The selection of meals at Whitehall Manor are the results of many years of experience crafting menus. My Mom was a resident here for over 3 years. She started in independent care but due to dementia transitioned to different levels of memory care. She passed away in February. The owners, care manager (Soulima) staff worked w- me my siblings (4 of us) tirelessly to accommodate all our requests to ensure the best care for our Mom (we called Alex my Moms care angel). We were a tough crowd when it came to her care all of our requests -or concerns were addressed met. Pre Covid we visited 3-5 times per week (sometimes more); during covid, WM did everything possible to allow us to see our Mom via FaceTime or through windows with staff using their phones so we could see talk to her - not easy when your loved one has dementia. Attached is a pic one of the staff took during 1 of our covid visits - we were not aware they captured this moment sent it to me later in day via text. It is now framed in all 4 of our homes. As the saying goes, a picture paints a 1,000 words. I would recommend WM especially if you are a family that wants to be involved have a lot of input into the care of your loved one. WM cares.

Here at Whitehall Manor, the management has you covered! They have a van to take you to all your appointments. The dietary staff gives us a great meal 7 days a week, 3 meals daily! Our laundry is done in a timely manner. Lots of activities include exercise, bingo, manicures, crafts and of course happy hour! As the needs arises for the resident to have more care, the maintence crew will move them quickly to a comfortable area-room. Last but not least, we had wonderful entertainment out doors during the pandemic and most recent we have in door entertainment!!! Thank You Whitehall Manor for taking such good care of us residents at your best!

My Mom was at Whitehall Manor for many years and we have personal experience with her prior care facility and those where my mother-in-law resided (several places). At least two of those experiences may have been a little prettier from a newness standpoint, but none matched the care that we got from WHM. And it wasnt just about staffing levels--it was that the staff members cared personally for the residents. We cannot say enough positive about Soulima and Alex and other staff members. Our Mom went from completely with it -- to needing help in every one of lifes needs. Thank You WHM!!

Words to not describe how grateful I am for Soulima at Whitehall Manor! She has consistently been responsive to all my concerns regarding my Mom during this exceptionally trying time with the pandemic. Soulima gives me confidence that my Moms individual needs are met. I am grateful for the whole staff. My Mom is very content there. She is well taken care of. I highly recommend Whitehall Manor. God bless you all for your sacrifice and dedication.
