Angels work here ‘ The CNA’s, med techs and the other staff members work their butts off! But they need help with the laundry. Management should really consider hiring someone to handle the laundry. Thank you for all you do.

My parents moved in about 2 months ago. They really like it there. My mom enjoys bingo and they both enjoy building puzzles in the common area. Everyone has been soooooo friendly and great. The Med Tech and aides are wonderful. And so is everyone else that works there. Also, it’s very nice that they actually have their own apartment there. They have several options on rooms. My parents have the large one bedroom apartment. They were able to bring their own furniture from home and hang their photos and things.

Absolutely a fabulous evening! So much detail, excellent food and great fun. It actually brought tears to eyes to see how many seniors (especially my mom) genuinely enjoyed themselves. The work that went into this, all the way down to getting outfits for those that didn’t have anything formal (including my mom!) was over the top! Awesome decorations and live entertainment! Makes me happy that we have our mom here! Melissa, Shontae and your crew, well done!!! THANK YOU!!!

Senior Prom at Arrowood was such a nice affair. Entertainment, decorations, and food were great. I’m looking forward to this being an annual event. The decorations, in, particular, were over the top. Just like proms should be.

We moved mom in on July 3, 2025. Our experience with your staff prior to Mom moving in has been wonderful. Shante and Rodney were so easy to work with putting no pressure on us and eased our mind about leaving Mom in a safe place. Tate, the young man at the desk when you enter is always smiling and willing to help and answer any questions you might have. The maintenance staff was more than willing to help us hang draperies and set up her room so she would feel like She was in her OWN home. I would highly recommend THE RESIDENCE AT ARROWOOD to anyone who needs to place loved ones in the care of others once they need 24 Hr. Supervision. Our entire family has popped in and are very pleased with what Mom calls her FOREVER HOME. BLESSINGS OVER THE STAFF AND RESIDENTS. KATHY.

Rodney was very delightful and kind to us during our tour of the Arrowood facility today. He explained everything in detail and provided us with all the appropriate information in a folder. He made sure we were satisfied by the end of our tour and stated he would follow up in a few days.

My mother has been a resident at Arrowrood for 2 plus years. She passed away this morning, Staff has been phenomenal in the care in general and the overall expereince has been difficult at times with wide variety of cognitive issues and the staff on the 3rd floor has been resilient every step of the way all the way to the end.. Without hesitation they also were very accomodating to us and allowed us to spend final hours with her, without hesitating alot of support very kind and caring staff. What I really think that stands out the most is when you walk into the foyer and are greeted by a very polite and kind young man, really sets presidence on the overall expereince. So many little attributes that contributed to making her stay and our visits so much nicer. Thank You to all the staff for your professional guidance . Kimberly & Rory Mclaughlin

My father was a resident at Arrowood and just recently passed. I live out of state and I am so thankful for the care and love Arrowood gave him. It was clear the staff had a personal relationship with him. He would literally light up when his caregivers and the staff would come by. For our family, Arrowood has been a godsend.

The staff are absolutely wonderful and caring. The management is truly resident patient driven and it shows by the care and services those living there receive. The facility is clean and well maintained. I am so grateful that my mom lives there. Holiday events like the recent Easter brunch are so meaningful. These events give the residents and families the opportunity to share treasured family memories and celebrate the holidays together. Thank you to all the staff for every job that you do. My sincere gratitude and appreciation to all of you for helping my mother live a healthier and better quality of life.

I’m so grateful that my mother is at this facility. Her room is so nice. Every person that works there that I have encountered has been absolutely wonderful. Staff always greets you with a smile and are very pleasant and caring with my mother. Even one of the cooks today stopped and took the time to say hello to my mom asking if she liked her meal.

The receptionist was very nice & it is an easy way to check in & out. I saw my sister-in-law Martha Kovach on her 92nd birthday & when we were leaving, the receptionist sang Happy Birthday to her & we all joined in. Arrowood is a very nice & clean facility. I like visiting here.

My mother in law was a resident and the care she received was excellent. The entire process, from admission to navigating the many challenges my mother in law presented were handled seamlessly and with professionalism. Tiffany, Heidi and every caregiver we dealt with showed great compassion and patience. Highly Recommend!!

I had a billing problem for months and as soon as I went to Tiffany Lane , she solved it immediately she made my mother’s transition as smooth as possible. She is friendly as well as efficient empathetic towards everyone.

I have been dealing with Arrowood for 10 years. I have always considered it to provide the best care for the money in the area. Both my mother and mother-in-law are at Arrowood. My mother has been at Arrowood for 3 years and my mother-in-law 10 years. My mom has dementia and Arrowood has been able to provide the needed care without putting her in a dementia unit. There are activities that they make sure she attends and residents help her at bingo. The more people that are around my mom the better she enjoys herself. My mother can often be found hanging around in the common areas chatting with staff or a resident. The residents know she has dementia and are very kind. When I arrive I almost always find her in a conversation with residents and/or staff, smiling and laughing. There is either a sit down meal or a buffet for holidays, mother's day, fourth of July, etc . I attend all of these since I can no longer take my mother in the car. The dining room is decorated for the occasion and the meal is very nice. There are even cook out in the back on occasion in the summer. Those are our favorites! My mother-in-law started at Arrowood in independent living. While in independent living she belonged to a card club and WII bowing team. Actually she was one of the star WII players! She moved to assisted living the past two years. She has her hair done once a week along with a free maincure. Yes, she did continue WII bowling and cards. I often take a group of people and sit out on the front porch or play ball in the back. You will see me pushing my mom in a wheel chair around the building. There are many good thing about Arrowood. Realize nothing is perfect, not even when you have your loved one at home. It is a 24/ 7 job. I am happy to have Arrowood assist me with my mother's needs. If you are contemplating a facility for a loved one, visit Arrowood and talk with the residents or family members. If you would like to talk with me, Arrowood can assist. My mother, age 93 moved to Independent Living after her first stroke. She was extremely happy with the socializing, food and cleanliness of the facility. There is Bingo regularly and other activities. Since she suffered a second stroke she had to be moved to the Assisted Living floor. The Administrator, Greg Ziemkiewicz has been outstanding in working within my budget and has helped in every way possible for my mom to remain living at Arrowood. There is a small dining room on the third floor for the residents to eat their meals. The medical staff and Aides welcomed my mom to that floor. It made her feel so good that there was a caring staff there to help her. I’m extremely pleased with Assisted Living floor. Prior to moving to this floor, I had a terrible experience at another facility that neglected my mother ( see Google Review). I made what I thought was a financially better decision that could of turned out with grave consequences. Sometimes it’s best to pay a little more for a facility knowing that your loved one won’t be neglected and or abused. From the receptionists, hairdresser, to the maintenance man and all other staff have great attitudes and were happy to see my mother and I back to Arrowood.
