This has been an amazing place for my father. He has lots of anxiety at the thought of moving to assisted living at first. Very quickly he came to love it here. Everyone is so kind and attentive to his needs. They treat him like family. The place is immaculate, the food is first rate and they keep everyone engaged. Can’t say enough about this facility. The Residence at Presque Isle Bay has super exceeded both my mom’s and mine expectations. The staff (all staff) went above and beyond making my mom feel welcomed, comfortable and safe! In fact, when my mom had a recent short hospitalization, she commented that she was “happy to be home” when she returned to the Residence. This is after only a 5 week stay. We have been blessed.

The Residence at Presque Isle Bay met and exceeded any expectations we had for the accommodations for my dad. He has a great apartment, great food and a wonderful, caring staff to take care of him. So thankful for Linsley, Alyssa and the the rest of the staff that pop in just to say hi and make him smile or better yet when he can make them laugh! It’s a hard choice figuring out a place to put a parent to live but it was easier to do after we toured The Residence at Presque Isle Bay and the water being so close by is also an amazing help to make things better too.

it was a great visit! It's a beautiful facility with lots of amenities. Gorgeous setting. The rooms were small but lots of common areas to gather in. Asked for a copy of their activity calendar. There are many things to do on a daily basis. The staff were very friendly and knew each of the residents by name. Not surprisingly, the price was pretty high. It will be interesting to compare to Independence Court next week. Thanks for your help!

The staff at this community have bent over backwards to help mom. They set up a live stream so she was able to watch her granddaughter compete in a competition. The food is good and they offer a lot of choices. They will set up a separate table for family so you can eat together. Mom likes to bake so they make time for her to go into the kitchen and help them bake. The staff are quick to respond to our concerns. They keep the community and her room clean. They take care of mom and keep me informed. I would recommend this community.

I have no complaints of how things went for my loved one and i during our tour of this community. The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to answer any questions we had for them. They even invited us to try one there lunches with them and it was excellent food. Overall great experience it was just not the right fit for my mom in the end decision.
