Sometimes the worker's schedule present challenges, but the BrightStar staff comes through and fills the gaps as quickly as possible. We also appreciate the opportunity to request specific workers that connect well with our Dad. We requested Sheila Baryeh because she is faithful every week, attentive to our Dad's particular needs and interests, and she goes beyond the routine care duties and provides extra services that mean so much to our Dad. BrightStar was quick to engage and provide the home aid that was the perfect fit for my parents. I am grateful for their personal attention from assessment to placement of Gio, our home aid. Solma is an angel for our Mammy. She takes so good care of her and is so gentle and loving that Mammy stays calm even while washing. I have only good things to say. I wanted to share how impressed I was and pleased with the professionalism and the care given by the Staff at BrightStar. From the interview process to the care my Mom received, everyone was so nice and kept me updated on things that I needed to know. While my Mom was a little apprehensive at first, shortly after beginning care, my Mom would say that it was a good day when Crystal was coming to help. I would highly recommend BrightStar for anyone who needed private care or needed to supplement Senior Living Care.

This organization was excellent!! Great to deal with, no hassles, and received completely itemized invoices each week like clockwork! But the most important part for me was my Caregiver Sabrina. I just can't express how much she helped me through a difficult time. I'm a post major organ transplant person and Sabrina knew what I needed help with BEFORE I did! My entire family (with whom I live) and I will miss her greatly. I just can't express how much I appreciate all she did for me. Bright Star has a real Gem working for them. Ashley was amazing. First, she went out of her way to help me with transportation from my medical procedure to my home when it was out of the typical range of Brightstar's service. BrightStar Care has been a lifesaver since my mom broke her hip and later had an infection that sent her back to the hospital and erased what recovery progress she'd made. Vasilios is excellent at keeping in touch and helping with all kinds of problems I would never have expected of him. The aides help with everything from light housekeeping to helping my mom with her PT exercises. They would do more if we needed it, too. I would definitely recommend BrightStar!

I highly recommend BrightStar of Collegeville. They cared for my dad at the end of his life and the quality of caregivers along with the professionalism and compassion of the owners made a hard situation so much easier. I have used other home care agencies but nothing compares to this company. Their aides were always on time, professional and most of all kind and loving. BrightStar has been a wonderful support for my mom, who fell a couple of months ago and needed in-home assistance. Vasilios and John are caring and competent administrators who always tried to provide her with consistent familiar caregivers. They kept us in the loop of any changes in staffing and were flexible in arranging care at a different location on a days notice when she lost power for several days and could not stay in her home. The staff Mom had-- Abby, Joy, Jen, Sarah and especially Nikky, were intelligent, capable and personable companions, as well as caregivers. Although my mom's worsening condition required us to recently place her in a senior living facility, we are very grateful for the support of the BrightStar staff which enabled us to allow her to stay in her home as long as was possible, which was her wish. I recommend their services to you.

Brightstar started taking care of my dad last year and the experience has been great. I was fortunate to find them right off the bat, because I've heard many nightmare stories about other agencies. I think their best feature is the communication between me, the admin. staff and the caregivers.
