My father who suffered a stoke , came to Deer Meadows for rehab from Temple Hospital.After 4 weeks of not being able to see him. He is home. . The rehab department got him back to walkingwith assistants! We still have a lot of out patient care to follow up on to make sure he get stronger! I highly recommend Deer Meadows for their sting rehab dept!

My Grandmother was there for physical therapy after her hospitalization and the staff was kind and caring. They were attentive and made her feel like she was important to them- meant a lot to us.

My aunt Martha is a resident here and the care she receives is like family. I am really her last family and due to my international travels I dont get to see her as much as I would like, but the employees are so loving to her and take great care of her. My aunt tells me how happy she is all the time and how clean it is. A clean facility is so important to me to keep my aunt safe! Thanks so much for everything Deer meadows!

My mother was a patient there after her hospital stay. The staff was very attentive, the doctors always communicated with me and gave me updates frequently. My mom even liked the food ! I would let her go back there if she ever needed to -I liked her care there.

Extremely friendly and professional staff, exercise kindness and true caring in every interaction Ive had. Facility is clean and well maintained. My family member is very happy with level of care and treatment plan specific to needs. I would like to take this time to acknowledge ALL of the essential worker , who put their own health at risk to care for other. It takes a special type of hero to do that. My mother stayed for about 14 days, as she had been diagnosed with COVID . I of course was beside myself. I was fortunate enough to meet Anne Rumsey who gave me her personal cell if I ever needed it and welcomed my mom with open optimistic arms, assuring her she would be ok. Not knowing what the next day would bring. Or even if she would survive. She even FaceTimed her as soon as my mom Ari Ed so I could see her and help rest her fears. THe attending Dr.Spector kept me well informed as Did the nursing team , CNAs, housekeeping, front desk , dietary, physical therapy and so many more. I would like to also acknowledge Malcom Back the administrator, Dolores Martin( who ran the covid unit fearlessly) Mary and a Maria who supported my mother and gave me peace so I could sleep at night. Mom was been home for about 2 months now , and is back to herself! She is a survivor and I owe it to the Team at Deer Meadows. The team put themselves before anyone else, and this should be commended. I am thankful I made the choice to go to Deer Meadows& so thankful for the team there who went beyond what there job requirements were. God bless you all!!

I was nervous for the tour of this building from previous experience is elsewhere… I have to say Im very impressed with maintenance of property, level of professionalism, and kind engaging staff. I know that we made the right choice in selecting this location for skilled nursing care. I appreciate the hospitality shown and extra measures in place to encourage recovery in the safest way possible for all. Highly recommend Deer Meadows for all skilled nursing and extended care needs!! Thank You!!

If I could give more stars I would for this amazing place. The dedication and care the staff provides for their residents is better than anyone could hope for. When being treated the staff makes you feel like you are the most important person there. The food is great and the facility is clean and pretty. I would recommend this facility to everyone I know!

The staff at this facility was AMAZING, they had went above and beyond for my grandfather that had recently stayed there during Covid-19. My grandfather is now home and doing well with the transition back. Well recommend for anyone looking for skilled nursing and or rehabilitation.Thank-You!!

Deer meadows is a great environment. I love how friendly the staff is and how clean the building is. Ive seen a few places and this one takes the cake! If youre looking for a place to reside or need to find a reliable and caring home for a loved one, I recommend them for sure.

My mother in law has stayed at Deer Meadows during the height of the COVID pandemic. The staff there worked so hard and faced with getting sick themselves. They also made sure our family was communicated with at all times. I tremendous respect goes out to the heros in health care.. mom is home and doing well do to the rehab at Deer Meadows. Deer Meadows is a great facility that goes above and beyond the standard of care. They have an amazing staff that show great passion for their work and compassion for their residents and short term patients. They have a great rehab team that works with each individuals needs to really help them meet their goals. The facility is dedicated to the best outcomes for each individual and their family members. It is a beautiful facility with large semi private and private rooms. It is kept meticulously clean by the staff, you can tell the pride they have by the cleanliness of the facility. I recommend this facility if you are looking for a team approach in care that goes above and beyond for your family member.

Im giving Deer Meadow a five star review because of the very nice compassionatestaff. They did a great job with my mother. Social work department was very helpful especially Jamie. I was able to set up FaceTime visits with her which was my only opportunity to see her during this pandemic. I would definitely recommend this nursing home to anyone who needs rehab.
