I don't often do reviews so that is saying something. Juniper Village Bucks County is a hidden gem. The beautiful sprawling campus is 20 acres of nature and beauty. Each apartment has it's own private balcony or patio and the dining venues are outstanding. What set's Juniper Village apart? The care and the residents themselves. They are warm and welcoming and proud to show off their home. I can tell you the Leadership team is committed to maintaining the outstanding reputation that Juniper Village is known for.

Its hard to put into words how amazing this community looks with the new renovations and the wonderful new dining venues! You really need to see it for yourself. As a member of the home office team I have been able to watch firsthand the transformation of the community and the building of a cohesive top notch team.

After getting my mom into Juniper I really wasnt sure if the kindness from the staff was part of getting us in. We ate a few times in the main dining room during initial visits and the food was really good and the service was fabulous. I thought it was special just for us new customers. I really had a hard time believing it all was sincere, since we had many bad experiences having stayed at other facilities. 3 months later were still at Juniper Village and the service with care hasnt changed. Simple things matter, like when I went to visit the nursing and therapy section one day to ask a question and realized it was late and folks went home. A cleaning lady asked if she could help me and went into the back offices and found someone working who came to the front desk and told me that even though she isnt the right person shed try to help. I told her i was wondering how to schedule a doctor visit and it wasnt urgent. She later got in contact with the head nurse who called me on my cell. I wasnt used to that, but it is how it is at this place. Everyone acts like a team and helps each other. Its a real culture shift. I ran into the director of the facility multiple times (Peter) since I moved my mom in and he has always treated us with undivided attention and care. Same thing with Pam, who is the marketing head. She has eaten with us and has made phone calls for us outside of her job duties. She always gets back to me and has even responded to me on the weekends and does it generously, with kindness and sincerity. You can tell when someone is simply going through the motions or happy to help. Ive repeatedly found that they run the facility in a way that people, clients, patients are special and valued. Just this past weekend I visited my mom and after eating I was fumbling a few doggie bag containers I was carrying on the way out and the waitress ran over and wrapped them for me to carry better. Another time the front desk lady (JoAnn ) saw I was struggling with carrying things and got me a wheelchair to use as a cart. Jim who runs transportation jokes with my mom and his crew is really careful with her wheelchair and gets her to appointments on time. Also the residents help each other, so there is assistance at every turn. My moms neighbor (cookie lady) who is 97 wheeled my mom to dinner and then back. I kid you not. My mom is 83. The staff usually does this for her, but her neighbor wanted to eat with her. There was an instance where I had concern when my mom said she waited a few weeks for some fixings to her apartment after dropping off a list to the front desk. I told her to tell them, but later while I was on the elevator on my way out a guy who looked like maintenance was on too, so I asked if they were short staffed and he said no, why?. He happened to be the head guy (Ken) and said he was glad I told him and went up to take care of it some 30 min later. If there was any suggestion of improvement I would say more entertainment options, but they have always been responsive to us so I plan to mention that. We have received better treatment in Independent living here than Assisted Living at other places. The service and options really take away having to worry about my mom. I still cant believe this place honestly as every turn there is someone who cares.

I have attended 3 events at Juniper. The shows are very entertaining. I have seen musicals from the 50s Broadway tunes, Jazz.in the Oak room and the newly remodeled club. You wont be disappointed. The staff is friendly. There is food and drink if you care for a snack. Look for their adds on face book and Bucks County Courier Times.

She has done this numerous times and my family greatly appreciates her and her staff.

Juniper Village is a top notch independent living center offering first-class food along with dedicated staff thats always ready to help! The newly renovated outside patio offers bug repellent plants which provides a comfortable setting whether your just lounging or enjoying some company! Highly recommended!

My father was so fortunate to live in this lovely community for three years prior to his recent passing. He enjoyed every minute of it, telling me he should have moved in sooner! His apartment was spacious and lovely, and updated prior to move in. The community has undergone gorgeous renovations, with new dining options, many activities, and lovely outdoor areas. The staff are wonderful and truly caring, from the dining staff, administrative staff, security, transportation, handyman, home nursing and home nurses aids. Hats off to Peter for truly making this atmosphere a wonderful home. Mostly wonderful for all the beautiful friendships my father made. Highly recommend!

I have toured other independent senior to assisted living facilities, but Juniper is my #1 choice. I just hope there is a place available when I finally decide to make the move. The renovations are lovely. Each apartment has a patio or balcony which lets in plenty of light, not available in other more costly facilities Ive visited. The dining facilities are beautiful and Chef David prepares delicious food. When I have been there for their amazing programs, like last nights Keith Spencer Evening of Broadway (which was outstanding), I I have found the staff to be accommodating, attentive and friendly. I am relieved to know I will have such a nice place to live when I am ready.
