Thank you Arcadia!!! I moved my 91 year old Mother from Long Island to Arcadia 4 months ago. Sue Serano and the whole management team made the transition seemless. She received proper medical care, rehabilitation services, and a beautiful apartment. My Mom loves it there. She goes to the beauty parlor every week. She is provided with Lunch and Dinner every day. The food is delicious. She is independent living. She has free access to all the facilities. She is able to leave and go on trips outside. The Activities Director has daily trips and games and activities. My Mom is playing Bingo today. She also plays Bridge a couple times a week. I visit her alot. There is 24 hour security. There is always someone manning the front desk. I meet her every Sunday for Beunch at Arcadia. Brunch is great. There is a chapel on site. She goes to mass every Sunday and sometimes during the week. The best part about Arcadia are the residents. They are very friendly. They have gone out of their way to make my Mom feel welcomed. Instead of being trapped alone in her house. She is out and about with new friends. She has fit right in. Every day she goes down and gets coffee and sweets and mingles with the other residents. Arcadia has given my Mom a new lease on life. She is happier and getting stronger every day. The weekly nurse check ups also helps.. she is 91 years old. She loves getting her hair done every week and hanging out with her new friends. Thank you Sue and the whole support team at Arcadia. You are the best.

Theirs was only one staff of maybe 12 , that was not welcoming. The apartment 315 the heather needs to be fixed.

Love Arcadia! The memory care staff is the best. They love their patients and treat them so well. It is so refreshing to walk into a place and just feel welcomed and loved by not only staff but the residents as well. The food, activities, trips are all excellent. I could not have chosen a better place for my Mother to live.

Bright and cheerful, clean and filled with many happy residents. The food is 5-. Lots of social activities and daily get togethers. Oven and stove in the independent living side.

We placed my mother in the memory care facility two months ago. As you can imagine selecting the right facility is very stressful on all family members. We couldn’t be happier with this facility. The care teams are top notch. The environment is comforting. Everyone is so friendly and compassionate and appears fully attentive to helping their residents feel welcome, engaged in activities and to be part of a family and friends environment to help create a sense of belonging and comfort. The care team is also very attentive to the residents care needs and hygiene. Seeing our mother at peace and comfortable is very heart warming. She even introduced us to her friends the last time we visited. We would highly recommend this facility for anyone struggling with where to place their loved ones. We never worry about the quality of care and attention our mother is receiving. That is worth its weight in gold. She is in the hands of top notch professionals at all levels of the organization.

Everyone has been very welcoming and helpful here. Even on the days that we moved Mom’s furniture into her room, before she came to live here every employee that saw us asked if we needed help with anything at all. Offers of support, physical assistance, and/or something to drink for us hard workers. I knew right away that we had made the right decision for our Mom. The kindness and welcome feeling was overwhelming and exactly what we needed to feel at home in Mom’s new home. Thank you to everyone on your team!

We moved my dad (86 years old) in about 1 1/2 months ago and our only regret is that we didn’t do it SOONER. My dad moved from an hour away, so I was the main contact person setting everything up for the move. Lynn Walsh was our main contact person - she was an absolute angel throughout the entire process. She was available days, nights, and weekends for any questions that I had. They made the move in process smooth and stress-free. She has also been available after moving in for any questions I have. The food is delicious; the staff are exceptional; the apartments are gorgeous. While in a conversation with my dad the other day, I called his place an apartment he corrected me and said, I don’t think of it as an apartment - I think of it as HOME. He was more worried about his dog not liking the move. She proved him wrong! She is the happiest version of herself at 14 years old. She is in love with the floor to ceiling windows, the people, and the local dog walking service that we found close by. I can’t say enough great things about Arcadia because the list is endless. It is everything and more than we could have ever wanted. I’m not going to lie to you - I’m a little jealous. CD

My mom was at Arcadia in the Memory Care Unit. She was treated with such love and care. After only being there for a week, I felt like everyone knew her and cared about her. They gave her the freedom to do many different things. Like standing at the kitchen counter and watching them cook as well as walking with the nurse as she went from room to room giving the nightly meds. She was always given great food to eat and they always had snacks available for her. In the end, she was placed on hospice there. Her nurses diligently repositioned her so that she would not get bed sores and they did an amazing job of keeping her clean and looking good. I can't say enough about it. Such a beautiful home for my mom. Clean and Modern. Great food. Wonderful, caring staff. I can't say one thing bad. It was a great home for my mom and I am so glad that we were able to spend her final days there with the love and support of an amazing group of people. Look no further than Arcadia. You can't beat the price.

My mother resided at Arcadia Limerick for the last months of her life. My mom was very happy about her change in residence from a facility incapable of meeting her needs. I often FaceTimed her in between visits. She was typically involved in an activity or going to one. When I saw her in her living space, staff were regularly coming in to attend to my mothers needs and wants. Aides, nurses, social workers were attentive and kind. As moms physical condition naturally declined from disease, the staff provided wonderful hospice care. She was cognitively competent to the end of her life so, she was able to verbally express her level of comfort along with requests for physical and medical assistance. All were honored by Arcadia staff. She passed peacefully. Thank you

My mom moved to Arcadia on December 6th. The previous facility she was in did not meet her needs at all. I am a Registered Nurse, have been for 34 years, the care my mother was given at Arcadia was outstanding. All of my moms needs were met. She was VERY happy there. Whenever she pressed her call button, it was answered within minutes. She expressed her happiness with her new residence on a daily basis. From the receptionist, the nurses, care aids, med techs and anyone else I missed, the care and compassion was outstanding. My mother’s last days were spent with her very comfortable and cared for. Her last days were exactly what she had told me she wanted them to be. I appreciate the staff for respecting my moms wishes. I would recommend this facility to everyone!!!
