our requests &/or concerns were addressed & met. Pre Covid we visited 3-5 times per week (sometimes more); during covid, WM did everything possible to allow us to see our Mom via FaceTime or through windows with staff using their phones so we could see & talk to her - not easy when your loved one has dementia. Attached is a pic one of the staff took during 1 of our covid visits - we were not aware they captured this moment & sent it to me later in day via text. It is now framed in all 4 of our homes. As the saying goes, a picture paints a 1,000 words. I would recommend WM especially if you are a family that wants to be involved & have a lot of input into the care of your loved one. WM cares.

Not only do they offer a reasonable rate for what you get, and offer really nice amenities, BUT even though my mom should have gone to a nursing home, THEY TOOK HER IN. I'll never be able to thank them enough for that...and i'll never forget all of the kindness the employees showed my mom and us.... too many to list here but YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE! I"LL NEVER FORGET ANY OF YOU!!!
