My brother-in-law joined the residents and staff of Brookdale Northampton during the pandemic. I am very grateful for the care and concern that has been provided to him, and us, his family, during this trying time. We were put at ease and he was welcomed into their family when he could not see his own family. Since then we have been provided with answers when we asked questions and my brother-in-law has been given a great group of people to be with when we could not be there with him.

I have seen some of the negative reviews and I would like to counter some of these posts. My mother in law has been in the Clare Bridge memory care unit for over four years. If you asked if I would place her there again...absolutely. She is consistently clean and well dressed. The food is abundant. I love the size of the facility and the private rooms with full private baths. The staff is responsive, respectful and caring. There are activities going on all of the time, even if they are as simple as music playing. If there are issues, and folks with declining memory will have issues, there is a process to communicate and resolve problems. The price is fair and of course increases as the residents needs increase. We feel fully confident with the wonderful Clare Bridge team.

Great community. The staff is wonderful and treat my mom like family. It's a smaller more intimate community so you get to know the staff and residents. My mom doesn't get lost in the shuffle and is always doing activities and gathering with the other residents. It was scary to make the move to personal care but we are happy with Brookdale. I highly recommend.

I highly recommend this community. Every interaction with the staff has been pleasent. The memory care section is especially great. They take the time to know the residents and do the little things that matter!
