My tour at Holiday Niagara Village was done very personally and professionally, with Kristie, Community Sales Manager at the facility. Prior to my tour, which was being done for a prospective Independent living apartment for my mom, Kristie sat down with me to review what the facility has to offer, along with any questions or concerns I may have. She was very caring, concerned and thorough. She then took her time to show me around. The facility is very clean, nicely decorated and it appeared as the residents enjoyed gathering together outside of their own apartments in the many gathering rooms, allowing them to enjoy each other as friends and companions. There are many things all inclusive in the monthly Holiday rent with a few important ones for me to mention including 3 meals served fresh every day, either in your apartment or a communal dining room, transportation available for local appointments, errands, etc. , and many more. I toured the Studio apartment, which for our purposes was small and a one bedroom apartment that was under renovation. As I mentioned prior, this facility is very nice, the staff very welcoming, knowledgeable and accommodating, but due to a recent move to a similar facility in a location close and convenient for family visitation, along with a cost factor, we will not be utilizing them at this time.

I enjoy living here everyday. Everywhere is always very clean and you know they care about the tenants the way they treat everyone. The 3 meals a day are always very good and you are given 3 selections to choose from if you don't like what they plan on serving. There are many different activities one can choose from if one wants to participate. All the employees are very friendly, helpful and ready to help in any way they can. They all seem to enjoy working at Niagara Village

My future father in law, Raymond, became a resident in August 2024. It was exactly what he needed in his life. The residents have welcomed him in and the staff were so helpful in the transition. The manager, Angela, was amazing and walked Ray around and kept checking on him. The food is delicious and we eat with Ray from time to time. There are private health aids available to support the residents which give us a peace of mind that he gets his pills and takes a shower. We love to visit Ray and have developed relationships with the other residents too. I highly recommend Holiday Niagara for your loved one that needs some support and assistance but doesn’t need to go on lockdown at a nursing facility.

There has not been one employee who hasn’t been nice. The service has been excellent, the food is very good and cleanliness has been above par. If something breaks, the response is very good.plenty of activities to keep you busy. I give this facility an a plus and would recommend living here to anyone.

Holiday Niagara Village exceeded my expectations. The whole building is clean, updated and very well kept. The apartments are spacious and appear to be updated frequently. I love that there are so many activities and events planned for the residents and all of the staff seems to friendly and helpful, but especially the manager Anela. She goes above and beyond for everybody and it shows. I can tell she truly cares about the resident and their well-being as if they were her own family.

I toured my parents at Niagara Village and I was so impressed with the community. It was so clean. All the staff seemed so happy to work there, you feel so welcomed when you walk in. The residents were so pleasant. We had lunch and the food was like a 5 star restaurant, so delicious.

Holiday Niagara Village is a lovely apartment facility for independent senior living. They offer a variety of healthy meals that are shared with friends that give residents the camaraderie that is typically missing from other apartment living situations. Having transportation and light housekeeping services are also nice perks for residents. As family members, our mother is happy which makes us happy!

Niagara Village is one of the nicest facilities in the Erie area. I have stayed at many fine 4 star hotels, and Niagara is right up there, but with a warm, welcoming, homey atmosphere. In addition to a magnificent facility, Niagara also has many wonderful, compassionate individuals like Anela and Jaime who always go above and beyond with a servant's heart.

I have lived here for almost 7 years and I love it. There are many different activities, especially Bingo. When you compare the bills for rent and utilities plus entertainment you can find that it's less expensive to live here. That is why I moved here! No grass to mow, no leaves to rake, and no snow to shovel! Our meals are at perfect times and are in a dining room with all your neighbors. That is another great benefit! You have so many friends in less than a month. The age group is for 55 years and older. This is not a Nursing home or assisted living. It is for independent people who are able to take care of their self. There is free live entertainment, too. There's a bus to take you shopping or to doctor appointments. The bus has a lift to accommodate wheelchairs. Come and join us!
