My parents were in this facility. It is terrible. They withheld care. They do not answer call lights. They leave patients in soiled diapers all night. If you love your parents, please find a better facility. I reported them to the ombudsman many times.

We just recently began the onboarding process for my MIL. She suffers from vascular dementia and has been living with us for a few years now. We want her to have a few good years before this disease completely robs her of everything. We investigated a few of the Memory Care facilities in our area. Symphony Manors Memory Care unit is spacious, clean, the staff seems very kind and caring. Lisa, the director, has been amazing. Shes responded to any questions, via text and phone. You can tell she cares. We feel comfortable entrusting my wifes mom to her care. This is a scary time for anyone who has to make this decision. Its more quality than quantity at this point. We feel that she will get some really good quality days there. She moves in this week. Were looking forward both excited and admittedly a little nervous. This is a huge change for her and we just want to do right by her. Symphony Manor feels right.

The employees in place were so nice to me when I first started working at Symphony. The Executive Director and Director of Nursing are amazing hands on and engaged with the care of all residents. They welcomed me and my mom with open arms.

This community is so beautiful. They just installed new wood flooring that makes this place look even more homey! My mom needs assistance with her medications, and managing her day. She does have memory issues. My brothers and I were reluctant about placing mom and taking her out of her home. We had no choice and needed somewhere close by. We toured and loved the community! Her apartment is spacious with great light coming in. We meet the Executive Director while we were touring. She was dancing with the residents and having fun. The staff members I met, and saw were friendly and attentive to the residents. There were several families visiting who I spoke to. They couldnt say enough good praises about Symphony Manor and the staff. My tour was great and I have decided that this is the place mom would love to be! I met the Nursing Director who was very excited to tell us all about the nursing side of things. 24 hour nurse available!! That sealed the deal. My tour guide David was so welcoming and even offered us to stay for lunch!

So very happy with everyone here. Lisa is amazing. They are all taking such great care of our Mom. It was such a hard decision to place Mom here but we made the right one. The nurses staff Doctor and Mark at the front desk are always so friendly and kind. Any time I call the phone is always answered. Its never too much trouble for anyone to answer my questions. The Feasterville location of Symphony Manor has been a wonderful experience for our family. Mom became a resident of the Memory Care unit in June of 2018. The caregivers and administrative staff are superlative. The ratio of staff to resident is excellent, and the atmosphere is consistently positive and exceptionally kind. Offsite transportation service provided by Symphony is also commendable. Activities, church services, dining, and seasonal decorations are exemplary. Recommended by a friend, I can easily do the same.

This facility is absolutely beautiful and I was very impressed with the staff as well! I received a tour of the building last month and it was very apparent the respect and excellent care the residents receive. The executive director knew each and everyone by name and they were all clean, engaged and happy! I would not hesitate to recommend this facility and I would not hesitate to have a loved one here. I give a NO STAR. Care is awful, DON not qualified, residents soaking wet in urine. ED is aware of care issues, she does nothing about the care issues either. Care has been worse since families can't visit inside cause of covid. Anyone can be nice and caring on the phone. Be fearful of the closed doors.

I have toured 4 communities with my wife in the Feasterville area and Warwick area where l live. Symphony Manor matched all of my dads needs and price point. I needed a tour at 7 pm with my work schedule. They were able to accommodate me. I was so happy to see how large the memory support area was. Plenty of roaming room for dad, which he likes to do. The community was clean and well decorated for Christmas. The residents were engaging with the staff and doing an activity at 7:30 pm which I did not see at the other buildings I toured. Dad needs physical therapy and I was glad to hear that Fox Rehab. is right on the premises. They offer a van service to doctor appointments which will help me a lot. I will start with the VA paperwork since dad was active duty in the Army. I am confident and so is my wife that we are selecting the right community for Dad.

Moved my mom in a few weeks ago after visiting over 6 other memory care facilities. This place was one of the nicest. After my initial call to set up a tour of Symphony Manor, within 45 minutes, I was sitting meeting with the new executive director. It then took under 24 hours to have an assessment of my mom completed and she moved in a few days later, actually on Christmas Eve. Even with it being a holiday, there was more than enough staff to help us physically with the move-in, down to making her bed! Multiple people asked if we needed help, making us feel very supported and welcome. From the Executive Director down, everyone is pleasant and helpful, no matter what time of day I visit. Facility is clean, staff is friendly. We have received multiple texts and phone calls, personally, from the Executive Director checking in on how things are going with mom. In addition, they dont nickel and dime you (or should I say $50 and $100 you) for additional services, such as giving my mom a pill, as all other memory care facilities do. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a memory care facility.

My mom has been in symphony manor now for just about a year. I feel the staff is very professional and courtesy to my mom.The place is very clean and spacious. My mom feels comfortable in her room. I feel at ease now that my mom is in symphony manor I dont have to worry she is being taken care of. If we need anything you can call in and things will be taken care of in a timely manner .I have looked into other places and nothing compares. Im happy where mom is.

