I can't thank Arden court enough for the care that they give my husband Gary. They keep him very active. He enjoys the coffee hour and daily activities. The staff is friendly and if there is an issue you can talk to them and they will take care of it right away. I can rest easy because I know that he is in good hands.

As my wife and I plan to attend the Christmas party tomorrow (12/17) to visit with my brother, Nicholas Davic, I wanted to take a moment to express our family appreciation for the wonderful care Nick has received. Over the past six months, so many staff members have helped him adjust to your wonderful community. I wish I knew the names of everyone who works with Nick, but I want to especially thank Amy, Angle, and his Serbian friend Rada… for the patience, kindness, and day‑to‑day care you provide. Rada speaks Serbian to Nick and how wonderful his memory of the language of our four grandparents, all Serbian, remains in his memory. Please know that your work means so much to me and his family. Thank you for all you do, and I look forward to seeing you tomorrow.

From warm greetings at the front desk (shout out Tanisha and Donna) to compassionate care (thank you Jasmine, Keshirley, Tara and others) and Mom's spotless room (Raven treats it like home), I've been pleased so far with Arden Courts. In particular however, I want to praise Rada. She puts her WHOLE HEART into planning meals, managing the kitchen and getting to truly know the people she's feeding. When my mother first moved to Arden last month, Rada and I spoke at length about Mom's diet and its religious significance. I left that meeting certain Rada would take great care in preparing my mom's food. What I wasn't expecting however, were the many other ways Rada lends support. She's been a voice of reason when my mom was confused and a calming influence when my mom was upset. She's joyfully told me about silly moments I've missed. Initially I wondered how she juggled it all but, I now realize, she's motivated by genuine care for the population she serves. Keep up the good work!

My wife lived for a year at Arden Courts memory care facility. She left because she required skilled nursing. She died recently. Arden Courts is a clean, well-run residence devoted to memory care. In architecture and interior design, Arden Courts is offers a carefully considered environment meant to keep residents engaged and safe. Of course, people -- staff, administrators -- can make or break a memory care residence. The staff at Arden Courts demonstrated deep skill for guiding, communicating with, and maintaining safety of people experiencing memory loss and the other effects of dementia. A key event for me was a time that I listened to staff communicating with residents. I sat in a chair in an area where the staff had not recognized my presence. I listened to them communicating and acting in helpful, skillful, and respectful ways with residents. I consider acting virtuously when you don't believe anyone is watching to be the highest level of ethical performance possible. If you have a spouse or family member with memory loss, I am sure you seek this kind of ethical practice for your person. I recommend Arden Courts memory care positively and without reservation.

My husband has been in Arden Courts for four months. It is the cleanest and nicest facility that I had toured prior to his admission. The layout is very interesting and well thought-out. The Caregivers are very good at helping the residents through the many difficulties they may have. Angel could be the model for the perfect Caregiver. When Angel is taking care of my husband, I feel confident that he is receiving the best, most loving care that he could receive in a memory care facility. My husband loves Angel (so do I) and feels very comfortable with him. Another extraordinary person I need to mention is Lauren. She takes care of the activities for all of the residents. I feel this is a very important part of memory care, to keep the residents engaged and active during the day. She is very creative with her activities and very caring. She is always aware of what each resident may need at any time, keeping an eye out for everyone, even while giving individual care. It's easy to see that the residents love her (me too!). And last, but certainly not least, I have to talk about Felix. He wears many "hats" in Arden Courts. He is responsible for Maintenance, the Housekeeping Department, at times he fills in the Caregiver role, when needed he prepares the meals for the residents, and lest I forget him being Santa and having each resident sit with him for pictures! They loved it! My husband frequently experiences anxiety, and Felix has befriended him and is able to help my husband calm down. My husband says "I just love this guy!", and so do I! He is always so quick to answer when he is needed. Really I don't know what they would do without him.

My husband has been in this facility for a little more than a month. I had toured several memory care facilities, and found this was the cleanest and most attractive of all. The layout is designed specifically for memory care residents, and they are also able to go outside because it is a secure courtyard. The staff, including the front desk and management, are very helpful and friendly. Angel was his caregiver for the first evening we were here and his friendliness helped relieve some of the anxiety we were feeling. I feel that I should surely mention Felix because he wears many hats, yet still has time to make the residents’ days brighter. My husband feels like he has a new friend in Felix, saying “I just love that guy!” The caregivers are very helpful and caring toward the residents. Angel, Itsy, Ronnie, to just name a few. The recreation is planned and supervised by Lauren. She is very creative and loved by the residents, and is a great asset to the community. And I don’t want to forget to mention that the food is very good!

Writing in regards to the care and love that you all showed for care of Jeanne Fitzharris. She felt at home and enjoyed all the love and activities until she required much more love and care in her room. I was very appreciative of her being so welcome to Arden Courts. The whole staff was very dedicated to the physical, mental and emotional needs of Jeanne Their dedication was very appreciated and should be commended and would highly recommend Arden Courts to anyone who might be in need of your facilities.. Respectively, Cookie Wilson

Arden Courts and their wonderful staff have been a real blessing to my mother and our family. After an unsuccessful stay at another facility, we found Arden to be super knowledgeable and compassionate in their care of folks with serious memory impairment. Don't bother trying another place. Start here and save yourself and loved one the hardships of an inappropriate placement for memory care.

