It's not easy to decide that your family can no longer provide the right level of care for a loved one. The team at Atria have helped make the transition easier. They understand the importance of supporting my dad's independent living, as long as possible, combined with the benefits of social integration. My father is no longer isolated and at home, and he is beginning to build relationships and connections that offer hope, structure and a new lease on life.

Atria Center City is the best assisted living facility in Philadelphia. We visited many and chose this facility because it is classy, quiet, clean, well managed, great food, activities and location. I cannot begin to say how incredible this place is and how amazing the staff is. Brian Wade and Jessica Young moved Heaven and Earth to get my loved one out of a horrific facility quickly. They worked with such alacrity and professionalism that I was astounded. Their kindness and concern was so heartfelt and genuine. The caregivers who attend to the residents are angels who tolerate so much but are still able to be patient and kind.

Atria is a great facility with passionate team members. We referred a patient here who was in need of placement but also needed additional support. It was a great experience working along side with them to give our patient quality care at the end of life! Lauren in memory care is great with communication and continuity of care! Thank you! Here’s our patients review below: Transitioning our mom from her apartment to an assisted living facility in a memory care unit and needing 24/7 care could’ve been a real nightmare. However, thanks to Londyn Home Health care agency relief was on the way. We couldn’t be more grateful and happy. Rajeena, the owner and coordinator, continually tended to every detail. She created a one stop superstore agency. For example, Rajeena tackled every new challenge, such as helping find movers, liaison to the facility, working with hospice and brainstorming options as needed. Their services far exceeded our expectations – professionalism – compassion and expertise helped us navigate through difficult situations. Dreams can come true! Londyn Home Health care staff are of the highest quality. My mom refered to all the “staff as her friends!" They anticipated our needs and were always available for support, guidance and consultation. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts and will be forever grateful for the care you took of our mom. Our family could not be more blessed. -- Our advice is stop scrolling and call Londyn Home Health Care Agency. If we had to do this all over again, we would happily use their services once more.

From my first visit to Atria, I knew it was the right place for my mom. I was impressed with their facility and operations. Atria was very clean and well appointed. Prior to Atria, my mother was temporarily in a nursing home which wasn’t meeting her memory care requirements. I had to find mom a forever and permanent home and Atria is the answer. The staff is very attentive and sincerely caring. All residents and staff spend time together like a family. And my mom is never left alone and she is always included. Thank you, Lauren, Haley, Marci and all the other employees at Atria!

Our experience with Atria, while not perfect, has been pretty darn close to it. Our dad, like many others in America today, suffers from Alzheimers dementia. The care offered at Atria for people like him is just what youd wish for a loved one who can no longer manage his or her own life, who may endanger themselves if not cared for around the clock, and who wants to enjoy what remains of their lives. Atrias caring staff attends to all of these needs and keeps family members informed while doing so.

Atria is a great retirement community. The staff is kind and knows everyones names. After some trouble with previous administration, they are working hard to make it a safe and comfortable residence for all. I am confident that they are on the upswing and the past is behind the community. They have been amazing and thorough throughout the pandemic to ensure the safety of the residents and staff.

Life Guidance (memory unit) at Atria Center City has shown the caring, concern for safety and the open communication that one desperately wants for their loved one, particularly during the challenges of the past year. Their healthy balance between caution and recognition of the unique needs of residents with cognitive impairment has been readily apparent, and the leadership of Life Guidance and the devotion of the staff has been outstanding. They are all caregivers in the true sense of the word.

I moved my father into Atria at the beginning of the Pandemic (March 2020). It was a difficult time for everyone, especially for a 97 year old. The staff at Atria looked over Dad as if he was their own. I was not able to get into to see Dad due to COVID, but knew he was being taken well care off. The staff are caring, empathetic, concerned, communicative and a pleasure to deal with. They always keep me updated and are so very responsive to my questions. They have been wonderful during COVID, keeping the families up to date. Dad is happy and content at the Atria. The food is great and so are the choices. The amenities are modern and up to date. His apartment is roomy and bright. They offer a wide range of activities and Dad enjoys them all. Aly, Lexi and Lauren go above and beyond. I am thrilled I chose Atria Philly for my father.

My mom moved to to Atria after having a bad experience at another assisted living center. She was skeptical that she would have a better experience. But Atria has gone above and beyond to make her experience not just better, but far better, than her last experience. She consistently tells me how happy she is, how well they take care of her, and how comfortable she is there. And...she loves the food. Kudos to the chef and culinary team for their efforts to make the residents feel cared for through great food. Even during Covid, Atria has consistently impressed us.

