Claudia did her best but sent one hc aide that almost arrested at Giant for abuse....she sent her best aide who neglected to tell her that her car was a rental and her car was not safe...so claudia said we will Lyft ride u both and her aid was a control freak and was too good to do certain things that I preferred..too much mouth. So we agreed to terminate

The owner of this agency Joshua, is extremely professional and responsive to my grandfather’s needs/concerns. Joshua’s communication is awesome, which is very important to me. Joshua has worked hard to accommodate my family with the onboarding. He truly cares about the clients he is serving.
