Two elevators available, but only one has worked in last two years and that one broke down couple times a week. Now, we have no elevator. Mgt does not know when elevator will be fixed, citing "parts". This is a 10 story building. Also, constant water problems, causing shut offs.

The new owner's have begun to let just anyone move in now. With that there are now cockroaches, bedbugs, and all sorts of things going going downhill. They have the nerve to to raise everyone's rent, but do nothing about the major issues. My family member has lived here for 16 years and not one issue with bugs. Now there is all sorts of issues.