My mother was a resident at Arden Courts of Monroeville for 5 years. I feel that she was given extra years of life because of her excellent care. Most of the staff treated her like family, not just another patient. Thanks to everyone there, it is an excellent facility.

My mother has been a resident here for over a year and has always received kindness and care from the entire staff. We have been able to visit following CDC guidelines and it has been wonderful. Her vaccinated teenage grandchildren were thrilled to spend time in person with her as well.

We visited my friend's Aunt today. This residence is beautiful, clean, attractive cheerful and homey. We took our friend for a walk and every staff person took the time to say hello and chit chat a bit with her. The managers were so helpful and knew her well. I was impressed.

Excellent and caring staff! 🙂
December 2020
My father has been a resident at the dementia center for over a year . I was afraid that he would not have quality of life anymore. After spending many hours at Arden court and talking with the caregivers... I have come to realize that he has had a different form of a good quality of life by staying at this facility. The care givers truly care about all of the residents...they shared many funny stories about my fathers adventures. This facility is set up very well encouraging the residents to interact and make friends. My fathers room is clean and his laundry is folded better than what I would do. The caregivers know how to interact with the residents and they do an exceptional job. This is truly a comfortable facility for the residents and guests. I highly recommend it !
December 2020
Friendly, caring staff. Very clean and organized. Felix deserves a special shout-out for all the hard work and care he gives to keep the place clean and running smoothly.
December 2020

December 2020
I would like to give a special shout to your employee Felix, My mom, Shirley Silverio, lights up like a christmas tree when she sees him. He puts a smile on her face and makes her laugh and for that I am forever grateful. He always makes an effort to make sure she is okay and I so appreciate that. Its been hard not being able to be with our loved ones during this pandemic but I am so grateful she is Arden Courts. The staff and aides are so kind and caring. Knowing she is being so well cared for is such a relief to our family. God bless you all.
November 2020
My family member has been at Arden Courts for a little over a year. Arden is clean, attractive and a pleasant atmosphere to be in. They make an effort to engage all who want to participate in a large variety of activities. Most of the staff are caring and compassionate and show respect for the residents - sometimes under difficult situations. Since the outbreak of COVID, visitation has been limited to outside or video visits so we feel removed from the day to day. But there have been no residents with COVID as of the date I write this - a true testament to the care and caution of all who work there.
November 2020
Our mother, Anna, has been a resident at Arden Courts for over a year and we have nothing but the utmost respect for the professional staff and Thanks to everyone at Arden ! Throughout the Pandemic Lockdown, we have had weekly contact with Arden and the FaceTime and 1:1 visits were arranged with great facility and attempts to work around the schedules of Moms 5 children. Whenever we call with any request, the staff makes every effort to speak with us, or to call back if they cannot at that particular time. We miss seeing the wonderful staff and spending time with the other residents and families! We always enjoyed the singing and the wonderful stories and games. I give Arden Staff much credit for their dedication throughout this trying time! I would not hesitate to recommend Arden Courts Monroeville to anyone for their loved one with Dementia. Karen Ieong

Our mother-mother-in-law has been a resident for four months. Her care has been excellent and we have peace of mind knowing that she is getting such outstanding care. We just celebrated her 89th birthday today. The staff was outstanding and provided everything that we requested. She enjoyed her birthday celebration with family and friends as result of the outstanding support that we had from all of the staff. We could not be happier that she is in such a wonderful facility.Ritchie Family

My family chose Arden court In monroeville for my fathers care. Living far away my sister and I were worried because we couldnt visit often and show him the love and care that he deserves. Our recent visit to your facility has resolved our concerns on that matter. We were impressed with the truly compassionate care that he received from the caregivers at Arden court. We could tell that the empathy given to our father was genuine and that he never felt alone and had friends. We loved hearing the stories that the caregivers shared with us about our father. We would like to give special recognition and thanks to 4 employees: Montell M., Callie W., Matt, and Felix. These 4 employees are exceptional and posses real people skillsManagement: please let them know how much we appreciated them.Connie and Karen. The twins.

February 2020
Arden Court is TOP NOTCH. My sister and I researched many facilities and choose Arden Court because it was clean, had a wonderful atmosphere and we were impressed upon the first visit. My adoptive aunt has been there now for a year, she is thriving and we couldnt be happier. The staff is wonderful, starting with the administrative office to the nurses to the aids. They treat our aunt like she is family. They are all very kind and caring. The rooms are perfect - clean and bright. The facility makes you feel like you are truly at home. The entertainment is great and she loves to go to the social room. She has made friends with residents, visitors and staff. Our aunt is happy with her room, her care and the food. Her health has actually improved over the last year. We stop and visit daily (once or twice a day) so we see what is happening there and we HIGHLY recommend Arden Court. There isnt a better memory care around !!
