I have visited several Personal Care facilities in the area and was very impressed with Oxford Crossings. The building was very clean and organized. It was an easy decision to bring my elderly father to Oxford. It's a classy place. The staff was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. Carlyn made the application process very easy. She answered all of my questions and gave me information that I did not think of.

I am only giving 2 stars because of the administration portion of Oxford Crossings. If I could give two separate ratings I would. My mom has been there since February 12th and if it wasn't for the great care the aides amd Casey give her I would have moved her elsewhere. The administration are absolutely terrible. Monthly invoices wrong every month, money being taken out of my mom's account without authorization and to get an explanation as to why is like pulling teeth. She was dropped off at dialysis and left without notifying them she was there when she has dementia is unacceptable. Luckily someone at dialysis happen to look in the waiting area and saw her sitting there. She also fell coming back from dialysis busted head ans had to be taken by ambulance to the ER. Anyone call, nope. An aide coming in for her shift saw my mom outside waiting for the ambulance and called me. I could go on and on with over a dozen more issues from the administration side but I think I made my point clear with it all.

Recently visited my great aunt there, I was very pleased to see the care she is receiving. Nichole and the staff go above and beyond for their patients. I'm happy that my family made the choice to have Oxford Crossings take care of her.

Truly enjoyed my visit here. The communication and care from Amelia was outstanding. Amelia always answered all of my questions, and made me feel at ease. She was friendly and informative making sure I had all the information I needed going forward.

When my gram passed away amelia was outstanding with the support, she was amazing with getting hospice started to ensure that my gram was comfortable in her passing and she was there every step of the way. With such a hard decision for my siblings and I for my mother, Nichole took us on a tour and showing the facility . The staff goes above and beyond for their residents. She definitely made the decision easy for us, and has been a wonderful experience for us thus far.

since we have visited, we have heard nothing but great things about oxford from our great aunt. we don't get to visit as much as we'd like to, but we are confident in knowing that she is in good hands. we have been told that one of the med techs, gianna, has been the most attentive, caring & supportive people for her to be around — and i can personally attest to this. she is always around to answer any & every question we ask and relieves any worries we may have. being cared for by gianna makes her feel like she has a friend. thank you to oxford and all of the med techs that make this possible.

Since Oxford has taken over, I see a huge difference. What a wonderful place. I met a few staff and Amelia T goes above and beyond. She answers all of our Questions and if she is not sure of the answer she will find it.

I have visited this place and found the staff welcoming. I had the pleasure of meeting some of activities employees and found they really encourage the residents. I walked near exercise area and saw AT LEAST 10 residents smiling while exercising! It was because the lady was using their names, encouraging them and making them laugh. A few moments afterwards in between activities she even stopped to say hello. Donna was her name I think. I know this place is worth every penny

When I was looking for a place for my uncle I heard about Oxford. We toured and were very impressed. The care the received until the end by Nichole and her team was so caring and attentive. We are forever grateful we chose this facility.

I am so thankful to have Nichole E to take care of my mother in so many ways. Nichole E stops in often to see her. Takes time to talk to her see if she needs anything, answers medication questions among so many other things. Nichole is amazing, my mom and I are so lucky that she is at Oxford. Thank you Nichole

My parents stayed here recently and are now home and doing great!! The staff was Knowledgeable, friendly and clear in their goals. Every aspect of care was coordinated well and they communicated with me frequently about their care and progress. The social workers went above and beyond. I needed to find a facility quickly and Carlyn was absolutely amazing! She went over and beyond to assist us, even taking my calls/text while she was out of the office on weekends and evenings. She answered all of our questions and made us feel extremely comfortable with our decision. She put us in touch with Jennifer (the executive director) who was also wonderful! Jennifer worked with us sorting out medications and was extremely responsive. They welcomed us as soon as we walked in the door. The facility is clean, the staff is friendly and most importantly, the residents are happy.
