Our family placed my 97 year old mother in the Memory Care Unit in Brookdale. We couldn't be happier. The facility is clean, well organized and food at meal time is delicious and appealing. The staff is very respecful and provides the needed care she requires. They are awesome. There are also various activities available to the residents if they choose to participate. A heartfelt thank you for providing our mom with the kind and compassionate care she receives on a daily basis.

Our family needed to find immediate housing for a senior sibling and were very thankful to have found Brookdale. Our brother was treated with compassion and respect and all his daily needs were met -- from housekeeping to meals -- which was a great relief to us. The executive director, Bethann Golla, was especially kind and informed me of his daily activities and how he was doing, both emotionally and physically. Brookdale itself is a lovely facility, well-maintained, with a library, beautiful dining room and more. Again, we are thankful to everyone there for such a positive experience in helping our brother in a time of need.

My Father a resident there. No phone at this time. Recently went from a regular room to memory loss room. Today was his 91st birthday. Was suppose to visit him but didn't work out. Called there to wish him a hapy birthday. No one called me back as promised.

We just placed our 91 year old mother to Brookdale in Richboro. Her memory is starting to fade but she doesn’t require memory care. She has fallen several times so it’s not possible for her to stay on her own any longer. Brookdale entire staff have been outstanding making sure she is adjusting and all her needs are fully accommodated. They are always professional and very friendly. We had lunch with her and the food was excellent. Always a few selections from a menu served at your table. They allowed us to paint her room, bring her own furniture and hang anything on the walls (shelves, pictures, TV) She loves to bake cookies and Brookdale is working with us to accommodate her baking with our participation. She is still adjusting and missing her independence but we know it’s the best place for her long term safety and health. Our family feels even better after seeing the staff with our mom and the terrific facilities

I have been caring for my sister for about 25 years now as she was disabled at a relatively young age. The past two 1/2 years have been exceedingly difficult as we had been caring for her at home. About two months ago we made the decision to move her to Brookdale following several interactions with Michaele and her staff. We feel extremely fortunate to have found the team at Brookdale Northampton. I have been in contact and dealt with several facilities over the years and none have been as responsive and cooperative as what we have found here. Brookdale Northampton is worthy of your serious consideration.

My brother-in-law joined the residents and staff of Brookdale Northampton during the pandemic. I am very grateful for the care and concern that has been provided to him, and us, his family, during this trying time. We were put at ease and he was welcomed into their family when he could not see his own family. Since then we have been provided with answers when we asked questions and my brother-in-law has been given a great group of people to be with when we could not be there with him.

I have seen some of the negative reviews and I would like to counter some of these posts. My mother in law has been in the Clare Bridge memory care unit for over four years. If you asked if I would place her there again...absolutely. She is consistently clean and well dressed. The food is abundant. I love the size of the facility and the private rooms with full private baths. The staff is responsive, respectful and caring. There are activities going on all of the time, even if they are as simple as music playing. If there are issues, and folks with declining memory will have issues, there is a process to communicate and resolve problems. The price is fair and of course increases as the residents needs increase. We feel fully confident with the wonderful Clare Bridge team.

Great community. The staff is wonderful and treat my mom like family. It's a smaller more intimate community so you get to know the staff and residents. My mom doesn't get lost in the shuffle and is always doing activities and gathering with the other residents. It was scary to make the move to personal care but we are happy with Brookdale. I highly recommend.
