Moving my parents to independent living was a big decision, but Ivy Creek has made the transition so much easier than we could have hoped. The staff is absolutely amazing”kind, caring, welcoming, and always willing to help. They have gone above and beyond to make my parents feel comfortable and at home. The food is delicious with plenty of variety, and there are always fun activities that keep residents engaged and give them opportunities to socialize. It’s been wonderful to see my parents starting to really settle in, make new friends, and enjoy this new chapter of their lives. We’re so grateful for the warm, supportive community at Ivy Creek and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a caring and vibrant independent living community for their loved ones.

Only reviewing since the employees were unhelpful and honestly a little rude. Called in for a van who was doing 15 under the speed limit 20 in a 35. They told me. So you just wanna go faster or is it unsafe? If you are driving under the speed limit it becomes a hazard and is unsafe. Honestly I’m not sure if I would trust them with my loved ones.

Diana Pierce gave me a great tour of Ivy Creek. It is lovely, with many amenities and nice apartment layouts. While it didn't have an EV charging station on site, she did show me where the adjacent hotel has one. Pricing is good and flexible. Thanks Diana!

After touring the complex with Diana, we were impressed after our first visit. Diana was very informative and accommodating. We decided to tour with our mother and she was impressed with the complex and the amenities. The Managers Laurie and Jeff and Assistant Managers Diane and Bill were very accommodating and understanding to our mother's needs. We highly recommend this senior living complex to anyone considering downsizing.

My mother has been at Ivy Creek for over three years. For the exorbitant price she pays, the quality of food, cleaning and maintenance are sub-par. I regularly am informed of frequent turnover of the management team, maintenance staff, kitchen and wait staff as well as cleaning team. Meaning there are significant gaps in support and quality. The food is over cooked, low quality, same things over and over. Cleaning is supposed to be weekly but often weeks are skipped, when they do clean they barely do the job. She has made some nice friends and is reluctant to leave for that reason. The exterior of the building always looks nice and the interior appears to be kept well enough. She does appreciate the organized bus trips to go to lunch or if needed to get to an appointment. Overall it seems the issue is Corporate not paying their employees enough to put up with their jobs for very long, which is pathetic considering the price for a studio apartment.

My father recently passed at ivy creek. Everyone was so caring and gave their condolences. My father enjoy his time at ivy creek. He especially enjoyed the ice cream Everyone was always so respectful and the decorations and activities were always great. I never seen a piece of lint on any table at ivy creek. It was very clean. I’m thankful for everybody and everything at ivy creek. Mr. John and Mrs. Pat are great managers. Thank you everyone for being so great to my dad John Grillo and Carter. I will send pics of Carter. I had the pleasure of having a lovely tour with Diana the other day. I have been on property many times before, but at last, carved time out aside to tour the entire community. Throughout our travels, I got to experience the: Chapel, library, computer room, movie theater, hair salon, fire pit with comfortable chairs surrounding, outdoor patio with raise container gardens, and in-house therapy on site with Legacy. There is even a full kitchen right off of the activity area for personal use. When I arrived at meal time, I had the pleasure of hearing a resident playing the baby grand piano and I heard this is a standard before and after dinner each day. How lovely! I have also stopped by on other occasions and have experienced their in-house choir singing proudly and loudly as they practice. Seeing their passion for singing always puts a big smile on my face. Rachel provides wonderful activities, and the residents genuinely seem to love them. There is a seasonal tree. It’s always decorated in a festive way and right now it’s all glammed up with, April showers. I work in non-medical Home Care, and I have had the pleasure of working alongside the management team, which are super compassionate, and always have time for the residents with a listening ear. As I went about the community, I had the opportunity to experience what the apartments look like. They were quite large. There are rooms with dens, some with balconies, and even some with walkout patios. The community bus is always out and about as I see it in my travels. The food always smells delicious when I arrive during meal time. I will be back in a few weeks as I was invited to their Italian fest, can’t wait to try it. A special feature of this independent living community is the management teams reside on site all the time and live in apartments like the residents do.

I would like to thank Brent and CyndLee Buxbaum for being an amazing management team. I had to unexpectedly come and take care of my uncle. Words can’t express how grateful I am to Brent and CyndiLee for accommodating me when I arrived. The environment feels like family. The residents are wonderful people too. I was able to relax in a stressful time and concentrate on the care my uncle needed. If you’re looking for an amazing retirement community, then Ivy Creek is a place you can feel at home !!

There have been some bad reviews recently and understandably so. So, I want to give an update on what Ivy Creek has done about it. I cannot say enough good about the new management! They are a lovely couple who seem to truly care about the residents. I've needed to give my grandfather a little extra help lately which required copying & faxing paperwork and they were very welcoming to lend a hand in the office. Anything that was needed for him was happily obliged. Cindy Lee & Brent, thank you so much for your hospitable kindness and help! And the chef outdid himself with that amazing Thanksgiving dinner, well done! Looking forward to Christmas!! Thank you all so much as well as the wonderful residents of Ivy Creek who have been so kind and embracing to my grandfather. You have truly been a blessing to him and to us! Thank you and God bless you all!!

