My mother is an octogenarian suffering from vascular dementia. We believe she is now in stage 6 of this disease. Josh and his aides are very competent and extremely caring. Claudia did her best but sent one hc aide that almost arrested at Giant for abuse....she sent her best aide who neglected to tell her that her car was a rental and her car was not safe...so claudia said we will Lyft ride u both and her aid was a control freak and was too good to do certain things that I preferred..too much mouth. So we agreed to terminate

The owner of this agency Joshua, is extremely professional and responsive to my grandfather’s needs/concerns. Joshua’s communication is awesome, which is very important to me. Joshua has worked hard to accommodate my family with the onboarding. He truly cares about the clients he is serving. Joshua the owner was very nice and the aids were sweet. I had surgery and I didn’t feel well during the night time and the Aid Samaria stayed overnight, she was always smiling and checking on me to see if i was ok or needed something plus she took me to the hospital when I needed and was helpful when we arrived there, she spoke to the nurses and pushed me around in a wheel chair. I liked the service!