Mom loves the staff, she tells stories about the fun they have whenever we visit... My experience with the current management team at Symphony Manor has been excellent. The director is genuinely caring and does whatever she can for the residences.She doesnt hide in her office, she is involved with all her residences and takes a personal interest and is always reachable.The nursing staff is equally caring and goes the extra mile for the residences.The activities director is fantastic, always making everyone feel so special.Its a smalll community which gives the staff and the residences a lot of personal interaction. Symphony Manor has been my moms home for almost 2 years. We chose Symphony because we felt it offered attractive assisted living conditions at a fair price. We have not been disappointed. The staff has provided my mom with quality care in a living and supportive manner. When we had a question or concern, we had easy access to the full staff, including the Executive Director. They have always responded to our requests in a timely manner.My mom recently celebrated her 100th birthday at Symphony and the staff made sure her day was a special one - all residents and staff participated! During the past few months, my moms health began to slip and her everyday needs became significantly greater. Symphony Manor responded wonderfully, providing her the special care she required. Given the current pandemic, all that effort fell squarely on the shoulders of the staff and they more than met the challenge.My mom recently passed away. In her final moments, the staff remained vigilant in providing her loving support. And for this, I will always be thankful.I highly recommend Symphony Manor of Feasterville to offer a caring and supportive assisted living residence.

What I found special at Symphony Feasterville from the other facilities I toured is the warm welcome from all staff.The staff works together with respect for one another, which to me speaks volumes. When you have happy staff you can rest assured that your family member will be happy as well.My father stayed for respite. When we went to bring him home he couldnt stop talking about how Much fun he had. Dad attended all the activities, which is not like him. Dad said that the food was great and I should learn to cook that good....I definitely speak highly of Feasterville. The ED Lisa and her new staff works like a well oiled machine. I loved this community when my wife and I visited for a tour last week. The memory community is bright and beautiful with an open concept. Doesnt feel closed in. It is very clean! Friendly staff who were all busy with the residents. This was our third tour of communities in the area. We have selected Symphony because of the affordability, large and spacious apartments and impressive staff. The marketer who toured us David was so informative and friendly. We were offered lunch and were impressed how wonderful the food was. If your in the market for an Assistant Living-Memory care community be sure to check this place out!!

Symphony Manor of Feasterville is a beautiful community. Mom and myself came in for a non scheduled tour and was not let down from the beginning to the end. From the bright face of the Concierge greeting us at the door to the wonderful, caring staff. We toured the Memory Care unit. Mom and I decided it would be good for her to be in an environment to offer her more safety and be able to still socialize with other people. The nurses, aids, activities department and the other residents were all dancing and singing together. I left Mom with the group while I finished the tour. The rooms were beautiful, spacious and smelled great. When our tour was over, Mom was sitting and chatting with a group of women. I felt so good knowing Mom has made connections just on a tour. Me and Mom were invited to stay for lunch which was fresh, hot and tasted wonderful. We are so eager to move Mom into this community.

I brought my Dad to see the Assisted Living side of Symphony Manor of Feasterville. It was a long hard decision but he agreed to do it. I am working out of state, and feel like Dad needs some help. When we walked in the building, the living room with the fireplace was just like home. There were other residents sitting there talking amongst themselves with staff. It was so inviting, gave me an instant "family" feel. The Bistro was beautiful. Dad is a sports fan, and was told that he could sit in there during meals and watch the games. We came at a rather late time, but the friendly woman told us no problems she would meet us at any time. Dad and I looked at two beautiful rooms, one on the second floor and one on the first floor.The rooms were spacious, and gave Dad the sense of safety. He was so happy to realize that he would never be alone or forgotten. The staff checks on them very often, and does not make them feel embarrassed by anything. The residents on the second floor were sitting in the lounge area eating dinner, while the staff was very attentive to their needs. Staff was so kind they offered us dinner and I must sat that it was very good, the Chef had a good spread, feeds you a lot, and gave Dad choices of a meal other than the two choices for dinner. Dad fell in love with the place and decided that he was ready to make the move. The facility made me feel like my Dad will be safe, never alone, and very well taken care of. Great place to tour, prices very good, staff is friendly, fun, and loves the residents.

We were very impressed with Symphony Manor of Feasterville, and we ended up choosing it for my mother-in-law because of 2 reasons. One was they had a flat cost, to where no matter what the care was, it stayed at that amount, and we were very impressed by the rooms they had. It's kind of a private semi-private room, and what we liked about it was there are 2 people per unit, but they each have their own door that closes and locks, so that they're kind of private in that sense. They have a lot of outings and puzzles, and so far my mother-in-law is very happy there.
