In the three weeks we have been eating here, the quality of the meals has declined!!! This evening there was No Soup, No salad, No fruit! The usual Ala Carte menu was not available. The main entree of chili was so spicy that it was almost inedible. Only dessert was ice cream...no coffee or pastry. We are told there is a staff shortage....wonder what caused that.

My Uncle is in this facility. I love the care level and attention detail. That they give the staff is both friendly & very helpful. They are very professional, clean both sight & smell.. they have made this experience much easier for my family.

Getting used to living in a retirement community is difficult, but everyone here is so nice and accommodating that transition has been easier. It’s clean, the food is okay and I’ve made some wonderful new friends.

Our family has been searching for a senior living facility for mom where she would be safe, happy and surrounded by family. Harmony at Hershey has provided all of that and more. The facility is beautiful, the independent living apartments are very spacious, and the staff supportive and compassionate. Jason Girvin, Director of Sales and Marketing, was instrumental in providing mom with all that she requested in accommodations. He toured the facility with our family three times, and was incredibly patient with mom as she contemplated her decision. We are beyond excited that she will be moving in soon and joining the Harmony family.

Everyone at Harmony has been so kind, caring, and helpful. All the staff have been spectacular by being helpful and supportive to my dad and myself. We are blessed and appreciative to have such supportive friends and family which is the Harmony at Hershey community.

The staff at Harmony has been wonderful! Since my mother moved in they have been attentive, kind and understanding with my mom who has Dementia. The Memory Care unit is lovely and cozy. It looks like a fancy hotel. It has a movie room, its own dining room, an outdoor patio and lots of activities for the residents to participate in. I was able to decorate her room to give it a homey feel for her. The best part is that I am only 5 minutes from my mom now and I can visit or check in on her any time day or night. Thank you to everyone there who helped make this happen. Michelina and Melisa have been absolutely wonderful and are true assets to Harmony.

My Mother has been in the Memory Care unit at Harmony since December 2023.I am so appreciative of the care and kindness she receives.Since she moved into memory care she has joined in activities and thrived.Michelina and her staff are wonderful caring people and I am thankful for them.

My brother is currently a resident at Harmony of Hershey. The Director Michelina always has the time to chat on my brothers health and lets me know he's being taken care of. The staff is also great, you can feel they really care about the residents. The facility is very clean. They also have special theme days for the residents to participate.

I lived 1 1/2 miles up the road and watched Harmony at Hershey being built. Finally this past August I decided to check it out, and less than 2 weeks later I was moved in. I tell everyone I feel like I 'm on vacation on a cruise ship without water. Meals are prepared for me and my apartment is cleaned weekly. The entertainment is excellent with all types of performances. And then we have an amazing variety of activities: exercise classes, Tai Chi, Drum Fit, movies in our own theater, country line dancing, balloon volleyball, canvas painting, jewelry making, all types of arts and crafts, bingo, card games, Mahjong, worship services, shopping, luncheon and other van outings, cooking classes, Happy Hour and the list goes on and on. I loved holding the baby kangaroos, and I'm looking forward to having the baby goats visit us in June. My great grandchildren had good times at the Halloween Trunk or Treat and Easter Egg Hunt. They always love visiting and meeting myfriends. I am so much more active than I have been in years. The staff and residents are very friendly, and I have made many new friends. I never realized living in a senior community could be so enjoyable and fulfilling.

I've been living at Harmony at Hershey for almost 3 years & I couldn't be happier. Life is so busy (if you want it to be) or I can just chill in my apartment. Our Entertainment Coordinator, Ginger, is a marvel when coming up with ideas for new & fun activities. It's impossible to be bored. Thank you to Ginger, her staff & the Executive staff for creating a home environment for us.

I am very happy with the care my mother is receiving at Harmony of Hershey. Yes, the facility is new and clean, but the care givers and staff are exceptional and very accommodating. My thanks to the personal care staff on the second floor! Thanks to them they engage my mother in all activities, she is well adjusted, happy, and well cared for.
