My mother was there three weeks for physical, occupational, and speech therapies. It was overall a good experience and Becky was a standout. I only didn’t give five stars because my mom fell twice and we were only notified of the first fall when they called to tell us of the second one.

I recently moved my father to St. Martha's Indepenant Living. The facility is very nice. The staff was very helpful, especially Becky. My dad was in St Martha’s for close to a month for rehabilitation I can’t say enough good things about all the rehab personnel. I have to thank nurse aid Bunga Octaviany) she went above and beyond her duties to care for my father. The world needs more people like B.The stay at St Martha’s was a good one and I want to thank all the personal at St Martha’s.

The staff there are very attentive and helpful. Becky Schoellkopf in particular has really helped my mother who is 93 years old and has had issues with mobility and anxiety. She has really gone the extra mile in helping her with an adjustment from the rehab center back to her apartment in assisted living. Very caring group.

Went to their Friendsgiving event with my mother and grandfather; the food was lovely, the staff was beyond attentive, and my grandfather even got to take some extra pumpkin pie back to his room. I know this job probably isn’t easy and I highly appreciate the people who do such good in this building!

My mother is in the Carlson Memory Care area at Saint Martha's Villa. I'm very thankful that Rachel Royer-Dennis works there and takes care of my Mom. Rachel is gentle and patient but also knows how to get done what needs to be done. Thank you, Rachel. My mother was in Rehab at Saint Martha's after being hospitalized. I don't think she would have gotten through rehab without Becky the Concierge. Becky is lively, energetic, upbeat, and positive in a challenging environment. Thank you, Becky!

I would like to share my deep appreciation for the care my mother, Rose Diehl, received over the past year and a half at St. Martha’s. While we are grateful to all the staff who cared for her, a few individuals truly stood out and deserve special recognition. Sophie (Med Tech) and Rachel Royer-Dennis at the Carlson Center showed exceptional compassion and dedication. They treated Mom with such respect, dignity, and genuine love”we always felt reassured knowing she was in such caring hands. I would also like to express my heartfelt thanks to Debbie Mullane at the Glen Center. During the especially difficult final days of Mom’s life, Debbie demonstrated extraordinary empathy and kindness to both Mom and our family. She was honest and clear with us about Mom’s condition, which we truly appreciated, and she went above and beyond by staying past her shift to ensure that Mom was comfortable”and that we were as well. Her support meant so much during a very emotional time. We are incredibly grateful to the entire team at St. Martha’s, and especially thankful for these individuals who made such a meaningful impact.

My mother moved into St Martha’s about a year ago, and she’s very happy there. The staff is sweet and caring. It has been just what we hoped it would be for her. There are no restrictions on visitors, so we can come and go as we please, which is great, too.

Mom was in St. Martha’s Memory Care unit for a short period of time. She was very happy there and made friends. St. Martha’s is always very clean, Mom said her meals were very good and she was very happy. The staff is exceptional, taking such good care of her. Sophie and Jailyn were 2 who went above and beyond. They both treated Mom like she was part of their family and I will be forever grateful to them. If there is an opening at St. Martha’s when considering a Memory Care facility, I would highly recommend choosing them. You won’t regret your decision.

I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET IN TOUCH WITH A RESIDENT FOR FIVE DAYS! CURTIS AT THE DESK HAS TOLD ME FOR THE LAST 5 DAYS THAT THEY ARE HAVING TROUBLE WITH VERIZON. HE WILL NOT OFFER TO GO TO HER ROOM AND ASSURE ME THAT SHE IS ALIVE AND WELL. THERE IS NO ONE WHO CAN HELP ME FIND OUT IF MY DEAR FRIEND IS OK. IF YOU WANT YOUR LOVED ONE TO BE CARED FOR IN THIS FACILITY... I HOPE YOU READ THIS FIRST.

The medical care my wife received here was marginal to unacceptable. After a week of having problems ignore, I had to initiate a trip to a local emergency room. The physical and occupational therapy team were excellent. The food was usually tepid to cold when it arrived at my wife's room. It was difficult to get anyone to respond to medical concerns and there was only minimal staff available on weekends. Once I got my wife out of there, I vowed never to take her back.

Our relative was placed at St. Martha's after and emergency event and prolonged hospital recovery. We all agreed that they should stay at St. Martha's due to their staffing and ability to provide for their daily needs and therapies.

My cousin recently moved into the Carlson Center at the Villa. She has severe dementia. She was previously at Simpson Meadows in an assisted living apartment. At Simpson Meadows, she was falling at least weekly and did not have the support that she has at St Marthas. St. Marthas Villa has a great team in the Carlson unit and are specifically trained to interact with those who have dementia. She has her own room, but honestly she stays engaged and she is never in that room. She engages in daily activities where she never had at her previous residence. My cousin has truly thrived in this environment. I have no worries when it comes to her care. This facility also has a great personal care unit and independent living facility too.
