Our experience with Maria Sapio was phenomenal. We were there for a tour in April 2026 and were treated exceptionally well! The cottages were very warm and inviting and it seems like a great place to live. Maria Sapio is a fantastic hostess who spent a lot of time with us to go over every aspect of the community in detail.

Although I’ve lived in the local area my entire life and knew the name Green Ridge Village, I had never checked it out until after retirement. My wife and I signed up for a Discovery Tour and learned what a hidden treasure the Village was located so close by. The beauty of the campus containing spacious cottages, lodges, and apartments along with the excellent 5 star dining experience and other amenities made the decision to move to Green Ridge an easy one. Throughout the whole move in process, Maria Sapio, Sales Director, helped us select and design our cottage, and guided us through each step of the move in process. Having lived here a year now Green Ridge Village has exceeded our expectations.

The staff in the Personal Care unit at Green Ridge go above and beyond! My mother had been a resident in Personal Care for the last 2 1/2 years before her recent passing. She often mentioned to me how well the staff treated her. One of the staff members, Heather, was especially caring and kind to my mother and the other residents. When my mother went on Hospice Care recently, the administration allowed her to stay in her Personal Care room. We were so thankful because my mother was in her familiar surroundings and she knew and felt comfortable with the staff. Shelly, Krystal, and Tammy also went above and beyond while caring for my mother during the last months and weeks of her life. Thank you to all the staff in Personal Care for helping take care of my mother and for making her feel as much at home as possible in a long-term care facility!

My grandmother is a patient there currently in the rehab unit. Very nice facility. Clean, quiet, open and a very nice layout. Staff are friendly and attentive. They helped me get the necessary medical equipment my grandmother needs before she comes home. Very helpful.

Very friendly folks live here. Staff is also friendly and is available to talk with to give them suggestions/feedback. There are many activities available to join in. You can be as busy or not as you wish to be. We feel very safe here. We enjoy the nature and the cleanliness of the community. Wish we would have moved here 10 years earlier.

We are so glad we moved to Green Ridge Village. It is a wonderful place to live with wonderful grounds and amazing staff. There are so many things to do that we can’t begin to join in all the activities. The cottages are very comfortable, neighbors are warm and friendly and fun to hang out with in the afternoons. Requests are quickly dealt with, food is great (especially since we don’t need to make food), and every maintenance need is taken care of by staff. If you are looking for a Continuum Care facility be sure to check out GRV. You won’t be disappointed.

From the day we first visited Green Ridge Village, we knew this was going to be our permanent home - this was where we were meant to be. We wanted 'rural' and we got it in spades moving here! The staff and residents have become our family and we are all re-experiencing life together in a new and wonderful level.

The campus of this community is beautiful. I have visited multiple times as a professional and have seen nothing but good things here in their rehab, PC, and skilled. Their social worker, PCHA/LPN, and admissions are professional, caring, and always willing to assist their residents! Would recommend touring to anyone considering placing a loved one or exploring retirement communities.

I have lived here a year and the Village is home. Staff here care about the residents and truly love being part of this place. I can be as independent as I want in my apartment, yet when I need help, help is available. I feel cared for, cared about, and respected.
