After looking at many independent living communities, my parents (and I) choose Sanatoga Ridge Community (SRC) when they decided to "downsize". They have never regretted their decision. The staff is wonderful as are the residents. SRC has a very positive and upbeat vibe. Highly recommend.

I just love it here. It’s so peaceful and they keep the grounds so pretty. I don’t have to lift a finger. They help with anything I need.

I feel very safe living and walking around in this beautiful community. The place is decorated based on the holiday, creating a very cheerful environment. I also enjoy getting out of my home and attending the many events where I meet people who live in this community and who are very nice. Life is easier here for me at this stage of my life rather than when I was living in a big house by myself. A lot of maintenance is taken care of so I don't have to concern myself with them. Maintenance personnel are quick to respond when an appliance breaks down and either fix it or replace it. Taxes, water and twice a week garbage pickup are also included. Here my laundry room is on the same level as the rest of my rooms. Previously it was in the basement. Living here is more comfortable, carefree and less lonely than if I had remained in my big house. So I am very happy I am here and found this place.

My mom is a resident at Sanatoga Ridge Community. She moved there in March of 2022. Since moving there, she has made so many friends and participates in many activities. I love that everything is on the same floor and she has her independence. It's a beautiful community. I don't have to worry about her in the winter, as they have staff that takes care of plowing , shoveling, and salting.

I love it here at SRC. Great caring staff, maintence is kind & helpful. The events are fun, people are friendly, come join us. We have entertainment, a pool, movies, games, and many variety of activities.

Jim and I love living here. I have loved living here from day one. We have wonderful neighbors and friendly people in the community. There are so many amenities and activities offered to us. The office staff and maintenance staff are friendly, helpful, and caring. Come visit Sanatoga Ridge Community you will love it!!

I love living in my cottage, in a little cul-de-sac with wonderful neighbors. I enjoy caring for the hanging plants on my front porch, and gladiolas in my front yard. I can have my privacy, or go out and enjoy the community activities, trips, pot luck dinners and entertainment, as I choose. All maintenance, landscaping and snow removal is provided, so I can really relax and enjoy my retirement.

Sanatoga Ridge Community is aesthetically pleasing and moving in a month before Christmas is more special with lights and decorated trees everywhere inside and outside...like a small Christmas village! From the initial walk-thru looking at available residences to the application process and final selection of a residence with options available to choose from, Jon and Olivia were very easy to work with and always available to answer any questions. The maintenance team did a great job on the renovation of my residence and my not having to deal with contractors was a huge bonus. The maintenance continues inside and out during occupancy. Have not had any maintenance issues yet, and I have been reassured by the front desk/reception that maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner. Have met many nice neighbors in a short time and I am looking forward to meeting many more. The community has a monthly calendar and newsletter which list every activity, monthly trips, lunch 'n learns, and special events. There is also a senior center within minutes from SRC. Have looked at many types of senior communities prior to moving to SRC. And considering the price point, monthly fee, size of residence, and what's offered for that, there really was no other option for me. Dollar for Dollar, it's the best!

Best move I ever made! Have now been living here 3 years & still enjoying every day of my apartment living. My move in was easy and totally stress free. My apartment is the perfect size for me. Initially I felt the space was too small, coming from a larger home. However, I was able to work most of my possessions in the rooms & not feel cramped. The apartments offer bin storage in the attic which is a plus for storing seasonal items. The perk here is that you can arrange for one of the staff to carry it up for you! Having everything on one level is also a plus! I enjoy sitting on my porch watching the sunrise, reading or chatting with passers by. The grounds are kept beautiful and park like throughout the seasons, especially during the Christmas season. I also enjoy impromptu get togethers with my neighbors for coffee or a game of cards or Wii bowling. My son's refer to my apartment living as 'a senior dorm life'. The community itself is very friendly and welcoming. There is something to do for just about everyone here. The staff from office, maintenance and contracted outside workers, are all courteous and friendly, along with doing an excellent job. It's stress free living at it's best!

We have been living here just over two years now and we enjoy walks throughout the complex, enjoy the little waterfall ponds, and relaxing in the gazebos to take in the scenic beauty of the grounds. There are many things to do at the Community Center to meet up with neighbors and watch a movie, play games, do puzzles and many other activities. There are even planned trips you can enjoy. We love life here, feel safe, feel cared for by the entire staff, and look forward to many happy and memorable years at Sanatoga Ridge Community. Lee and Linda

From the time I came to SRC to obtain more information and tour the facility to the present time, being almost 2 weeks since I have moved in, the staff here have been professional, friendly and attentive to my needs. I am very pleased with everything here. I spent many hours researching 55+ communities in the area and found most were very expensive. SRC is a great option for people looking for affordable housing. They offer apartments, cottages and larger housing. Garages are offered. The entry fee is reasonable and although most facilities take 2% back every month until nothing is left, SRC returns 75% of the fee when you leave once the unit is sold. The HOA fee is a lot lower than other 55+ communities I have researched. Everyone here is friendly. There are numerous clubs you can join and a pool.

As a resident of Sanatoga Ridge Community - I can say it is an excellent place to live! This is a community that is truly home. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The staff is amazing! Sales, refurb, maintenance, office personnel are all efficient and extremely helpful. Their snow removal process is outstanding! Besides the community looking beautiful and well maintained, the residents/neighbors are friendly and caring people. There is always something to do (or not) depending on each individual. The Community Center offers many places to enjoy such as a Library, Game Room, Gym to name a few as well as classes, music and more. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a 55 & over community to consider checking our community. For me personally, I could not have chosen a better place. Sanatoga Ridge Community is my home.

This is a great community. My parents recently moved in and we had a great experience from the beginning. All the staff has been great and very accomodating. the neighbors are friendly and the community itself is well maintained and looks great. I would highly recommend for those looking for a retirement community.

Really lovly property with great staff and bice amenities. Staff is super helpful for residents and get to know families as well. My husband's grandmother loved here up until she passed away this Christmas. When my husband went down to the office, the staff were very understanding and seemed genuinely upset over her passing, showing how much they do care about all that live on the property. We cannot thank SRC enough foe the freedom,and comfort they gave our grandmother for 4 awesome years before her passing. Would highly recommend this location for those looking to live out their golden years in peace and freedom while also,having some help along the way.

My gram lives here and I've visited a few times. It's nice and quiet, good for your golden years. They have plenty of amenities to keep everyone active and engaged.
