I have attended numerous events at New Haven at Clearview and the building is always clean. The staff always seems to keep engaged with the residents and caring towards their needs. I would be comfortable in sending my loved one to this community when the time is appropriate.

My Aunt Sarah, had to stay here for recovery for hip surgery. The staff was so very nice, and her room was always spotless. I would highly recommend Newhaven Court. Staff are so caring and nice. Housekeeping, is second to none. Thank you!

Due to my mothers failing health and her care being above and beyond what we are capable of doing, we had to move my mother into Newhaven Court at Clearview. We had toured Newhaven as well as the other two personal care homes in Butler the summer of 2022. We wanted to be proactive and sure that when the decision had to be made, that we all (mom included) had researched all of our options, and had made the best choice for her and her needs. From the beginning, NewHaven stood out to us, and just felt right. We had dealt with Tracy from the beginning and she was a huge positive in our decision making. She was able to answer any questions that we had. She really understands what a family is going through and helps ease the stress involved in this tough decision. One of the biggest things we noticed immediately upon moving in is that absolutely every employee greets you when they see you. Within a matter of just a few days they all knew my mother's name and needs as well as us. I swear they must have a picture and bio on every single resident that all employees must study and learn when a new resident arrives. I'm also extremely impressed when you have a question or issue about anything that they really do get right back to you with an answer or solution. Their follow-through is amazing. Every employee makes a point to learn what is needed and wanted for my mom so as to make this a positive experience. My mother had spent the last 50 years in the same home along with my father so her coming here is an extreme shock. It is taking a bit for her to acclimate herself to her new way of life but everyone at Newhaven has made a point to help her with whatever is needed to make this transition more smooth. We feel comfortable knowing that everyone there has mom's best interest and quality of care in mind. I feel completely comfortable recommending Newhaven Court @ Clearview to anyone looking for personal care for a family member.

It comes with a heavy heart that I am writing this. On May 3rd my Dad Howard W Frank, Jr passed away. For the past 7 months he was under the care of New Haven Court at Clearview. I would like to thank the staff and all of the Angels working in Memory Care. The care they provide for my Dad was excellent. Im a California resident and POA for an 87-yr old family member (John S.) living in Butler, PA. Seven months ago we moved John into his new senior apartment at Newhaven Court at Clearview in Butler following the sale of his long time home. My family & I have nothing but praise and gratitude for Alma Plunkard, the Director of Move-Ins. Our search for a suitable, safe, comfortable senior community for John began a year before Johns actual move-in date.We peppered Alma with questions in person, by phone and via email during that time to make sure a move into Newhaven Court was the right thing to do. She hung in there with us right through Johns move-in day in September 2018. John loves his new life at Newhaven Court at Clearview. The staffs work at Newhaven Court is not easy. Were glad they are there and are working hard every day to help all of their residents including our guy, John.

I have been in many facilities over the years and my wife of 60 years was transferred here in August... It was like moving her from a Motel 8 to a Hilton... The care she has received is beyond my expectations, and has given me emotional peace in my heart.. She is in Memory Care and is happy and considers it her Home... The staff is very attentive and compassionate to her needs...The administration is also very compassionate and have years of experience at this facility and hire only the best qualified for caregiving.... And with that I would give this facility a 10 star rating as a 5 star rating is a low rating for this facility...

The management and staff exceeded my expectations when I moved my father into Newhaven. They made it a very welcoming and smooth transition. This place definitely has a warm and inviting atmosphere with delicious home cooked meals. Very clean, elegantly furnished and decorated. A home away from home which includes piece of mind for you and your special loved one!

My mother in law resides in Life Stories. She has dementia and needed a secure memory care unit. We toured several and found New Haven to be clean, bright and friendly. We moved her in about 18 months ago. She is very content (her words) at New Haven. Her care has been exceptional. Communication with me is fabulous. Staff has been consistent. The staff is caring, patient and skilled at handling dementia residents. Even though its 45 minutes away from me I would choose it again!

My mother was a resident for approximately 1-1, 2 yrs. in Newhaven Court at Clearview, Butler. I cannot say enough about the excellent care she received at this facility. It didnt matter who the workers were at Newhaven, everyone knew my Mom by her first name and always greeted her with a smile. Specifically, however, the care in the Memory Care Unit (Lifestories) was above and beyond my expectations. Again, thank you Newhaven Court, for the kindness and care that you gave my beautiful Mom.
