My great-aunt lived at Oak Leaf Manor. When the pandemic began I was unable to visit as often as I had in the past, but I was still able to speak to her on the phone once a week. It was nice to hear how wonderful the staff was to her and all of the residents during this really difficult time. I am extremely grateful to all of the staff for always taking such amazing care of my great-aunt. In my opinion she could not have been anywhere better.

My mother was recently placed at Oak Leaf Manor North and to say were impressed would be an understatement. Everything from the competence and compassion of the staff, to the beautiful decor and clean atmosphere blew us away from the moment we arrived. I am confident that my mom is in the best hands, but most importantly that shes comfortable at her new home. Cant recommend Oak Leaf Manor enough!

The entire staff is so caring - everyone, and that includes the maintenance, cleaning, laundry and kitchen staff, the secretary, administration - EVERYONE! If something is requested, its provided almost immediately. When things are lost (Dads wedding ring disappeared - and was found right where he put it) they are just as concerned as the family would be, and search just as thoroughly. I cannot express my deeply held appreciation for all that this group of people do to make my father s life - and by extension my brothers and myself - as comfortable and safe as they can.

My mother lived in Friendship Place, which is a secured living space at Oak Leaf for residents with dementia. She had been staying in my house, but after hip surgery, I knew my family could no longer provide appropriate care. For the 13 months she was at Oak Leaf until her passing last August, she received excellent care. I felt as though every staff person there truly loved and understood my mother, and they were eager to learn her life story. When I brought in pictures to share with my mom, staff were interested in seeing them, and the photos were often shared with other residents. My moms needs were always taken care of, and staff members were prompt to inform me about any concerns. I also enjoyed special events such as the Mothers Day brunch, Veterans Day recognition ceremony, and the old fashioned fair. I miss my visits there, as I felt on some level that other residents and staff were part of my extended family. I definitely recommend Oak Leaf Manor for dementia care and personal care living situations.

Oak Leaf Manor has such a warm home-like feeling the second you walk in the door. As a referral source I always appreciate the prompt communication I have with the staff regarding our mutual residents, patients. Oak leaf manor is a wonderful place to be at, if I had a grandparent that lived in the area I would love to have them there to live, the environment is great, the employees and staff are so welcoming and take care of family like there own, the food is great, the housekeepers do a great job of mainting resident rooms, and the nursing stuff does amazing job of making sure residents are at there best health no matter what the situation is. Theres so many words I can use to describe how great oak leaf manor is but the best thing to describe it as is a loving family home were the love never stops.

My father has been living at Oak Leaf Manor North for a little over 5 1, 2 years and we still cant believe our good fortune to have found this amazing home for him. The entire staff, Diane G. Felix, Kara, Phyllis, Annabelle, Danielle (it would be simpler to just say everyone) goes out of their way to make him feel special. The nursing staff are literally guardian angels, from monitoring his daily care to his recent hospitalization, when a nurse from Oak Leaf came to the hospital to advocate for him. My father is an independent person who has blossomed since his arrival. The social interaction, the activities, in addition to being able to practice his religion has been paramount to his quality of life. On a personal note, knowing that my father is being cared for by people who are compassionate, caring and patient makes my life almost stress free.The employees are not just fulfilling a job requirement, they are living, breathing care takers and I thank God for each and every one of them.

Im very happy with the care my Mother is receiving from Oak Leaf Manor North... the nurses and CNAs go out of their way to give love and attention to all residents... they have activities and crafts and Music entertainment for residents.. I love the fact they do the residents laundry and cable included.. even the housekeepers are always giving hugs and kisses to residents too... they give my Mother more attention and Love then I could in 1 day... I wish I could take care of My Mother myself but circumstances its not possible to have enough eyes to keep her safe.. My Mother is very safe there therefore it gives me peace of mind and shes never alone... that means everything to me .. ty Oak Leaf..

Just checked our father in here. We looked around a lot first, and although there are many nice facilities in the area, our father liked that this was a smaller facility, and everyone (staff and other residents) was so friendly. So far we are happy with the support he and his whole family is receiving.

My grandmother lives there and loves it. All the staff knows her by name, they encourage her to attend all events and to get out of her room. The nursing staff takes wonderful care of her. I would highly recommend Oak Leaf Manor North!

My Great-Uncle has been living at Oak Leaf Manor (Landisville) for about a year. I have visited him at least twice a week since he has been there, so I am very familiar with Oak Leaf. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and well maintained. There is plenty of outside seating including two gazebos. There is also an outside picnic area and nice walkways for the residents. The interior is wonderfully decorated for whatever season it happens to be. There is also a water fountain inside that is quite nice so sit around and relax. The dining room is nicely laid out and the food is good. The residents rooms are spacious and clean. The staff at Oak Leaf Manor is very friendly and caring. If any problems arise, the staff do their best to accommodate you as quickly as possible. There are a lot of activities for the residents, including BINGO, a theater room, scenic bus rides, crafts, and veterans activities. Overall Oak Leaf Manor has a very comfortable friendly atmosphere. If you are looking for a home for a loved one who can no longer live alone, I highly recommend Oak Leaf Manor.

My mother is staying at Oak Leaf Manor North while undergoing chemotherapy treatment. It is important to my family that she is well taken care of and that she has help available to her any time of the day and night. The staff at Oak Leaf Manor continually check on her and make sure that she has all of her needs met. The kitchen staff even makes special meals and drinks for her so that she can get the proper nutrition. Everyone there goes above and beyond in helping the residents. We can rest easy knowing that Mom is safe and healthy.

Oak Leaf Manor is an exceptional place for loved ones to live. The staff are always caring and there are many activities for residents to do that are fun and free. My 91 year old great grandmother is currently living here and loves the amount of independence she still has while getting fantastic care at the same time. Also, this facility is a no entrance fee facility and is cheaper than living on your own with private care or in a nursing home. Great place!
