We are now having a problem with the community assistant she’s so rude and does not know how to do simple paperwork for the residents she actually put someone else’s Ss number on my liheap papers! We have no opinion here at all if she doesn’t agree she will do what she has to, to get people evicted it never works for her but she continues daily putting her nose in residents private lives which is none of her business. She’s gone as far as to tell one woman “ get up to your apt now” and another “do what I say I’m the manager!” Considering we have had many many many managers and maintenance people she the only one still here, she’s the common denominator here and is a trouble maker and needs to go!

All the staff that I have met are very nice and supportive and this place is very welcoming and clean.

This description is so misleading. It is not as described. Because of a lack of staff residents have taken it upon themselves to clean common areas. The water pressure is horrible and very little hot water. You are not permitted to gather in the lobby and there are so many other ridiculous rules. And don't forget the bedbugs! If infested you have to get rid of your bed (on your own) then you are responsible for buying a new one even though the problem existed before you moved in.

So I’m happy to have the opportunity to share my experience thus far with The Butler Arbors. The administrator, Victoria Crawford treated my father, as if he was her father. He has some physical challenges with his hearing, vision and mobility to say the least, and she was more than patient and gracious and helpful in every way. The policies she has in place as far as moving furniture in and pet vaccinations are completely appropriate and I appreciate her vigilance in that process and how it keeps my father and his fur baby/cat safe. The apartment was in great shape, brand new floors, exterior glass heater, fresh paint on all the walls new carpet in the bedroom obviously well-maintained And my fathers neighbors, and the rest of the residence have been completely welcoming, and kind to say the least. And I’ve been able to express how appreciative I am because Victoria/Tori has community meetings that I and my father were able to attend to talk about any issues or concerns or meet people on a regular basis. All I can say is that my whole experience has been a breath of fresh air, I say this, because the last building my father lived at given his physical challenges and the administration, not being as strong I feel he was being taken advantage of by some of the other neighbors/residents. It Comforts me, knowing there is a strong administration in my fathers new building that would never allow, anything like that to happen to him going forward. So again to Victoria and her work mom thank you so much know that you’re doing Gods work and pray that you receive all his blessings in your future
