I recently toured Paramount for placement for my uncle, he has no children. I was so surprised by this lovely community! Im new to the world of long term living but I can tell you that I left very informed and very happy. This being my fourth facility visit in a ten day stretch, I was exhausted. Upon arrival I felt like I had found the perfect space, undeniably.So much information, caring staff, happy residents and the atmosphere is joyful.We are hoping to move forward at the end of the year, I cannot imagine taking my favorite uncle anywhere else.Do a favor for yourself and stop by Paramount in the very cute Maytown. Tell them I sent you.Thank you to everyone at Paramount for the time you spent with me and my family. I hope that we will become a frequenter soon.

My siblings and I had to make changes for assisted living care for our mother several months ago. I searched numerous locations and had difficulty in succeeding with this process. When I contacted Paramount, I had the pleasure of speaking and meeting with Starla. Her professional and caring manner was a welcome relief to this situation. Without her help and support, I dont know how this transition would have resulted in. The nursing staff is also professional, caring and helpful when the need arises. We appreciate their keeping our family aware of any medical necessities that may arise. Paramount is a lovely, warm facility and thank each individual and staff member who have made this transition easier for us.

I am Co-Guardian of a Special Needs friend who had to move from a group home due to declining health. After an exhausting search, we found Paramount. Starla and Kim made what could have been a difficult transition, easy and enjoyable. We found them to be very helpful, knowledgeable and competent. His admission and transfer went very smoothly. The facility is beautiful, bright and clean. Change is very difficult for my friend, but with the help of a caring staff, he has adjusted very quickly. I would strongly recommend Paramount to anyone looking for a senior living facility.

I am grateful for Paramount more than words could say. On recommendation by my cousin, Heidi, as her parents had been residents of Paramount also. I, with the help of LGH, had my Mother, Gussie Herr, transferred to Paramount . Shes been there for four months now. She has come along way. She now participates in exercises and activities and attends programs! With struggling with Dementia, I know she is well taken care of at Paramount. I miss having her at home, but I no longer can take care of her myself. I know she is at the best place for her! I am also very thankful for the caring staff

Fantastic facility, delicious food, pretty good staff only had two problems but Starla Press went out of her way to fix everything and did it quick shes an amazing person and definitely goes above and beyond her job and definitely puts the residents, other staff members and the residents family before herself and best part is she does it with a smile on her face my grandma and me visited a lot of retirement communitys before paramount but no one put the time and energy into explaining how everything go and handling all my grandmas concerns like Starla did shes so friendly and caring that my grandma was like wheres my room after the meeting even when my grandma had to change rooms Starla was there to reinsure her that everything is going to be ok and nothing will really change trust me if your looking to enter a retirement community or have a family member that is paramount is a great place to check out

Finding long term care for a family member with dementia is never an easy task but the staff at Paramount made it as smooth and hassle free as they could for me. It has only been four months since my brother moved there to the memory care unit, and already he seems comfortable with the staff and at home there. Everyone there has been so helpful with anything we need or answering questions we may have. Its always best to be in ones own home, but since my brothers not able to be, Im very glad we found Paramount when we did for him.

The Paramount staff have been wonderful to me and my husband since he moved to their memory care wing a few months ago. Starla is the best. The first two weeks were the most difficult. Starla contacted me daily to give me updates on his progress. Olivia and Kim keep me updated on his care and any issues he may be having. They always return calls. The staff are very caring and attentive. .I can call anytime and visit anytime as can any of his friends and other family members. The facility itself is very nice and well maintained.

There are always activities for the residents to enjoy. Since the time came that assisted living was necessary for our family members, we have never regretted choosing Paramount!

My 90 year old grandma lives in Paramount Senior Living and it has been wonderful for her. She has many challenges (blind and hard of hearing) yet the staff is very kind and helpful and make sure shes comfortable. All the staff is great (especially Mia) and makes sure residents are well taken care of. Also, the facility is clean and offers many activities for the residents (my grandmas favorite is balloon toss). I would highly recommend this for anyone that needs a senior living home.

Many of the reviews discuss the delicious food and how clean and attractive the facility is and they are absolutely correct about those things. My mother was there for a relatively short time (a little over 4 months), but I think everything that could have been done for her was done. I watched the staff in action at many different times of the day, not only with my mother, but with all the residents in memory care and they provided the best care to them that realistically can be provided. At the end Paramount refunded nearly 100% of the final months payment when I thought that they would not based on the terms of the agreement. These funds have been important to have when dealing with final expenses.

Our family used the facility for many years from the time it opened (for long term care and respite care) when it was Longwood Manor, built and owned by George Desmond. We have not had family there since 2015. We have been very pleased with the kind, caring, compassionate staff, they went above and beyond to meet our loved ones needs and communicated well with our family. I would highly recommend this facility!!

My mother was at this facility while we were on vacation. She says she would recommend this facility to anyone. Meals were excellent and all staff were kind, considerate and respectful. There were many activities available if you wanted to participate. We picked my mother up a day early expecting a one day refund, however I am told no refund is due to us even though we picked her up a day early.

I recently place my grandmother here. It was a very hard decision to place her. Starla Press helped make the transition much easier. The facility is beautiful, everyone is very friendly, and has a homey feeling. My grandmother has adjusted very well. She is getting good meals and wonderful care. I feel she is very safe and will be cared for very well. I don't have to worry about her because i know she is taken car of. The individual rooms are very roomy and they residence can decorate and make them their own. I am so glad we found Paramount and were able to get my grandmother place here. Thanks to all the staff for their kindness it was appreciated greatly.

i was visiting a family member at this community last week and i was amazed by all of the happy residents who were busy with different activities and welcoming to me as i came in the door.Such a beautiful place! I thought my grandma was in a nice place but going there made me feel like she was in the best place possible.Thank you Paramount for giving her the best care she could ask for. Before i left I took a walk around, fantastic is what came to mind. I left smiling and cant wait to visit again!!
