Can't thank everyone at Sunrise Westtown enough - from the Directors - to the nurses and aides - to the chef and dining staff. Our Mom was on her third nursing home experience when we found Sunrise. Everyone went out of their way, not only to make sure she was comfortable, but to make sure she felt part of the community. She almost never missed Bingo, enjoyed every musical performance and dined with other residents. The staff made sure she had the opportunity to enjoy all of the activities, the foods that made her happy, and her most cherished bath time. She truly felt cared for. Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts! The Jackson Family.

When I first visited Sunrise of Westtown (while looking for a place for my mother who turns 89 this year), Doug King (Director of Sales) referred to Sunrise as a "Family". At that time, I kinda took that remark with a grain of salt. Of course, that's what any Sales Director is going to say! 🙂 My mother eventually moved to Sunrise back in October, 2022 and today I can honestly say that it really is like being part of a family. Recently, my mother was in the hospital and then Physical Therapy for 4-5 weeks and on her return to Sunrise, she was greeted by everyone (management, staff and residents) with welcome arms, like a long lost, close relative returning home. Lots of hugs and kisses from everyone made her feel welcome and that she is truly part of a large family. At Sunrise, everyone in management and staff knows all the residents by name, always greets them with a warm smile and is involved with their care. I've seen Michele (Executive Director) helping out in the dining room or wheeling residents around when short staffed. I've seen Doug filling in on the front desk on a weekend day when someone couldn't make it in. I can say the same for other people in management and staff, filling in where and when needed. Nobody is too good to do what needs to be done to care for their residents. I can't say enough about how I appreciate the care they provide for the residents and my mother there at Sunrise of Westtown.

This facility has an amazing management team, true "Serving Hearts". The atmosphere and vibe in this building is warm, inviting and genuine. A lovely homelike setting for the aging population. They get an A+ rating from our family.

I went on a tour here and it went very well. The staff was nice and helpful and answered all of my questions. We ate lunch here and the food was very good. The rooms were on the smaller side. And the hallways were really long and far from the dining room. I would recommend families tour communities before making a decision

My cousin is doing great being apart of the community in the Memory Care. Based on my timing I went with this community for the care and being close to me. The staff are providing the care she needs and calling me with any updates. It has worked out for us.
