My mom loves this place! When she first moved in I was really nervous about if this was the place for her, and after her first three months I can confidentially say Juniper Village is the perfect place for her. From the activities she participants in to the quality of the food, all I can say is wow--just wow! The staff are great, especially the nurses. From the ones I have met they always make sure my mom is ok, and that is truly all I wanted. I highly recommend for anyone considering this, you will not be disappointed.

The staff working at Juniper Village are extremely nice and helpful. So far the food has been delicious and plentiful. Maintenance staff are excellent and go out of their way to accommodate your requests. The residents are extremely friendly making this feel more like home. There is more than enough to do; games, outings, movies, Friday night live entertainment, with beautiful surrounding woods. A screened-in porch adds to the ambiance allowing the beautiful sounds of birds and a running stream to filter through, bringing with it a sense of calm, all while enjoying a lush green setting. The porch is the best part of the apartment.

We recently partnered with Juniper Village for our swim lesson program, and we couldn't be happier with the experience! Kathryn and her team have been incredible to work with since the very beginning. Communication has been great, making it easy to coordinate our swimmers' schedules and adjust pool usage whenever needed. Secondly, the indoor pool area is always clean, organized, and welcoming for our families. The bathrooms are well maintained, and there are always plenty of towels available, which our families greatly appreciate. One of the biggest highlights is how warm both the pool and the overall environment are, creating a comfortable setting for all of our swimmers”especially those with special needs who benefit from a calm, consistent atmosphere. We're incredibly grateful for this partnership and look forward to continuing to work with Kathryn and the entire Juniper Village team for years to come. I’ve been living at Juniper Village for four months now. Janine Dambrosio helped me through the process after touring many other communities. I’m settling in nicely and making friends. Sylvana from the business office in human resources visits me often as my apartment is near her office. I’m building great relationships and enjoying hanging out at the cafe. We met with Janine. She may have been the most up front, informative, helpful agent we have talked to at these various facilities. She was understanding about our particular Mom situation and advised us directly to what would be best for her to thrive. We learned a lot about Juniper but also about what it means to be in the various different sorts of programs that they have. We also talked to another fellow of hers. He too listened to us and formulated directly applicable feedback and input. They care about the community and cared about our Mom. Two thumbs up.

Janine D’Ambrosio at Juniper is absolutely amazing. She assisted me in looking for a place for my elderly father to live. He is extremely stubborn so this is not an easy transition but Janine has made the process as smooth and seamless as it could possibly be. She answered all the questions we had (which was a lot), gave us enough information without overwhelming us, and was so so kind and encouraging through it all. Walking into the community feels like a home and not your everyday senior living. As long as I lived in bucks I never fully understood what the community had to offer until I met the new marketing director Janine Dambrosio. She is very honest and thorough. My dad has had some pretty significant medical needs and has been in and out of the hospital and short term rehab for 4 months now. The staff has been spectacular at Juniper. My dad has been very well taken care of and I feel like every single staff member really cares. The director of the facility and the director of the skilled nursing floor have been very supportive of my dad and have helped me through this process. I am very thankful I called juniper on my search of places to help my dad. I am so thankful and grateful to everyone that works here. I have dealt with many different medical facilities over the years with both of my parents and Juniper is by far heads above the rest.

Our sister moved in approx 5 months ago. The staff and the nursing team are welcoming, caring, and accommodating. Our sister adapted so well to the community. She met many friends there and tells us how much she enjoys her new friends and neighbors, surroundings, the food, the whole atmosphere. A special thank you to the maintenance team that assisted us in this transition to make her apartment a comfortable and safe home. Juniper’s Skilled Nursing Facility is excellent! I was there for about a month and a half for rehab. The unit’s nursing staff is excellent: capable, committed, and compassionate. They are proactive and very helpful. The physical and occupational therapists are exceptionally talented and knowledgeable. They brought me so far from where I started; they really facilitated my recovery. There are plenty of creative activities, and the meals are varied and very good. To a person, the skilled nursing staff is dedicated to providing the best care possible for the patients.

