The concierge are so friendly and helpful, office lady's Deana,Kim you can ask them anything they will help you. Housekeepers, servers in dining room are friendly and helpful. Lots of activities, outings for residents to enjoy and have fun.

I was recently at the residence at Bethel Park looking for a place for my grandmother with my parents and we were treated to lunch with our own special reserved table. For lunch we were served rack of lamb, small potatoes and fresh green beans! My goodness...was the food the best I ever had! It was restaurant quality! I never had lamb before but it was cooked perfectly and all was perfectly seasoned! I couldn't believe it. I was impressed. Im ready to move in myself! However, my grandmother wasn't ready to leave her home just yet, but when she does we will definitely be back especially if the food is any indication.

My parents are elderly and we have been looking in the Pgh. area for an independent/ assisted living possibility. We have looked at many and Residence at Bethel Park is head and shoulders above the rest. .... from the pleasant staff to the taste of the food - Everything there is great! As I toured with my 90 year old father - I found myself saying " I'd love to live here" . My dad is very picky and this was his favorite of the many we visited! I especially loved the peaceful atmosphere and the staff went far and above what was necessary to accomodate and support us! I highly recommend Residence at Bethel Park to anyone looking to gently transition into independent living. And if you need extra needs nurses, physical therapists, medical professionals are all welcome to see you there as well.

This is a terrific place for seniors! Wonderful activities, as well as a great activities director. The downside is the food. Poor to mediocre, but consistently cold. The management knows about it, says they’ll look into it, but do nothing about it. It’s been terrible for years. IF they could fix the food situation, The Residence of Bethel Park would be #1 in the Pittsburg area.

Mom has been a resident for almost two months & her experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The staff is incredibly efficient but not a single person sacrifices kindness, compassion or respect as they deliver their services. The facility is clean, up to date, and inviting. Public and private areas are well maintained. The food is delicious & nutritious, and the meal times & menu options are more flexible than other, similar facilities. Coupled with Gallagher Health, The Residence provides everything that Mom needs. From the moment we first walked in the door, Mom & I could feel the positive energy and outlook of all staff members & residents. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the care & services that you provide.

I moved my aunt in 6 months ago . I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place. First off everyone that works here is so nice and go way out of there way to help my aunt with anything that she needs . She loves the food and really loves that they always have something going on . She loves when they have entertainment in the dining room . I love also how clean everything is all the time . I would highly recommend the Residents .

Moved my 94 year old father to the Residences in May 2021, wished we had done sooner. Everything we were told by the sales staff was made to happen. They did exactly what they said they would do. Everyone at this facility from director, sales staff, front desk, maintenance, housekeeping, food service and residents has been so accommodating. What a wonderful place and a great sense of security for all of us. Thanks so much.

My mother and I recently toured this beautiful place and it was very impressive. We would love to consider! The staff was exceptional and especially Dina who was very helpful, understanding, knowledgeable and patient. I would recommend seeing this residence for all who are considering a worry free lifestyle full of beautiful amenities and surroundings. Living here with all of the services allows me time to enjoy my hobbies. The planned activities here are great. There are educational outings and shopping trips that are always very enjoyable. The Bible studies have been meaningful to me. They offer driving trips to doctor visits. The meal program works for me because of the option to pick what you are wanting to eat. The staff is extraordinary.

This is a wonderful place! My dad moved here about 2 years ago and has repeatedly stated how glad he is to be living at The Residence. The socialization aspects were key for his continued perkiness and sense of well-being. My dad still drives, so that has provided an additional level of independence for him, but at The Residence, he has made new friends, enjoys his choice of the offered activities and outings, states that the food is "quite good," and "just loves" the staff. Reading about and researching places for active senior citizens to live can only tell you so much, but our visits prior to him moving in were convincingly heart-warming. The dwelling is beautiful everywhere, the staff is caring and engaging, and the residents have a great variety of qualities: from quiet to easy to talk with, low-key to energetic, and from slightly active to ready-to-go personalities. There is something here for everyone, I think. When I am visiting, I always feel welcome and that my dad makes a difference to them. Thank you for that.

Great place for family! Fun activities and staff. My mother has been a resident for over a year now. Almost two years. The building and grounds are beautiful, she says the food is great, she loves her friends, and the staff is spectacular “frequently going far out of their way to make sure people feel comfortable and truly loved. She tells me stories of different people who stop by during their workday just to say Hi and when I visit they are always very friendly and accommodating. The residents can watch movies in the theater, work out in the workout room, enjoy the library, have quiet time in the chapel, play billiards, play Wii, cook on the grill on the patio, enjoy a drink at the pub, grab a snack at the grab-n-go.the list goes on and on. This doesn’t even mention the games and activities that keep her busy, Judy the activities coordinator is such an angel! Another nice thing is the availability of rides to local businesses and appointments. My mother still drove when she arrived but has since stopped. She is still able to get where she wants to go with your rides. I guess the best thing is that she has made so many friends, stays VERY busy with events and activities (cards, games, etc), and it is great to see her SO happy. She can’t stop raving about the place! Thanks so much for making her elder years so much fun!

A great big THANK YOU to the ladies at Residence at Bethel Park who are assisting the Pitt Fiber Crew in making afghans for a summer retreat for Older Foster Youth. The goal of the Pitt Fiber Crew is to have over 100 blankets available for participants in the retreat so they have a warm blanket to wrap themselves in as they transition to adulthood With the help of these ladies we were able to supply Pitt with over 30 blankets!!! A few of the blankets are shown.

My husband and I (ages 75 & 73) often discuss our living arrangements as we age and may need/want to leave our current home. Often my friends have mentioned The Residence at Bethel Park, so after looking at their webpage, driving past several times, I decided to call for information. How wonderful to speak to a kind, informed employee that answered many of my questions. My concerns were dignity, safety, comfort, family, convenience, social events, emergency help, independence, and costs. Our conversation was just as my friends have portrayed The Residence and I feel relieved to know that when my husband and I are ready, I think we have found a place that we will consider to live. When the time is right we will take the tour and perhaps attend a social event to help us with our decision.

We moved my Father here from his apartment in October of 2019 and couldn't be happier. From the first moment we walked into the place and met Maria and Darlene, we have felt at home. Nick - Manager, Mike, Maintenance, Deana - Sales, Kim - Administration, Chrissy - Reception, Judy - Activities all go over and above with him to ensure my Father is happy and well taken care of each day. My Dad has gained a few pounds (which is a good thing), uses the workout room, gets his haircut there and with Gallagher on-site and Lori is amazing, the daily checkins we subscribe to allow us to rest easier. We learned so much when looking for a new place for my Dad and to have the non-slip floors, emergency pull alarms, 24/7 front desk with a wonderful food take away section has been a bonus. The added bonus is with the other residents - what an amazing group of friends my Dad has made at all of the meals, Poker Nights, Activities and just hanging out in the lobby etc. Team - thx for taking care of my Dad and it is always a pleasure to see all of you when I am in town. I occasionally care for a client who lives her. This facility is by far the best retirement center I have been to yet! The staff genuinely care about the people who live there. The building is spotless. They always have hot coffee and snacks available for the residents. They are truly amazing!!!

One heck of a safe, secure location. I gave client there. She's recovering from surgery, and her laptop was failing. Some of the places are simply like having an apt. It's a good place over all. I would recommend it for anyone who has a love one in need