After looking at a few residences for my father, I knew immediately that Atria Center City was the right place for him. The interior is very upscale and modern, like a boutique hotel, and my dads apartment was cheerful and bright. But most important was the sense of community amongst the staff and residents. All the staff knew the residents by name and cared about them personally. They went beyond just doing their job.The other residents were friendly too - and also fascinating. I enjoyed hanging out with my dad and his friends at meals and happy hour. The food was excellent, and my father enjoyed a full range of activities and culture, including musicians from the Philadelphia Orchestra, movies, and art gallery openings in house.

Owner of atria senior living. Your employees that are on staff on the day shift are not considerate to clients black and white. They treat them different. And your staff because they think they dont know any better i am glad i am no longer there they are poorly managed . the supervisors on day shift and evening shift are weak there rsa s and med techs are not compassionate

As a clinical therapy partner of Atria I can say with confidence that this is a place where people can thrive physically and socially. The recent renovations have really provided an inclusive environment for all individuals. The care staff is receptive to all recommendations from families as well as the therapy team. Atria always has the best interest of their residents and that includes utilizing an interdisciplinary team approach to provide the highest level of care. The activities are diverse and the Engage Life Director and her staff are always willing to listen to new ideas. The Sales team truly assists with a smooth transition with the move (which I know is not an easy thing for me and I couldnt imagine for someone possibly moving from a home they had for 40-50 years!). Additionally, I find them to be a 5-star service because they are always willing to sit down and listen. You have access to all directors and staff at all times. Hopefully this review helps give you some honest insight into Atria!

My father moved in ten days ago. The attentive level of care has exceeded our expectations. The room is beautifully appointed but more importantly the daily attention the staff pay to him is great. Atria fills the gap between independent living and personal care perfectly. My dad enjoys his personal lifestyle but gets the services he needs such as medication management, bed made daily, weekly laundry, daily weight measurement and daily reminders to go downstairs to eat his lunch or dinner. Recommend highly.

My mother is in her fourth year living at Atria Center City, and we chose it because it was smaller and more personal than other choices we considered. The staff are warm, friendly and very hard working, making everyone feel at home. I would love to mention all the staff by name, but I am afraid I'll leave someone out! The med techs who manage my mother's medications are excellent; the Wellness Team who look after her personal care are also brilliant. We greatly appreciate the Housekeeping and maintenance staff, too, who make sure her apartment is in good shape by responding promptly to her needs. The kitchen and Dining Room staff are marvelous, working with exceptional patience and warmth to meet everyone's needs. There's good entertainment and the transport service is wonderful, with a superb driver who goes that extra mile, even returning to watch the Drama Club's performance after the day was completed. In fact many of the staff come to support residents during special events, such as taking part in the Fashion Show. There's a great management team in place now, which has made a huge difference from my mother's first months there in 2010 when coincidentally the Director left in her first week! I've watched the atmosphere and services steadily improve as the team aspires to do their best for residents and their families.

There's something for everyone at Atria Center City. The staff are wondeful and they work tirelessly to make us happy and comfortable. Engage life is super and the community always feels homey. Atria Center City is an incredible place. As an outside vendor/partner, i see many sides of the facility. I interact with many different employees and residents. the place is always bubbling with activity and excitement. the employeees are polite and welcoming and treat me and my team as part of their family. there is a warmth that the employees display and the smiles on the residents faces tell me that they enjoy their life there. the employees know what is going on with the residents and their families and there is an obvious genuine feel of caring and concern for the well being of the residents they care for. I feel blessed to be a part of this community and am honored to be able to be a provider of Hospice services to to the community.

I've lived at Atria since 2005 and hope to live here until my final hours on this good earth. I have MS and use a wheel chair. For the most part, Atria is fully accessible and allows me to live independently--and to get assistance from our caring aides when I need it. I'm currently the president of our Resident Advisory Council and find it a pleasure to deal with our reasonable managers in my efforts to improve Atria's operations and environment. Even after the nearly ten years I've lived here, eating in our dining room still feels like I'm going out to dinner in a nice restaurant. I also feel so fortunate to have the day-to-day chores, such as laundry, cleaning, and repairing my living space, done for me. But, I guess for me, Atria's transportation is the most important reason I I love living at Atria. I'm able to get to and from all my doctor appointments, to shop, and to visit all the culture Philadelphia has to offer.
