After much searching for a place to move my sister, I chose Springfield Crossings and I am so glad I did. She has a lovely room overlooking the courtyard that is filled with trees and birds. She likes the food and has met some very nice people. I like how clean it is and that every staff member is friendly and seems to like where they work. Lastly, there are a great variety of activities, from movies to jewelry making to taste testing. I know she is in a great place.

Started out good and went downhill fast. Nurses refused to put my mom to bed for a nap as I requested in the afternoon because it was close to shift change. Also I continually washed and organized her clothes only to find dirty clothes in a ball in the drawers a few times. Missing items from her room.

I’ve had family members in many facilities. This is one of the most caring and informative staffs that I have encountered. I’ve had family here on four occasions and, while there were bumps along the way, management and staff always work professionally and diligently to resolve concerns.

Since moving our dad to this facility he has become so invigorated and is thriving. His health has greatly improved. The staff is wonderful. Hazel one of the directors makes sure he participates in events & dances with him (which he happily enjoys). The nursing staff is on point and are happy to talk to us about any concerns or health issues. We recommend Springfield Crossings to anyone that asks! Thank you for taking such pride in your facility!

The nurses put my Aunt Tina to bed tonight. They are angels. My Aunt took great care of her family and now she’s being cared for at the end of her life by her family and the caring nurses at Springfield Crossings. I’m grateful for the good care she is receiving.

Professional, friendly and informative. The folks who work here are friendly and extremely helpful. They all seem to go that extra mile to allow the residents to feel someone is there for them. I have had daily interactions with administrators, nurses, aids and dining folks and to the person, they have been helpful. When a family member is a resident, it is comforting to know that the staff has your back. Thank you to all.

My mother just left after of being there for 46 days after being released from the hospital. Upon arriving, obviously being very overwhelming for us being the first time experiencing a rehab facility, Anne was a comforting face as your entered, and continued to be during our stay. There were great things about the place, and not so great things. Great things: The PT and OT were amazing and worked with my mom to get her back to where she needed to be. Cleanliness of the facility was good. Katie D. and Brianna, the concierge team, were very resourceful. Unfortunately, there are some downfalls to each facility. Families~ you have to advocate for your loved-one. Some of the aides are not prompt when a room request is made ( like will not show up), nor had the TLC bedside manners with the residents. So much so, yes, we did report this. Keep a journal of your stay; document everything. Tierre and Wendy... Thank you VERY Much for being amazing. This is long-winded, but accurate.
