Hard to move from a house do only two rooms, a bath and a kitchen. But it is now my home! And I will certainly make it as comfortable as possible exclamation point. The neighbors are very very friendly and thoughtful

Very nice location close to shopping. Units are well cared for. Rent is much higher than of comparable units in the city of Erie. Tenants are required to shovel their parking spot for their car, even the handicap spots. Many of the people that live here are seniors in their 80's and must shovel themselves. There is no formal snow removal policy in place.
