I am sad when I read these good reviews because a lot of them are from people who have never lived here, they are new employees (SOME WITH NEW MANAGEMENT), who are making up these statements to boost "Google Reviews." They want the business (MONEY) but don't truly care how they get it! If you are thinking of placing a loved one here, PLEASE do your research. Ask some of the residents, ask the employees if they will be honest, you'll hear the truth. They don't clean well, no one stays due to the pay they want a Champaine and give you a BEER budget. This place has truly went down. The TRUE owners mother lives here and she gets shrimp, steak and lobster which is not on the menu, but we get the bare minimum. The lie to get you in and lie to get you out.

This place has potential. There are a few people that are gone now that should still be there. There was an administrator there by the name of Ida my God was she amazing! The build had never been so clean before she got there she's gone and it is back to same funky place as before. She was polite and really cared for the residents and staff. I can name a couple that she should have gotten rid of while she was there for one [name removed]! she thought she was the boss and wasn't and treated the people not so nice she thought more of her dogs than the people at Faithful Living. Ida made a difference she was amazing to the residents but when you work with people you don't trust it's best to move on. I wish she would come back this place would be delightful again; new management just wants more money for nothing. [name removed] needs to step in if not I will be taking my family member out.

My brother has been a resident of Colonial Hills/Faithful Living for quite a few years. Despite his challenges, the staff have always done their best to accommodate his needs. The grounds and facilities are very nice. Faithful Living offers Christmas, Easter dinners, holiday celebrations to share with the families. The meals/food are good, and the office staff is always helpful whenever I need assistance for him or in completing necessary documents.

I particularly like their activities department. I think they do a great job with the residents. They plan trips and do all sorts of activities inside and out. I was pretty impressed with the kitchen and other staff members as well.

As a employee ask questions. Upon being hired I was promised medical benefits within a year. So for a year I worked hard and paid for my own coverage. When a year was up and employee health coverage was offered I discovered it was worse than mine. The year of constant walking while working caused a nerve pinch in my back causing so much pain I was forced to resign. Nothing in the coverage plan comes close healing me. Meanwhile I sit here waiting for Medicare to the rescue which is 8 months away. Remember ask questions.

My aunt is living in the independent living portion of this community. So far everything is working out well, and I'am comfortable with her move here. This is a nice community with kind people. The staff is kind, and friendly. So far we have not had any problems with this community, and I would recommend it.

My husband and I am doing very well here at this community. I really love all the staff, they are always willing to help. They are very friendly and helpful. I would have to say they have the best house keeping. They do a very good job with keeping the community neat and tidy. There are many activities available for the residents, they have nice selection too choose from. They do serve well balanced meals. I would recommend this community, it has worked out very well for us.

My mother has been at Colonial Lodge for six years. It is a very new independent living community. It is very clean and meals are good. The staff is always friendly and helpful. It has beautiful porches for residents in summer and many activities.

The Colonial Lodge is a great place to live. I've lived here for 1 year and have found that the staff is very helpful, caring and friendly. They make you feel welcome and attend to your every need. the food is very tasty and the cleaning of the rooms and laundry are done quickly and professionally. I would recommend this place to anyone. I really like it here. I'm 94 years young.