After looking at many, many senior care facilities in Bucks County we landed on Juniper for my father. The facility is beautiful, well kept and tidy. What set Juniper apart from the other places that we toured was the homey feel, various dining options, and exceptional staff. From the beginning Sylvana and Kathryn, the Executive Director have been truly incredible. They are involved, genuine, approachable and truly want the very best for each resident. It is such a relief to know my dad is in good hands who treat him like family. Nakaya at the front desk goes above and beyond to help in anyway, and always with a cheery smile. My father looks forward his daily trip to the coffee shop to see Heather who is such a comfort for the residents with her warm, happy demeanor. My family and I truly can’t recommend Juniper Village at Bucks County enough.

We recently placed my uncle at Juniper Village and I have to say that the staff could not have been more helpful. The residents were welcoming and warm. Originally in march 2025 the food was good. But in april a d may they reduced the quality because they changed administration. Also. they put.memory loss patients in the basement, where patients can not use their cell phones becausr Juniper hasnt provide internet. In this way patients lose contact with their family and their mental abilities decrease even more rapidly. My family member went to the hospital.and on her return was put in the basement. Her cognitive abilities have decreased sonce retirning.

What a hidden gem! I had a great tour with, Kenny, the manager on duty. I got to spend some time talking with residents in their beautiful caf©. The community is updated and clean. The place is older but nice. It actually feels like a hotel or cruise ship. The rooms are very nice and roomy. The residents are all friendly and active. It is very active community. My loved one will need a little more care in the very near future. It is a great place for senior living. From what i experienced the memory care is mediocre.

Five stars!!! As I entered the main lobby of Juniper Village in Bensalem, PA, I was greeted by a personalized WELCOME sign, which put a smile on my face. As I took in my surroundings, I was pleased with what I saw. The general feel of the community, the decor in public spaces “ lots of cozy conversational seating, as well as the landscaped grounds outside with a park like feel. At the end of my visit, I received a box of Juniper’s freshly made oatmeal raison cookies. Yum. Nice place. Nice people.

I was very disappointed when I was informed by Juniper Village that the new Covid booster and the RSV vaccine will not be given to the residents onsite. My elderly mother, who is in Personal Care and who has dementia, suffered greatly when there was a Covid outbreak there last winter. As we all know, the elderly are at greater risk to be hospitalized or die if they contract these illnesses. I am now hoping that I can get her to a pharmacy, but she is not very mobile. So, please keep this information in consideration if you are looking to place a loved one here. In hindsight, placing her here was a mistake. *** I spoke to John, the Executive Director, and he informed me that an on-site clinic for Covid and (hopefully) RSV vaccines will be available for the residents later this month. I am glad that Juniper listens to the concerns of the families of the residents.

Recently, my grandmother started living here, and it is the first time she has felt at home anywhere. The environment, staff, activities, and safety go beyond my expectations. This is a great place for people who want to be treated respectfully and with kindness, while also wanting to have a fun experience.

Came here to visit my grandmother and revived nothing but the upmost respect, they treat her amazingly and she has nothing but positive comments about the place. Not only does it treat the elders great, but it also has great food, great activities, etc.

My dad has been here for the last year and has nothing but amazing things to say. The workers are very kind; a lot of activities as well to keep him entertained. It’s a really nice community, I would recommend it to anybody that has been thinking about it or looking into places. I visit from time to time and I enjoy it every time.

I was at Juniper to visit a friend today and it was such a great atmosphere. The residents and staff were super friendly. It was clean. I felt very welcome!

I have toured many senior communities and this one by far was the most welcoming and it was so nice! The real treat for us was that each apartment has it’s own private screened in outside space. So we loved the apt with a view of the river and a screened in balcony. We stayed for lunch and were treated like family. Great food! Definitely top of our list!