In September and October 2022, there have been many fluid staffing changes. The amazing Property Manager, Diana Pearce, has been on medical leave and all residents look forward to her speedy recovery and return to the office. All current staff members have pitched in the make Ivy Creek a lovely place to live, even through difficult times. This unites the residents and is a credit to the staff members who are working "outside of their lane". We all look forward to a more stable environment but want to thank the current staff for all of their efforts. A 5 start rating will earned, once Diana Pearce returns. The facility is gorgeous, and the residents are lovely.

I contacted nine retirement homes and selected Ivy Creek Gracious Retirement Living for my best friend. Four of the nine homes were too expensive for me to even tour. Of the five that I toured, one was dark and depressing as well as providing only one meal a day to its residents, though it didn't require a large deposit. Three more of the retirement homes I toured required very large deposits, but did provide more medical services. That leaves Ivy Creek which was the lowest priced and provided all three meals a day and had snacks available all of the time. It also was the most beautiful with many very attractive prints, paintings and mirrors on the walls. Further the managers actually live in the facility and really care about its residents. In addition, I often ate lunch and dinner there...and the food is great! For guests of the residents, one can eat there for $5 or $7. When I'm ready to say farewell to my independent living, I'll be moving to Ivy Creek, because it is by far the best place to retire

I’ve been here for only two months, and I am very impressed with the quality of service here. Management is excellent, the staff is very friendly. The building itself is beautiful! My one bedroom apartment is the perfect size for me, with a lovely view of the garden. We have a terrific chef, so the food is excellent!

Ok I can’t speak highly enough of Ivy Creek. About 8 weeks ago my father started dealing with some neurological health issues that would take time to resolve. We quickly realized we needed him to have one floor living and meals taken care of. We looked into Dunwoody, Maris Grove, white horse village and sunrise. Whew the costs were much higher at those senior living communities and I wasn’t blown away. When my mom told me about Ivy Creek I didn’t believe the price she was quoting me since it was so much more reasonable then these other places and the pics looked amazing. I went to tour with low expectations because it seemed too good to be true. Now several weeks later my dad is a resident and everything has so far exceeded our expectations in every way! The food is amazing, apartments great and they offer so many activities! It feels like a cruise on land for my dad. Another huge benefit of Ivy Creek for our particular situation with my dad is they have a home health aid service in building that you can hire as well as OT/PT/speech through legacy that Medicare covers and they come right to your room! In my dads case this is the cherry on top. The best part is the staff. A huge thanks from our family to Diana, Dennis, Marlow, Ron and Karen who go above and beyond to help make the transition easy and enjoyable. From an arrival gift basket, to checking in to see if my dad needs anything to introducing him to other staff we have been so blown away by how much they genuinely care. My father is so happy and we can’t express how happy we are and the peace of mind we have with my father being at Ivy creek!

I’ve been here with my dad for two days helping to get him settled. I’ve Creek is beautiful, there are tons of fun activities (looking forward to visiting the movie theater) and the food is great. The facility is very clean and beautiful at work lines the walls of each corridor. Management is phenomenal. They have gone above and beyond to make us feel at home! (They’ve visited twice with welcome bags and multiple times to check in.) We are so impressed! Ivy Creek is a hidden gem.

My mom was a resident at Ivy Creek since it opened in 2019. Recently our family decided to move her from Ivy Creek to my brother's home in Yardley. When she moved into the facility she was able to take care of her personal needs without assistance. She is approaching her 101st birthday and is no longer able to do for herself what she could do even 2 years ago. That being said, I cannot say enough about the staff at Ivy Creek. Though my mom was declining rapidly both physically and mentally (in part due to isolation from Covid restrictions), the staff continued to demonstrate nothing but kindness and compassion toward her, as well as to me and the rest of our family. Ivy Creek is a great place; unfortunately my mom is no longer appropriate for independent living. A big "Thank You!" to Ron, Karen, Dennis, Marlo, Keith, Rachael and the rest of the amazing staff for all you did to make my mom's time at Ivy Creek a great experience.

I have been at Ivy Creek now for over a year, and I only have good things to say about it. It's a very intimate community; not at all "institutional". The community here is like a family, all the other residents were very welcoming and friendly from the start and it is easy to make friends in no time. All staff are extremely helpful and attend to every need with a smile and great competence. The location is perfect, as it is only a short walk or ride away from dozens of shops and boutiques and plenty of restaurants nearby. The facility is the real highlight of the place, with beautiful and large rooms and great amenities like the gym, movie theater, and even a small in-building church.

Nothing is perfect, but Ivy Creek does a good job of coming close. I'd actually rate them a 4.5. Affordable Independent Senior Living. Your own apartment with balcony. No behind the scene charges like cleaning, linens, cable. All is part of the very affordable rent. This environment has changed my mother's life. Warms my heart to see her smiling and enjoying her days again, making new friends and getting involved in activities.
